Bad gas. Daughters new SUV had to be towed after putting gas from this station in her car July 16th at 7 pm. Dealership stated any reputable station would cover the cost of flushing the engine to the tune of $500. Not this station. Had receipt, fuel sample and yet owner was rude and basically told my daughter too bad.She works at Capps pizza in Austinburg. She is going to make very sure her fellow delivery staff as well as all her customers are aware of how incredibly rude and unprofessional the owner of this business is. In addition, she will use social media to get the warning out as well. DO NOT support this business! There are other stations around that area that stand behind their product. The Saybrook Corner Store is definitely not one of them!

I put in about $10.00 worth of gas in my 2021 rav4. friday the 16th, 2021. My car broke down Saturday afternoon next day. Toyota of mentor, says its bad gas. So, got ahold of the owner and said was wasnt his problem. Lol this place is a joke. Hope everyone see this and doesnt get screwed over like we did. I would give them a zero but i cant the app wouldnt let me.

People only come here to complain. It’s a gas station with a little added bonus. The subs are actually quite good, I haven’t had the pizza but I’m willing to try. It’s a corner bodega what is there to complain about?Here, take my five star review, I don’t give them out often.

This is a great store.

They are very slow. Only one cashier at a time. They cant do lottery and when a line forms the boss just comes down and stairs....why is there no help!? Also Ive seen the same people in there Everytime and they cant get the lottery machine! Horrible customer service.

Sub Express, Pizza Primo, 4 gas pumps with unleaded, premium, and diesel, restrooms, snacks. Cold drinks.

The lady we asked for help wwas very rude and was complaing about how she cant leave front to help us but yet we were the only ones in store .the owner sould get some one who is not so lazy to work there this has happened to many times at this store not a good place

Customer service is aweful.

I stopped there a few times to get gas.the gas there is a very poor quality.my car got very bad gas mileage from ii.my car got around 7 miles per gallon less.i will never buy gas there again.
