Its now my new post office! Walked in & mailed my letters right in the back of the store! Also a great boutique with lots of unique items I hate seen anywhere else! What a neat hardware store!!
Good stuff to be found here!This is the only place I have found fertilizer with phosphorous, and other lawn care products that I prefer over the box stores, and they get excellent, good quality Christmas decorations, also have yeti products, the green egg, etc. among other things. If you’ve never been here, take a peak. I’ve never seen too many plants, but they do get milkweed in for monarch butterflies and an herb selection (that I’ve seen). Oh and I think there is a small post office inside.
I have shopped at several Ace Hardware stores in the greater Houston area. This store is one of favorites. The floors are shiny with good merchandise presentation. My shopping experience here was very positive.They have a really nice gift shop just inside the front door. They offer a range of Stihl and Craftsman products. There is a USPS station at the back of the sales floor..The store is well staffed with friendly, knowledgeable and helpful associates.
Great hardware store. Pretty much a one stop shop for whatever project your working on. Awesome employees as well
They had Eclips, big & little 1s.Not only that, one person said he was gonna get the Mechanic but directed me to the correct location.Mechanic guy come but wasnt needed because the location the first person took me to was what I really needed to be.The Person who helped me was AWESOMENot only did he knew the real part name had 4 different types.I was able to Fix 3 reels saving over two hundred dollars.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is always someone close by to help when needed as well as knowledgeable about their products. I am usually asked if I need anything at least 3 times while in the store. I would rather shop here than at a larger hardware store.

Really good customer service and great people! They stock our seasoning on the shelves of their store and customers love our products. Heaven Made Products come in and get you a bottle of Its Incredible seasoning, you will be hooked and you will return to this store time and time again to buy it for life, the best seasoning in the world and great on everything you put it on or in. The best steak seasoning on the planet. Great on all meats along with vegetable and eggs and bacon, just try it on everything you cook and you will see that it is fabulous on everything!
Gentelman who helped me out was helpful. I needed a bit of guidance and his knowledge and patience were apprecaited. I find that not too many folks want to slow down and help these days, so his kindness is appreciated.

Nice store, friendly staff, a little more expensive than Lowe’s or Home depot but you get the small town hardware store vibes from it.

Just gave it a second, and final chance. Seems like its run by a bunch of high schoolers whose parents made them get a job. Dont expect much help unless you know EXACTLY what youre looking for.
This place has alot of cool stuff. Way better selection of certain items then the big box companies. A little more expensive also.

Love the convenience of having a post office inside the store
I am a Regional Director for a senior living management company. On Saturday, February 20, 2021, after winter storm Uri, our small 16 apartment memory care community in Humble lost water due to a water outage. Our Regional Director of Clinical operations went to 7 retail stores to ask for water for our community in order for them flush their toilets during the outage. Six stores told him they could not help him. He then went to Atascocita Ace Hardware and without hesitation, Edgar, the store manager, gave him a bucket, a water hose, and told him to help himself to the store’s water. Edgar’s selfless decision was a huge help to our community and our residents. Thank you, Edgar, for helping our residents out during our time of need. Your generosity does not go unnoticed.
Well stocked. Close by so its easy to drop in for emergencies. Has a post office and a kitty in the store.

Went to get a drill that was on sale. I think it may have been sold out but the gentleman helping me literally looked high and low. He took most of the boxes off the shelf to be sure. They were soo helpful and you can find evertthing you need here. I have my drill! 😁
Outstanding! I could spend hours in here and never get bored. Each area is designed remarkably. The staff are so courteous and polite its like taking a trip back in time to the way customer service truly was. Before clerks were short handed due to monetary concerns, or simply finding one was like a game of hide and seek. You wont have that problem here, someone is always waiting to assist you even though they are diligently going about their work.The store is immaculate and convenience is key in choosing the location. High praise yet again to yet another little Ace hardware that could.
The lines are weird for the small jewelry vs. Rest of store. But they let you get your bday discount for Kendra Scott jewelry. This ace also has great selection of hardware items, garage, yard, auto. Clean store and friendly staff

Love Ace hardware. Killed two birds with one stone. Needed Benjamin Moore paint and was able to buy my friend beautiful jewlery and a hand bag for her birthday. They have a great selection of boutique items. Will definitely be back!
My wife found a nice pair of Converse style hi-tops...lol... and I found the 5/8 cpvc that home depot is sold out of for my water heater replacement. Be ready because your prolly gonna buy something here.
I go in looking a top for my table. I asked for wood tile glass I wished I had his name older white man tells me I cant buy plexi glass for my project. What got me he was yelling I cant sell it to you and never would say why. Heres the thing Someone else was assisting me and I dont recall asking for his opinion nor suggestion. However, he tells me to call a glass company across town because the plexi glass would cost more. Really? Ive lived in the area for 5 years and I have never visited the store until today. This store has a great variety of resources for the home. The salesman was friendly and very helpful. He directed me to the toilet flush levers and gave me useful tips for installation. Then he walked me to the lawn care aisle to buy another product I needed. Now Im disappointed that I passed up this store on so many occasions. Never again. I will make this store my go-to location for any and all home resources. Thanks for your kindness and professionalism.

I like to help this business from time to time even though their prices are more expensive but after today I will never shop there again...pulled up back to get some propane at 6:40 because of this cold that’s coming and had the guy come out tell me no more and lock gate to propane...gotta love the Customer Service ACE! Save y’all time and money and go to Lowe’s or Home Depot
The secret to this place, if you havent heard .. theres a Post Office inside of the Ace Hardware. Its super convenient, and usually very short lines. The Ace is very nice and quite well stocked with great products and knowledgeable staff.

They have very friendly staff. Anytime I go in there they come ask if I need help. Maybe its because Im a female in a hardware store, or maybe they think Im the type to steal. But regardless they are very friendly and help you and show you the item your looking for, they dont just tell you what isle its on like most stores.

Hey everyone! This is a great store and the employees are very friendly and helpful. Inside theres a section that had been expanded featuring decorative items. A fantastic open secret is a full service post office inside! So no need to go a main post office to ship something.

Ordered a smoker online and got a call that it was ready for pickup and got offered to get it assembled and delivered for free saved me alot of time, good employees nice and friendly.
Good. They did try to charge me more for an item that said a different price in the rack but in the end they gave it to me for the ok price there tack said. I guess one of there employees put it it on the wrong rack but they still honored it!

The post office is very convenient and they have Hallmark section I had a thirty percent off any single item I received a little friction on why was not allowed to use my coupon on my item so I gave it to her to use on someone else
They have everything I need, but I wish they would carry the kind of filter I need for my a/c.
I spent around 2k on yard equipment my brand new trimmer broke after the second use........ when I took for repairs it was a headache to get an answer on the status on my trimmer....... I doesnt take 2 weeks to replace a pull cord if u have the parts in house........... if u plan on buying stihl products here go somewhere else where they know what they are doing.
This is the place to go if you want to be appreciated and know your money stays local. Every person that works there is super friendly and always willing to go that extra mile to assist you. And just to remind yall, this location, the hardware store aint just for men anymore either! There is a stunning boutique also where you can find the most beautiful jewelry, candles, handmade soaps, specialty tee-shirts, baby gear, pet goodies and a host of other AMAZing, unique things!!
Always friendly and helpful. I try and support locally whenever I can. The only reason it is t 5 star is the prices are occasionally too high.
Came here to get a mail box key made and they were able to do so. One of the few places that will make them for you. I tried the key in the box and it worked perfectly.

Pipes frozen in house, needed plumbing pipe and fittings. No help! Store closed with generator running near front door. No help when the chips where down.
Been at least 12 years since I’ve been in this store. Ask an younger associate for help, but he had a little bit of an attitude. He told us he was busy helping someone else and would called for someone to help us. Needless to say no one ever came, but we found what we needed and left.

Really BIG ace hardware. They have lots of surprising stuff and a post office as well! Oscar helped me and he was very efficient and friendly. Other staff asked to help while I was waiting. Customer service like it ought to be everywhere !
Got 3 gallons of propane and it cost 15 bucks. I can get a whole nother tank of 5 gallons at walmart. What a rip.

Good customer service but product I received was trash and the ace employee should have known. It wasnt a fail on ace but more of the employees part but that reflects the company. Was sold a cracked piece of glass but where it was broken off was all taped up so you couldnt tell. Will be going back to lowes and homedepot from now on.

I had a great experience here today. I needed a new key fob for my car. I was given OUTSTANDING customer service by Dennis who above and beyond to make sure everything worked correctly before I left. Sam at checkout was informative and thorough. I spent way less than i expected and overall very pleased with my visit.

I have bought 4 still weed trimmers and 2 still back pack blowers 800 model the most expensive ones made but today I had a problem with a trimmer that has over a year left on the warranty I was told without even looking at it that it was not covered.Im done with this store. Ps the Stihl dealer in Crosby is glad to have our business.
