Best experience Ive had getting my laptop fixed, Niles was very helpful having my laptop fixed the next day and was far more affordable than I thought it would be.

Kittie was beyond amazing helping me with my printer. When it seemed there was no way to figure out what the difficulty was with the printer, she kept trying a variety of things until she found the answer. She was so patient with me (I am not high tech and from an older generation) and absolutely determined to find a way to make the printer work. Miles and the team at Dr. Networking have been wonderful to work with! Miles has created a new server for us and transferred all the data over from the old server seamlessly and with little down time. He manages all of our servers, computers, VPN connections and makes sure we are up to date with the latest software. Earlier this summer we had Dr Networking install solid state drives on two laptops we use for AutoCAD, Revit and other engineering programs. For us it was bone-headedly simple. 1) Drop off laptop. 2) Pick up laptop later in the same day. Old drives in anti-static packages just in case. Reasonable price. All data and programs transferred completely, no noticeable difference except that they are a LOT faster.This is actually typical performance from this provider, in our experience.
