Nice, clean store. Lee is very helpful and knowledgeable. They had what I wanted and for a decent price. Service is good. No dropped calls or missed texts. Its worth it.

Im not AT&Ts biggest fan for various reasons, but I am a HUGE fan of the Atchison AT&T staff and process to get to them. Coming from a large city, you would not even be acknowledged if you didnt have a pre-arranged appointment at the store. This irritates me to no end because to my knowledge, no other retail brick and mortar store requires you to have an appointment, that in OKC is verified at door, before you can even come in.Here, its VERY personal, very welcoming and the staff goes out of their way to serve you which is a refreshing experience with AT&T. They sell a great product, but if all of their locations could operate at the same level of service as this location, there really wouldnt be a need for any other phone service in my opinion.

If you like to jam your thumbs into your eyeballs then you should definitely get AT&T High speed internet from this store. The internet constantly goes off randomly for the last 4 months. When I called to figure out why my internet has been so bad lately they said it was because I have to much electricity on, been a customer for years never experienced this. 0/5 cant game with this unreliable internet service.

Very friendly staff who are willing to actually answer your questions and are quick to help solve any problem youre experiencing.

This store knowingly sold me a phone that according to AT&T is a problematic model. I have been to the store multiple times and been told that it is a tower issue and they never once offered to do anything to make things right with this phone. After trying for 20 minutes to call into the store today and not getting any answer I drove 30 miles to find out that they won’t do anything because it is Apples problem now. The manager here is a joke. Be sure you do your research before doing business here because the staff is certainly not educated on the products they are selling, nor do they do anything to resolve problems with the devices they sell.

Im considering an iphone 7 and ipad purchase. I went in the other night because its the only place locally that I could think of that would have both to try.The staff was professional and helpful. When I told them I wasnt interested in buying or upgrading directly at the moment, I didnt have anyone try to push me into a different decision. The one gentleman that originally approached me was available for any questions I might have and wished me well when I left.The store is clean, well organized, and well kept. There were no issues with broken or missing devices. I was also impressed with a conversation I overheard between one of the staff members and a couple he was serving. They clearly didnt know much about cell phones, cell phone plans, or their options. Instead of pushing the most expensive item on them, he steered them towards the best phone for their needs. Bravo, thats the kind of service that builds trust and keeps customers coming back. Its also extremely rare in my experience with cell phone shopping.If I didnt hate AT&T corporate service so much, I would highly consider switching my cell phone service back over to their company purely based on my experience at this store.

This store is great! Sometimes there is a wait but its because to many people come into the store to pay bills! The rep showed several people how to use the myatt app.

I picked a 1 star because every time I go into the Atchison, ks AT&T store, they act like they dont know how to fix anything. I asked them about my email, about how it wont send out. They said, they dont know what is wrong. Then I asked about my text messages not going in order. Well they told me they didnt know then was like, oh it could be this. Yes, what they thought it fixed it! Then I told them that I had a screen protector on my phone and Dave took it off when I had to get a replacement phone because my other phone messed up. I Could not see anything on the phone. I asked for a new protector for my phone and Dave said, he wasnt sure if they had any, but the other guy went to check. He ended up giving me one for an iPhone 7 because they didnt have a Samsung galaxy note 4 one. Dave said this is the last one i can give you. I told Dave and that other guy that I had a lifetime warranty on it and if I needed a new one then I can get a new one whenever.... I am not happy with the services there. They couldnt even help me set up my email on my phone when I got my replacement phone. Dave said, he didnt know how to do it! I had to call customer service, 1 girl hang up on me there then I called back and a guy helped me he was super nice.... anyways hubby and I are thinking about switching companies to someone else. I have had nothing but troubles with AT&T!

They didnt do a good job they took to much money off my card im owed from you around 60 dollars after the phone which i was told it was free they charged 27 and the direct pay was set up on the third of each month. The bill is 55 dollars. Im posting this on facebook
