I worked with David weekly for months on end to help me with my chronic pain. When I started going to David I was depleted, felt broken and in high levels of pain. I was blown away by the safe space he held for me to dive deep into the root cause of my pain, which was, of course, was deeply emotional. I was able to access these wounded places within me while he lovingly and carefully assisted the process with his therapies and made it safe for me to release and share. I am now 90% pain-free and very grateful to the time I worked with him. It was much more than acupuncture, it was full body, integrative medicine. I highly recommend his work.

I went in for tennis elbow after first getting a cortisone shot then seeing a PT for months with no relief. In less than ten minutes on the table I had NO pain in my elbow. I was just shocked! It felt like magic. I asked if I could just leave the needles in and David assured me that wouldnt be necessary. It is over a week later and still no pain! I am continuing to go in for other minor aches and to make sure the elbow gets all that it needs to continue in good health. The cranio-sacral work David does is deeply peaceful and I just love it.On another note, the office is absolutely beautiful and peaceful and they are really on top of things technologically speaking. I like getting an e-mail reminder of my appointment! Erin at the front desk has been very nice to speak with as well.

Visiting David at Sage Medicine in a word, therapeutic. I had an injury from last year that gets tight and hurts and I thought maybe acupuncture would help. After talking with David and explaining the nature of my pain we decided to give it a try.Did I mention that I have a major fear of needles. David assured me that it would not hurt and that not all the work he does involves needles. I was amazed at how relaxing the treatment was. I didnt even notice the needles that were used. Afterward I felt the injured area feeling more open and had better movement with less tightening when driving. Sitting in the car was uncomfortable on long drives.Thanks David!B

Japanese acupuncture really is extra gentle. I often couldnt tell when David put a needle in. Davids expertise and presence lived up to the recommendation I had, and I got a good result from the treatment.
