I wouldnt recommend this place or this company. I went there the first time and the associate was rude and snotty. Was never told there was a charge for INK and apparently its $0.70 per page until the associate rang me up. She also wasnt helpful at answering questions or friendly. I also did give this company a second chance before posting a review by ordering some prints online for delivery...clearly a mistake. DO NOT do it. My order was never delivered, called customer service and put on hold for 20mins just for them to tell me they dont know what shop it was supposed to go to for printing and will make a request for the resolution team to contact me. I waited 2 days and nobody ever called/emailed me regarding my issue. Called again, customer service not helpful said they could request for someone to contact me again and Id have to wait at least 24hours. I requested my order be cancelled and money refunded. Was told I needed to wait 24 hours for refund to happen. Well...it has been 2 days and Still No Refund. They also wouldnt post my review regarding my order and sent me an email to notify me of that. Yet they cant seem to help me with my order or refund my money. Dont waste time with this place, FedEx is better and more reliable for printing services and customer service.

A very good place to check out competitive prices for computers and tv monitors(Ive bought a couple of each and had no problems). Great selection of office supplies and a good copy center. Staff is helpful and friendly too. If the product is advertised - they have it (unlike some other stores).

My mother passed away recently, and after a typo and template fiasco with her funeral programs, I needed to print 75 programs and in less than 24 hours. Josh back in printing was wonderful about working with us to come up with a proof that we all liked and spent a lot of one on one time with us figuring out how to make the template we used work at the lowest cost to us. We ultimately decided to go with another vendor, but I still want to say thank you to Josh and OfficeMax for taking the time to help us with this and give us options in a time crunch. Wonderful service.

I have to drive all the way across town because the location i normally shop at just closed. When I get there two signs say open, one says temporarily closed. Doors are locked at 2 in the afternoon but all the lights are on. I call to see when they will be open again, the automated voice answers with yes, we are open! but no one answers. Call customer service and after answering 20 questions for their automated voice I finally speak to someone who puts me on hold and never comes back! Guess where I wont be shopping anymore.

On Oct 2, 2020 says doors are open and welcome to come in. Web says also. Doors are locked with small sign saying temp closed and nobody answering phone. People pulling up left and right trying door and locked at 12:55p.m. GET IT STRAIGHT OFFICEMAX!

Susan and Josh helped my boyfriend and I for over an hour at the Ashwaubenon location. We purchased an old farm and found photos that were ~100 years old. The original owners wanted the photos, but let us bring in the pictures to make copies. Susan and Josh were able to print copies that looked better than the originals. This took some creativity and lots of effort to prevent ruining the old prints that were stuck to the frame! I dont think anywhere else wouldve gotten us as nice of prints. They were so kind and helpful, and they even stayed a few minutes after close to get them done. We cannot thank them enough! Please let them know we GREATLY appreciated their help.

Sitting outside the store in Oneida St Green Bay that says “Yes we’re Open”. Doors are locked. Watching several and I mean several cars while holding on the phone for over 15 minutes with now answer, other people walking up the the closed doors?!?!?!?!?!?!? Heads are shaking today. Why is the door locked? Why won’t the phone answer a call. Say COVID and we’re done.

Susan in the print shop at the West Green Bay store is always patient and goes above and beyond to help me with my business printing and I am so grateful! If you’re a small business owner this is where you want all your printing done. My forms are not easy to duplicate and they look amazing when I bring them here! Thanks Susan for going the extra miles to keep my business successful.

I was mislead on the purchase of a printer scanner. Took it in to see if they could connect it to my phone. It work there after a while to connect. I get home, went through the steps they told me and nothing. I then called them to order support staff to my house and they tell me I have to come back into the store to order a home tech support?Does this make any sense?This is my second time this specific store has wronged me. 2 years ago I order some company estimate sheets and didnt get what I believe I paid for. At that time I was told tough luck also. I wont be back.

Just shopped there and they’re low on supplies and super rude!! An associate told me they could order more supplies and it’ll be there in a day and then the cashier told me I had to do it myself if I wanted supplies. Talk about horrible customer service!!

This store has nice things there. You can get alot more and different things you need. Nice supplies for office,school,home,college. Things you cant find in other stores.

I went there to buy a shredderThe associate ian was paged 3 times and never showed. I was given the excuse by the cashier that he might have been held up by another customer. This is a highly un acceptable reason or excuse. This shows how very little customer service is valued at this store.

I had to make some copies of legal sized documents. Im older and sometimes I dont do good trying to operate high tech machines! The nice lady in the copy center taught me how to operate the copier!!!! She deserves a raise!!!!

I dropped off an order to be copied and picked up on 12-11-19. I picked up my order and drove home (200 miles). When I went through the copies, I am saddened to see that several pages are too light, some are cut off and 1 complete page (4 copies) are completely missing. I cannot return to the store (again, I am 200 miles away). I should have just gone to my local library to have made these copies. What a waste of $23.94!

Ian Snyder, Oneida St store, is a GREAT tech and very nice to work with, not making this old guy to feel bad! Yes, I purchased the service contract and all the employees want to be helpful, but he and Elizabeth at East Town Mall store, really have taken care of me!! Its really worth tge few extra dollars (they ad match) to have live people who CARE! Stu Goldman Green Bay!!

Sat on hold for 45 min only to be hung up on. I will never order from here again. Delivered my $80 order to wrong address so now i have no package and im out $80 because some non english speaking loser cant do her job.

I made a quick stop for black printer ink while my mom parked at Olive Garden. I picked up my ink and went to check out. The front desk area will usually check you out but I was told to go to the one checkout line where one person was being helped. She wanted to put money onto a gift card with her credit card. The checker couldnt get it to work. I waited patiently. Finally the woman I talked to first came over and tried to solve the problem. She said you couldnt use a credit card to put money on a gift card. The customer said she had been there before and done it. Finally the higher up person said well maybe you can only use certain gift cards and told the checker to take the customer over to the gift card area and see which cards could be used. They walked away! My mouth dropped. There was nobody else in the store! Finally the woman who I talked to in the first place said that she would check me out. Totally unbelievable. My mom couldnt figure out what happened to me. What a fiasco.
