Purchased photo prints on-line, paying with my bank debit card. I went to pick them up through the pharmacy drive through (due to Covid precaution) i was told i had to pay for them again. The pharmacy person couldn’t help and the photo person was out to lunch. I went home and called a few hours later and talked to a person in the photo dept. he told me they have a button on their register that acknowledges the on-line purchase. I said ok and went back to the store, to the photo dept. after another exchange with a worker and a manager, i was told there wasn’t anything the could do. So i paid a second time for my photos. I advise NOT to purchase with payment on line for photos from Walgreen’s. Bad experience!!!!
Unhelpful and rude. Took a COVID test and I never got results. The lady never took my ID or conformation number. I need the test result in a timely manner thanks for marking my life worse I hope you are fired.
Had to get covid tested, its Walgreens so what else do I say 🤣
Overpriced and slow. The pharmacy never has an accurate wait time to give you. They say 10 minutes, but expect a wait period of 30+ minutes. This is the third time Ive waited more than an hour for a prescription of 5 antibiotic individual pills. The pharmacists complain about other customers in front of you as well. The only thing professional here is the clinic. They are always bright and ready to help you.The pharmacy here is a joke.
Nice pharmacy, but need to enforce hygiene on people who are cashiers. Nice to hire the handicapped but the smell was overwhelming!
Had two rolls of film developed from a baby shower and of my infant. Out of two rolls, only 3 photos turned out. They all look horrible, dark, and green tinted. Ive never in my life had so many photos turned out so poorly. It also took a week and cost $25. Never getting film developed here again.
Its my go to for small things. Theres one young man who treats me terribly. I avoid him like the plague.
We stopped in the store my wife was in a lot of back pain and needed a pain crème and inflatable donut. Both the Pharmacist on duty (6-23-2018@1:00pm and store manager were very helpful in locating the items quickly. Great customer service and very friendly. Thank you!
By far the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Not only on one occasion. This is my 3rd time in the past year coming here and every single time they don’t have the prescription ready. The most recent visit they asked me to wait a half hour. So I wait 55 minutes before I finally came back and I was told they have one prescription ready and the other will be at least 10 minutes. The drive through has a broken speaker so good luck hearing what the have to say as well. Sorry, but I recommend the CVS on mason street. It’s a longer drive for me but they always been the best with having your prescription ready.
Store Managers here dont understand how ads work. Just showed the store manager the ad and Linda said you have to buy it online if its online. Just showed her that it said valid in store only. She clearly doesnt know how online ad works. Just check with another Walgreens and then said the two store managers here should have given us the price adjestment because it is an identical item. This Walgreen clearly needs to be trained again. They are the rudeness managers ever!!! Heidi from Lime Kiln Rd from the other store went out of her way to help us! Walgreens you guys need more Heidi less Linda!!!!
I wish I could give them 0 stars.Pharmacy techs are soooooooo unprofessional. The cocky attitude, eye rolls and yelling are customers arent right. I asked for manager and she did the same thing. I will never ever go back to this location. I will also be calling to speak to a new manager.
I like Walgreens they have always had everything that I have needed right at my fingertips, great drug store.
Its written on my prescription Name brand medically necessary, yet EVERY time I get this prescription refilled its the generic. Im not sure if its stupidity or a lack of care taken at the store, but either way its not acceptable.
Pharmacy technician did not know how to use the register, messed up order. Waited an hour and order still was not replaced.
Great pharmacists
