Just wanted to share. Cricket on Oneida has the best customer service. A gentleman yesterday helped me in a crisis with the most positive attitude. Said to come back with any issues anytime. I have had him help me once before. Truly is always positive. Good customer service is hard to come across these days. Very appreciated.

The gentleman was incredible he knew what was wrong. He didnt do the fast talk or down talk to us. He was great!

I love my Cricket Service I have had this service now more then about 8 years I have never had to complain about nothing. I have always paid $35. a month get everything unlimited & yes I can call even to Mexico with this service. If I can not do something on my phone they show you how very friendly people. This phone works everywhere also even it worked for me while in Mexico for Skyping calls. & There is no contracts with Cricket I highly recommend Cricket Service to everyone. Cell Com is so high price I know cuz I had them before Cricket

Good plan rates good phone service but some employees dont know much and some employees know a lot they need to work on that but I am happy with my phone and my phone service and how much I pay for it.

I am trying to get my phone updated to an Iphone12. Called the this store at 7:25 let them know i was going to be their at 7:41pm , the person on the phone told me that he won’t do upgrades after 7:45pm , i said i will be their at 7:41, he still told me he will NOT do it. Mine you they close at 8pm. I called another store close by and i asked them the same thing. If i can go get my phone updated be their at 7:46pm, Eddie was very nice and kind . He said yes come i will help you out. Very nice guy. So the store in Ashwaubenon doesn’t do activation after certain times. Go to 2270 W Mason St and ask for Eddie Smith awesome guy.

Associate charged me $5 more than the listed price. When I pointed this out, he said “sometimes the price changes, do you want it or not?”.

Very nice and informed store manager. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns. Told me to get the Samsung Galaxy S8+ unlocked at best buy .... he said he couldnt bet the price. Im bringing it to Cricket this week to activate the phone when I have more time.

They were helpful in letting me know about taking the phone back, but couldnt explain why I didnt get very good reception in my house!

The last couple time I visited this place had been the worst experience I ever had with cricket. I had cricket for more than 4 years, and each visit is worst than the time before. Like right now at 1:57 pm there is no one insight. How you run a store when no one is here. The last time the sale person didnt even want to sell me a phone. They sent me all the way cross town, when I suggested I may like a certain phone, but doesnt mind the LG they had in store. Horrible service.
