I was stranded here when something happened to my car , LEE was very enthusiastic to help me out and go the extra mile to make sure I would get home safely. If there’s anyone I would recommend it would be LEE . This man deserves a pay raise he truly is a hero that doesn’t wear a cape. THANKYOU SO MUCH LEE!

Very good customer service. We had arrived to the store just at the nick of time before closing—very kind employee offered to help us past closing. Unfortunately the problem could not be fixed without a mechanic, they were still very helpful in explaining the engine code errors, and apologetic for not being able to help more. They went above and beyond. Great service

Best place for car parts on Atascadero

Customer service definitely is NOT A PRIORITY here! Don’t appreciate the condescending attitude and lack of assistance. As a senior citizen not one “man” (3 there) could carry out a heavy battery to my car. They’re willing to replace batteries and do other minor services but couldn’t carry out a heavy battery for an elderly woman?! Lack of respect, regard for seniors, and very lacking in self respect. Will never return!

Service really was bad. I had to continually correct the guy who was helping me. He was clearly not the subject matter expert. How ever good service is hit or miss here and at times they can really shine.

Associates seem to be knowledgeable in vehicles parts and equipment large selection of fluids and additives for your vehicle and can feel most part orders if not same day next day. highly recommend.

I work graveyard shift and a headlight went out on my way to work, I got out at 7am, thank God autozone opens at 730 sharp, Greg (not positive on his name but he opened the store). Greg Was friendly and he efficiently went over my options, Helped me find the bulbs i needed and installed them for free, I was in and out in 15 minutes and for under $30. Life savers, great service at a fair price. Thanks, greg?

You can find what youre looking for but the people there are not always going to help you find what youre looking for. Other than that the place is great!

I got to the store and there was no customers there. I was the only one. There were two ladies working there. I asked one of them for help and I told her what I needed for my specific car. The lady helping me went over to get the things. Came back with the items and I bought them. I went out to my car and as I was opening the item I noticed tha it was the incorrect one. I went back inside Autozone and let the lady know that I hadn’t gotten the item I asked for. It seemed as she got mad by this. She had to return my money. So she asked the other girl for help with the cashier. The girl was very mad for some reason and did everything in a bad manner. As the girl was helping the lady she sakd something to her under her breath and I couldn’t quite make it out. Overall, I didn’t end up getting what I wanted and the lady threw my receipt on the counter which is very disrespectful. I just don’t understand why people are extremely rude when it’s their job to help. I mean they’re getting paid! Very disappointed with these Autozone workers. If I could give less stars I would !

Knowledgeable staff but every time ive gone in there are always 2 or 3 staff members goofing off and using foul language.

The employees that helped me at this location actually knew what they were talking about which was amazing. They had exactly what I was looking for in stock and even gave me a price match to the lowest price I could find it elsewhere.
