This place is ridiculous I went in to get some icecream and not one associate even tried to attend to me and my gf 🙃 we waited atleast a couple mins and when I asked the manager as to why no one was helping she seemed very clueless I wont be coming back to this spot again .

The place is clean, however service was very slow at night. The employees working there were not welcoming. I understand that the day could have been long but at least a greeting will be nice! It’s quiet enough, and convenient since they have a drive thru and are open 24/7.

Middle of the road. Donuts aren’t that good and milkshakes are too much milk relative to ice cream. It’s convenient because of the drive through but you can get better donuts and ice cream at other places. Maybe just if you have a craving at an odd hour?

Didnt have the particular flavors, dairy free that we wanted. Other than that, the drive thru is a great improvement

This is a comment on efficiency and leading/managing by example.When your entire staff is hustling to serve customers, and you, the owner, are just standing there vacantly looking into space, are asked for assistance by a customer it is time to lead and manage by example and get your own hustle on.The response instead was to brush off the customer and send them across the store to the cashier for help (who then had to walk around to where the owner was standing) while the owner, scurried back into the office.

Today I went with my children there and I wanted to order from the car but the cashier made fun of my son because I did not know what to order made me very sad because my son is an autistic child and since I do not speak English I could not say anything it is a shame that people be like that with us Hispanics we are very discriminated against

Got milkshakes, they were ok. Sometimes a little to watered down from too much milk or they are about right.

Nice quiet and clean place though a bit expensive.
