This place has raised my rent 3 times. I started out paying 36.00 a month in Sept 2019 and now its up to 69.00 a month. Thats more than double. Do not go with this company, they will raise your rent and continue to raise it at their own discretion. There is absolutely nothing you can do to keep this from happening. They will NOT work with you and will tell you, sorry about your luck, its just business. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

There were stink bugs in the building and on my storage boxes, when I came to get items from storage. The bugs made there way into my boxes even though they were tape sealed. Otherwise very nice friendly staff, very helpful.

This is was an extremely pleasant and simple process to acquire a storage unit. Even on a Sunday when the facility was closed. We were even able to start moving boxes on the same day.

I have done business with this place since 2014. Never late on a payment. Until November!Don’t expect simpathy from this company if your in the hospital with Covid and your whole family is quarantine. They will have none!I was late and got hit with 40 dollars in late fees! When I finally felt better and called to ask for the waive of late fees was told you should have called. Well I did from the hospital and your manager was more interested in collecting payment than the fact that I was in the hospital with Covid. No simpathy! Think about this with Covid you cant leave your house and NO ONE can come get anything from YOU! Now in the hospital your isolated! So NO I CANT SEND SOMEONE! NO I CANT Mail a Check!Will be moving my belongings to another storage facility.Also no garbage facility for customers!

We are moving across country and need to be able to have storage units available when we arrive. Contacted company by phone to get info about storage units available in the city where we are moving to. The representative was very professional and helpful, then put us in contact with the local facility. They, in turn, were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, to our satisfaction. It is super convenient to rent and pay for unit(s) on line. Very pleased with my experience with Storage Units of America!

The staff that I have talked to both in person and over the phone are so helpful and friendly. When I first rented my unit, the manager gave me a personal tour on where to go to find my unit which was so reassuring. First time renting a storage unit and they made me feel so comfortable no matter what questions I asked. Thank you for always helping me.

I was able to quickly find and reserve online a storage facility! When i met personnel they were very helpful and very friendly. I had reserved and signed and had keys in my hand for a storage unit in less than an hour. i was impressed!

Was a very satisfied customer. Me an my husband had to get a storage unit and we live in Ohio and didnt mind at all to drive out rt 60 to get my stuff. The secratery is so soft spoken and is amazing at her job. She deserves a raise 👍✌✋🥇✴✳✴✳
