We order all new flooring for our entire home. Laminate in our kitchen, living room, hallway and bathroom,. Carpet for all the bathrooms. We did have majors issues with the laminate. The original installers installed all the laminate incorrectly and causing the laminate to dip, they only laid the padding every 6 feet and left it bare everywhere else..... Carpet Mart did have another installer come out and fix the first installers mistake....Thank you

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME - THE OWNERS ARE NOT INTERESTED IN HELPING CUSTOMERS IF IT INVOLVES ANY ACTUAL LOOKING OR GETTING OFF THEIR BUTTS TO PUT IN EFFORT. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! THEY WOULD NOT PUT ANY EFFORT INTO HELPING LOCATE A MATCH FOR OUR EXISTING FLOOR JUST TO TRY TO SELL US A WHOLE NEW FLOOR INSTEAD

I only left one star because I didn’t have a choice. Terrible customer service! The owner was coming to measure canceled last minute due to some construction on the street, and said it was my problem. I explained that I missed work to have them come and measure and again he said that it was not his problem and he was done dealing with us! We offered for him to park in the neighbors driveway and he refused because it was “muddy”. I also made the workers aware that this man was coming to measure between 2-3 pm and they said they would move for him. He never even asked or tried to come through. Very rude, unprofessional, and not to mention inconsiderate! I do not recommend giving this business a dime!
