A few months back I needed a dress altered for a black tie event. My favorite dress needed some major altering. Letting a dress OUT isnt always easy! They did a lovely job. I felt beautiful in my favorite dress. Thank you ladies.

Elizabeth was so professional and attentive yet down to earth as well. She made my daughter feel like she was the only bride in the world that mattered. The store is elegant and relaxing so my daughter felt right at home. Everyone at the store was just terrific and I would highly recommend this shop and their staff.The perfect dress was found and it was closing time so the bride left (no one hurried her at all, she just had an hour and half drive home). Then she called me (I am the Mother of the Bride) crying saying this is THE dress, Mom! I called Bella Novia and they answered the phone, even though it was after closing time. They said, tell your daughter to come on back and they stayed open for her. I gave Elizabeth my credit card and bought the dress over the phone , so now my daughter can focus on the rest of her wedding.Thank you for going the extra mile and then some!!

Horrible experience with bridesmaids dresses for my best friends wedding. They need to get better communication with customers. Our dresses were falling apart the day of the wedding.
