They was very helpful at the Archery deparment and professional. Helped lower my draw weight on my compound bow because my Rotator in my right shoulder is bad with no problems. Then took me to the range downstairs to make sure i was comfortable with the draw weight after adjustments for free of charge. I strongly recommend them to anyone who loves anything to do with outdoors

As a loyal customer, I purchased a firearm for a family member. While purchasing, discussed return policy. Discussed as a long term customer restocking fee might likely be waived. If this wouldn’t have been thought possible in my original conversation, the purchase may have never been made. When I returned the product, in 48 hours there was no consideration. Tough lesson learned after 40+ years of loyalty.I guess family owned , versus employee owned, has changed the way of working.One restocking fee = 0 future purchases.

There is plenty of diverse product at reasonable prices, but the young female cashiers need some people skill training. The only words spoken to me was my purshase total..... She was too busy gabbing with the other cashier to bother to acknowledge me, or say THANK YOU. Guess she thought that other cashier was more instrumental in paying her salary than I was.

Staff is not always very friendly. Great product selection, more expensive than similar stores. Its alright for finding things you cant get elsewhere. Personally, I prefer Dunhams.

Awesome clothing sales going on now @ Fin Feather Furs Ashland location!! All the staff we came into contact with were very helpful.

The gentleman in the reloading section was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about various types of reloading presses and applications. He did a really good job with each customer, and he was very busy for the hour I was there.

This is their flagship store you will often find stuff at this location you will not find at other locations.... Very friendly helpful knowledgeable staff... Would definitely recommend looking here before purchasing elsewhere

Found everything we needed! Unfortunately, we left the house for a camping trip in South Dakota and forgot our tent at home. Glad we were passing by because I did not want to buy a tent from Walmart. Picked up a great tent and a few extra little things. Happy customer!

A bit pricey on most things but inventory is always spot on. You want it they have it and Im willing to pay a bit for that. Most staff is very knowledgeable.

Anything you need really in the fire arm you can get here. Ive averse selection versus selection of handguns long guns as well as ammunition is readily available at this place. You can also get everything that you need to need to press your own ammunition as well

Majorly Disappointed! What you see is not what you get. Bait and switch tactics.Purchased Federal 308 Winchester and 6.5 Creedmoor Non-Typical Whitetail ammunition. Very expensive! Huge Beautiful Euro-Mount Buck on the box. I received a very disappointing box compared to the pic that was advertised. Ordered Federal American Eagle suppressor 22 long rifle ammo. Same thing happened. I feel ripped off because what I thought I was getting in the advertisement is not what I received.Mike from Colorado

FFF is a super outlet. It has an upper level that has elevator accessibility or get fit take the stairs. It has a tremendous amount of outdoor related items: fishing, camping, clothing, shoes, archery, weapons, and accessories. The employees were very well informed and clearly demonstrated safety both of masks and safety in handling weapons. I highly recommend them as there are many opportunities to fit the interests of outdoors life.

Absolutely the best everything you want need and some things you didnt know you needed. Fantastic staff.

My husband has severe asthma and claustrophobia and didn’t have a mask on. We walked around the entire store, even went upstairs and filled out all the paperwork for a firearm (waited for the back ground check as well). The gentleman helping my husband walked us down with the firearm and waited in line with us to purchase it along with some clothing I picked up. We started checking out and a woman walked up to us and told him he needed a mask. My husband clearly stated he has medical conditions (and mind you it was extremely hot in the building as well). She told him she didn’t care she had a face shield for him. He told her his medical conditions allowed him not to wear one. She fought him in wearing it, even though we were just about through being checked out. She was extremely rude (even the customers around us were telling her it was illegal to ask about his medical conditions and force him to put on a mask) I would not recommend going to this store, as they do not accommodate people with medical conditions, and clearly discriminate against people with medical conditions. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Since the coronavirus struck America (thanks a lot, China) the Fin, Feather, and Fur outfitter in Ashland, Ohio has been operating with reduced hours, opening Tuesday through Friday at noon. But on Saturday they open at 9 a.m. which gives the early birds the chance to acquire a box or 3 of ammunition, with limited quantities of certain calibers, and shop for other needed outdoor items like firearms, magazines, holsters, ammo cans, clothing, accessories and a nice selection of gun safes and ammo cabinets. On each visit I discover new and interesting items in the various departments including the upstairs firearms and ammunition section, and the downstairs reloading section. The Fin, Feather, and Fur staff are always willing to answer questions and help in any way possible. The girls at the checkout counter are always friendly and expeditious. Dont hesitate to pull off of Interstate 71 at Exit 186 in Ashland, Ohio and give this outfitter store a gander. (Now, theres a shot across the bow of an old competitor that has gone under.)

Love the store and the products . The prices on hunting clothing could be a bit lower but I get it. The website led me away because it doesnt allow me to see any reviews of products. I tried to write one on an item purchased for a SAFETY REASON and it wouldnt let me post it because I didnt buy it online. It led me away once I found a product I wanted so I googled the product for reviews to justify my choice and bought it somewhere else because I read 20 reviews on it that they let consumers write. The saftey issue I had is the Turkey fryer the saftey is a dangerous feature please do not buy a burner with a saftey timer on it it will ruin your use and when it goes out good luck lighting it without melting your skin it will not light with a long lighter you must use a propane torch with a strong flame!!!!

Their items are way overpriced. I would not purchase anything from this store. Shop around, you can find better price points on what they have. There is really nothing worth purchasing at this store. They used to be more reasonable in their prices

Its my go to store. Great staff friendly folk, and Bern in the reloading dept is my go to guy when I need info on reloading. I highly recommend Fin Feather Fur Outfitters.

Pretty nice place was a little upset that I was only allowed to get one box of ammo and I live an hour and 45 minutes away from this place an hour but other than that very nice and knowledgeable staff

While the prices on the ammo and reloading supplies seem to be a bit higher here than they are elsewhere or online comparatively speaking, they also have the best selection for a local store by far. (although at the time of writing this review in February 2021, this seems to be the ONLY place you can find primers in stock locally.)

Great store all ways got something I want.

Very disappointed in this store as well as the company, pistols and long guns are plentiful at a good to decent price BUT AMMO? would expect the price gouging from the lowlifes but to see ur prices online (out of stock)$14-$29, and you go in the store and see the $36-$52 price for the same thing. Ammo manufacturers released videos and statements that they did and will not raise their prices more than 15%. But you have really raised them higher. AND why are all the sales ppl rude, asked to see 2 pistols and a shotgun. Doubt Ill be back.

When I need archery or other hunting gear I go here. The archery staff knows bows! I had questions about mechanical broadheads and they were able to get me straight as an arrow.Another good reason to come in is that the indoor archery range is always open when the store is and if youre having issues while youre there the archery staff is happy to offer insight as to the problem.

Its a nice outfitters store with decent deals.

Nice selection, quadruple price gouging on ammo. 300 rounds from a tiny gun room at RKO 98$ 100 rounds at the fin almost 100$. Even as ammo is trickling in in multiple stores they keep astronomical prices.

I was happy to finally find some ammo. My complaint is I wanted 2-3 boxes of .223 but could only buy 1. I was thankful they didnt gouge me on the price of the ammo, $11.99 for 20 rounds of tulammo, but shipping was $16.00. Super fast shipping though, I ordered it on Wednesday and had it by Friday.

Usually will have what you need but can be a bit pricey Ive had occasions where staff was a bit rude or dismissive but overall a good place to go for hunting or camping needs.
