So unfortunate that an employee’s ignorance was allowed to be displayed while on the job. The former law officer confronted my brother who was simply attempting to see what was wrong with my rental, but the employee had open his mouth and issue verbal threats to me, through my brother while I was attempting to complete my transaction. If you go there, be careful of the tough guy turning a wrench that can’t confront his problem directly or away from his place of work. Any reputable company would fire him for such acts. I can certainly elaborate if anyone there would like and it will be in a public fashion like the threats were to my brother who did nothing.

Took my car here for a break pads to this shop. Not gonna lie great customer service, but this time they forgot to screw in a bolt on my break caliper on my rear side. I’m in Iowa now and I noticed the screw was gone and they didn’t do a good job placing my break caliper in. I wouldn’t reccomend this place. They almost killed me for not doing their job correctly. If you want to pay for your death wish, go for it. If not, take it somewhere else where they’ll take care of you for your safety.

We had a problem with our sons car window while he was at college. R & S Automotive got the car in immediately and fixed the problem. Thank you for helping him out so he could get home for Thanksgiving!
