I was next in line to make my purchase. The salesclerk told me it would be a while because the lady at the counter was applying for a credit card. So I was told to go to the jewelry counter, which I did. Just as I got in line there I was told I couldnt be checked out there because he needed to help a customer looking at jewelry. So when I went back to the original checkout line, there were 3 ahead of me. I just left. It was probably no ones fault, but it was not very good customer service.

I am a 1st time Grandma! I told Alex my cashier. She said we have stuffed animals to match the books you purchased, would you like them also? I said Yes!! She called and someone brought them to us. This will be a great Christmas Gift! Thanks Alexis for everything!!

I was looking for a dress to wear to a wedding. I found 4 possibilities, then discovered the fitting rooms were closed. I wasnt going to buy them at $79 & $89 a pop to take them home and try on, only to have to return 3 of them.

I love the clothes. But, this location is filthy. The racks are in disarray, garbage and clothes all over the floors, and carts scattered all over.Apparently, from what I have read, the feedback they receive doesnt do much good. Someone complained a month ago and nothing has been done.

9 days out from our wedding and i stopped in Sephora for the first time and Emily was a huge friendly help. I feel bad that the store itself is ransacked by shoppers and help especially good help is hard to find. Glad you have Emily

From the moment I walked in the staff that were working, not enough, were very helpful and locating what I needed. I had to return some items at the beginning of my trip and at the end and they were so cooperative and understanding with no problem. The store was clean well organized prices that are fair and Id like the idea that the sale is for people who pay cash or buy credit card. Need more staff pay them more and give them more benefits.

Total disaster. Looks like a tornado went through the store. Everything is in disarray, especially menswear.

As I shopped for fall clothes in the women’s section of the store , I saw no dressing rooms open. Then I looked for a mirror to help me decide on a purchase. I was so disappointed that the store is not user friendly as it once was. I left without making a purchase.

The staff was friendly and the store was clean. Some sections seemed picked over and empty but that could be from lack of supply due to increased online shopping during the pandemic.

Very nice friendly store

I ordered a ring for my mother a month and a half ago, online. Two weeks ago customer service told me that the ring was at distribution and wasnt sent yet due to staff shortage, but that it would be sent. Now they canceled my order, saying that the item wasnt available any more. Im currently on hold with customer service because they couldnt be bothered to cancel the protection plan with the ring too. So now, not only do I not have a gift for my mother, I also have to do the work to cancel the protection plan so I can get my money back. Never using JcPenney again.

There signing was miss leading.And this is coming from someone who worked for this store for 39 years.Sorry to see how they have gone down hill

For a several steps above common department/ grocery store fare, JC Penney is worth a visit. Very nice atmosphere with a wide selection of premium product at good prices. There are real deals to be had if you look.

Improved since Ive been there last. High retail prices that you would expect but there was some decent deals, and sales made prices around where they probably should be to start off. Clearance racks have been kind to me, I would give it 5 stars if the place wouldnt make me feel like a peasant that cant afford a Polo shirt that isnt on clearance.

They have some great online deals. I purchased a pair of Nike shoes for $58 that were $89 in every other Green Bay store. What’s nice is there is no shipping charge if I picked it up at the Green Bay store.

Purchased custom blinds & process was long and drawn out. Could not order from store had to wait to have someone come to house. A week after order was in I was told two of the blinds were discontinued. Had to wait another week for them to come out again with updated books. Once ordered, waited fours weeks for all to be delivered Then had to wait three weeks for installation. Installation gave an time/appointment and no one showed up. I waited 1/2 hour to call to see where they were and was told that they should not have given me an exact time but a 4 hour window, then put me on hold for 25 minutes. When the installer called and said he was 1/2 hour (1 1/2 hours past scheduled time) he apologized saying they scheduled way more than they should before me. Whole process was difficult and frustrating.

It was like we were the only ones in the store. The employees who did help us were Fantastic!!! Theyre a pricey store. The sale signs had fine print and the Final Clearance signs were everywhere making us wonder if they are closing this location. We went only because Santa gave us gift cards. We used all of the cards up and a little more, but I dont think my family and I will go back because of the prices. Also, I bought a purse at Meijer last week for a third of the price for the exact same one at JCPenneys. I couldnt believe it!

Went in to potentially buy curtains for my new home. And could not get service from anyone. The people working in the department just chatting with each other having a good time. The only time they could be pealed away from their chatting frenzy was to yell at my kids whom were quietly playing on the floor while we awaited service that never came. We left empty handed.

Horrible service! This is the third time in the return area slow and rude. The manager up front is awful. It is no wonder they are losing business and should go out of business.

Tried to buy two items and their system was down. They couldnt even take cash. I left and came back an hour later and they had nothing solved. I wouldnt encourage anyone to go here after this experience.

I find the aisles are too crowded. The womens plus section seems to have the same things with not enough variety. I liked the store when it was downtown Green Bay . It was bigger and much easier to get around and clothes and things werent bunched together. The bedding dept has limited sheets. Maybe less beds and more bedding.

Always clean. Can find what i need. Good prices. They have no problems matching the online price even on sale items.

This store is nice. They offer shopping options for everyone, of every age and size. There are not very many JC Penneys still operating in the area. So If you are looking for one, look no further!

Last winter I wanted a certain sweater that was on sale, but the color and size that I needed was out of stock. The salesman was very obliging and looked it up online, then sent the sweater to my house besides giving me the discounted price. I was very pleased with their amazing customer service.

If you are looking for a different line of clothing and styles, especially sizes, from other department stores, JC Penny is worth a look. However, I feel they had more of selection of kids clothing as well as home goods years ago before they started revamping the store. I can still find items and good deals here though.

Its ok store. You cant find any help there. You ask someone in there department for help finding something. They say over there some where. Do they have this shirt in 1x or 2x. Not sure that name brand over there. They work there all them years and that store not that bissy. That they dont know whats in the development. Whats wrong with people.

Very busy weekend before Christmas lines were very long as expected, they opened up more checkouts to keep the lines moving this was very nice to see. Every team member we seen were genuinely friendly and helpful.

I never find anything in that store. Way to high of prices. I dont want a shirt to last me 4 years. But at the prices. We need to. They never have anything that stands out from the mall. They even have Carter kid clothes. But the mall is cheaper. Amazon is not always the reason that stores dont make it. There marketing is old school!

Just an opinion on the changes that Ive noticed lately at JCP - Penneys should give up their new focus (as well as floor space) on major appliances and mattresses. They need to go back to their strong suit - a good selection of bedding, bath, window treatments and housewares, as well as their strong clothing lines. Give these departments back the space they deserve. Quality and good value was something you could always count on at J C Penney.

Mens shoe selection is smaller than what I hoped. Dress shoes specifically. Like the store otherwise. Cologne was about the same. Very limited.

Looking all over for Toy Story toys and calling everywhere. Called 1st to save an unnecessary trip. The woman on the other end, no exaggeration, spent a half hour on the phone tracking down where the slinky dog was! Then to get more great news, he was on sale! At this season of goodwill and cheer , gratitude seems to get lost in the hustle and bustle. So, to the woman, a very big THANK YOU! I hope you are appreciated. I am not a frequent Penny shopper, but now I will be!

I went in to the Ashwaubenon store to look at the hiking boots and store employee Gail,helped me find what I needed. She went out of her way to check another store for a pairI really admired. They were on sale and I bought the same shoe but a different color.She also guided me to the mens clothes clearance rack. The store had some qualitystuff so I went and purchased dress pants and two shirts. I recommend anyone to theAshwaubenon store because I know these people aim to please!!!!
