Went to the store site to see if they had tile we could buy and take home to quickly fix a small water closet before company arrived. My husband had his foot go through the floor....at this small floor was fine. n issue we had no idea we had. The sales person came out to help. But abruptly picked up the cabinet color sample and left the area without saying anything and left us there wondering. We are in the throws if a $120,000 remodel and thought this small floor was fine till cpany left. we pulled up in our old work truck....looking like we crawled out of a rock....from working on our house and in a panic to get a floor down. I will never go back. I have a lot of tile and flooring to do but would rather drive to Portland to do business with nice people.

From start to finish everyone involved with our bathroom project was fantastic! Tiffany, at Bergersen, was wonderful at presenting design options and great at communicating the coordination of very skilled subs. Tiffany was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us select our countertop and backsplash. I emailed my plans off my phone right there in the store and had a quote in just a few days. Since we live out of their area they contracted Wall to Wall out of Vancouver to do the template and installation. Ginny kept us informed on every step of the process through email and phone calls. We’re very impressed with the way she communicated within minutes of any changes (the installation truck broke down on the way, nobody’s fault and a late model well appointed vehicle). Our countertops look great an came out as we expected. We would happily do business with them again .

Highest possible rating! (The negative reviews here are both fakes which Google doesnt care enough to delete.)We did a kitchen remodel about a year ago and have ordered additional cabinets since. Tiffany has been consistently professional and has contributed helpful ideas. I especially like her positive attitude and her attention to detail in making sure each cabinet is just right. Bergersons also did granite countertops for us and a fireplace surround which turned out even better than I could have expected.Regarding the negative review on cabinets: These are not veneered cabinets, they are plywood boxes with solid wood face-frames and doors. I am a woodworker who has built cabinets and I know the difference. The imaginary rude tile guy would be better described as jolly. I still call him when I have questions about laying tile. He is always friendly and helpful. Please check the reviews on other sites if you have doubts.

I had a run in with one of their tile guys on a job site and I couldnt believe how rude he was. I asked around and people said that he does this often to people around town. I would never do business with this company because of him.

Bergerson Tile recently remodeled our bathroom with spectacular results. Charlie, Bergersons tile and marble installer, is a dying breed; he is a combination artist, designer and engineer. This is the 7th bathroom Ive had remodeled over a 40 year time frame (though the first time with Bergerson) and it is by far, the very best. The workmanship is unsurpassed.

We had our Kitchen cabinets and countertops done by Bergersons. They were professional and did an awesome job. I would reccomend them for any tile, stone and cabinet job. They are the best in the business.

While the shop has ok tile, the woman who owns it is atrocious. She openly despises working with any out-of-towners, especially anyone relocating to Astoria from another state. She has a bad attitude and I would never work with her.
