Outstanding beer selection

If you’re in Ashland, this is where you want to shop for your craft beer. I promise that you won’t find a better selection in the city, no matter what any of the other stores claim. It’s literally impossible for the other stores to have a better selection because Dauntless Distributing (the premium beer distributor in the state) doesn’t even sell to the other stores.They also have ten taps that are available for growler fills. Their single bottle/can section is massive.This store is literally on par with some of the best stores I’ve been to in Lexington and Louisville.

Very reasonably priced cigars and nice non alcoholic beers.

Used to be a good growler fill Station, but apparently they have been unable to keep kegs on their taps. Plus If you go through the drive through and ask whats on tap you may get a lazy worker who cant read the four beers on tap for the 4th of July weekend. He may tell you to come in to read the list. He cant even tell you if they are stouts, IPAs, porters, ales or sours. Last time I will be visiting this establishment for a long time.

Pretty good selection for the area; however, the prices are at least 10% higher than other nearby stores. I understand that a big chain store has more buying power which allows them to sell at a lower price, but small shops have to step up their game to compete. If youre gonna charge more, I expect you to have items that I cant get anywhere else as well as exceptional service. Neither of which Ive experienced.

They have a great collection of craft beers. Hard to decide sometimes. Helpful workers, they have never recommended something I didnt enjoy. Even Blue Moon in aluminum cans.

This place made a dramatic change to being an average booze store to having one of the best varieties of beer around. Staff is much more friendlier and helpful than what it used to be.
