The staff was as usual in great spirits greeting me with genuine warm smiles! Service was courteous and swift ... I was completely checked out and on my way with in only a few moments ... Sure it was most definitely faster than the FAST FOOD I ventured on to for a not so quick lunch!! I give ALL the Wonderful Swift Courteous STAFF a 👍👍.... 😁☺️

Gotta love the Techs. Especially Angie! She always remembers me and my mothers names. All the other employees are kind and professional.

This place is a HUGE JOKE. My elderly parents needed verification of how much they had to pay for their meds and the ASHLAND PHARMACY made them come in to show their drivers license then they would release the info. My dad has copd and is on oxygen and my mom is a childhood diabetic both are 80 years old and walmart would not accommodate them during this time with Covid-19 and made them come into the pharmacy. CVS Pharmacy was nice and brought the info out to my parents vehicle.Ahland Walmart Pharmacy SUCKS!!!

Agree with Tamdea’s review! There is a dark haired thin younger female who is ALWAYS snippity and condescending!! I shudder when I get her....I am a meek and polite professional and appalled at her I insulting demeanor to me! Letting everyone know.

Terrible customer service. I went through the drive thru to pick up my prescription I fill monthly and the lady was very rude. Didnt turn on the camera when she talked to me and when she sent out my script she said nothing at all. No thank you, no youre all set, no have a nice day. Nothing. Very rude and left the whole situation very open-ended. I felt weird driving off. I understand they are busy and Im sure that gets old (weve all done customer service) but thats the job you choice so put on a smile, be nice and do your job right. Even when Ive gone in to pick up my prescriptions they are rude and short. When I stated my name (which isnt difficult) she was like Spelling?! making it very obvious she did not care at all to help me, was annoyed from the start and just continued her having own conversation with the other employees instead of even looking at me while waiting on me. I know for a fact I was not being rude, I have always worked customer service jobs and I know how to treat people I was raised with manners. That pharmacy really doesnt make you feel appreciated as a customer helping them keep their jobs--- they need to have some serious customer service education.

Horrible customer service. Prejudice and unresolvent. Easily lost a longtime customer because of how poor they handled a serious situation.
