By appt only, but they got me in within a few hours, same day. Amazing store w some really beautiful instruments; some antique & special ones Id never heard of. Was fun to just look around. Had everything we needed to start up violin lessons. Great prices, very knowledgeable & super friendly. Would definitely recommend. I never even knew this store was here!

Great place! I highly recommend them. I tried 5 different music stores looking for a bass, and Stephen Bacon at Bellwood Violin was the only person who truly helped. Great guy, great shop and reasonable pricing.

I rented instrument for many months and they are very nice and accommodating. Even though they are closed on Saturday still we can call and make appointment if they are available. Above that whatever rent we paid can be used to buy instrument. Up to one year of rental fees can be adjusted against purchase.Very nice place.
