Dropped my car and was supposed to get a call tell me my diagnosis is 2 hrs. I called them after waiting four hours. Was told it needed a purge valve and a fuel pump costing about $1200. I told them I’d talk to my husband and call them right back. She said she was going to lunch. Called back ten minutes later and left a message to do the work but call me first so I’d no how long it would take. I called them again three hours later and was told “I never got the message so we can’t get the part til Monday now. This would leave me without the car for at least three days as this was Friday. To her credit she did have the car fixed by Saturday and that was appreciated.

They sold me a extended warranty that only covers car during manufactures warranty how is that an extended warranty now im having problem with my car im just a few thousand miles out of warranty and ive not even had car few years if you buy car from this dealer with an extended warranty dont drive it something will go wrong with it and its not covered i was ripped off

I took our 2015 suburban in for a transmission issue. There was no fluid detected on the dipstick when we dropped it off. They said that everything checked out. The transmission has also been hesitating when accelerating. This is the third time weve had it in for this issue. They could not explain why the vehicle has the hesitation or why there was no transmission fluid showing on the dipstick. This is very disappointing. Ive bought my last two vehicles at this dealership and am in the market for another. I think I may take my business elsewhere. Thank you for reaching out and I hope we can resolve this issue.

Went in to investigate what they said was transmission shudder. Since this is evidently a common problem with 8 speed transmissions the factory reccomended a transmission flush. They reccomended i drive it for 500 miles to see if it makes a difference, so far I have the same problem. If problem continues after that time (500 miles) I may get a lawyer and invoke lemon law!! I am not happy.

Normally I do not leave poor reviews of places. But after having my truck break down in Ashland KY and towed to the nearest Chevrolet dealership for a diagnosis I could not feel more taken advantage of.After diagnosis on my 2006 Chevrolet Colorado it was brought to my attention that the waterpump had failed. (Awesome, they were able to diagnose the issue within 2 hours of being open the next day. No issue here.)After speaking with my service advisor about the diagnosis she advised that they replace the waterpump and thermostat on the truck to complete the repairs(fair diagnosis.)The part where I said that I feel taken advantage of is that they were going to charge me 917.xx to replace ONLY THE WATERPUMP AND THERMOSTAT. Not replace any of the other pulleys on front of the engine, radiator hoses, do a coolant flush, replace the belt. Nine hundred seventeen dollars and some change just to replace two parts on the side of a four cylinder engine. An hour job in my driveway back home.Anyone that has ever worked on vehicles knows that if you replace one pulley you might as well replace all of them. If you replace a pulley you need to replace the belt.Being how my belt was soaked in coolant it definitely needs to be replaced.Knowing that I was over 4 hours from home without means of reliable transportation I could not feel more taken advantage of by the service department of a dealership.Needless to say I got the truck on a trailer, towed it home and will be doing the repairs the vehicle needs in my garage.The only bright side of this is the speedy diagnosis done by the techs. However I would reccomend anywhere else to get a vehicle worked on.Completely dissatisfied.

I went Tuesday and test drove two different vehicles feel in love with both but made my mind up on Wednesday which one I wanted. Called my bank got a great interest rate called Don Halls told them so they beat it, we went and picked it up and we have never had an experience like this in the 29 years weve bought anything. They were so nice, explained all the features on the vehicle. They have the BEST customer service Ive ever had, we will from here on out purchase or vehicle her. I bought a truck in early March the first contract I had was ok they would call me back the buyers Experience was great there know issues with truck except one , know extra set of keys when I asked for them they said they would figure it out well they dropped the ball. I have any issue with when you spend sixty Pluse thousand dollars on a truck a simple spare set of keys is expected.

2020 Chevrolet Tail Boss.I visited the Service Department to have my rear passenger side tire repaired (screw in the tire) and a recall for the seat belt.After they completed the repair and I paid for the service. I got home and noticed how dirty they got my interior. I also noticed they scratched the wheel that was repaired in two places as well as swirl marks in the black paint of the wheel.

Was greeted very nicely and courteously. Everything was explained so there were no surprises. Repairs were made by the afternoon of the next day and i was without my truck for a very small amount of time. I do think $417.38 for labor(3 bolts and 2 wires) was a little excessive. Starter price was less than one I could buy at Autozone.

Our car was 21 years old and had 300,000 miles, and you guessed it the engine blew so we had no vehicle. We had just cleared bankruptcy 6 months before and had no savings. Bad credit yep that too. Tried two car dealerships that promised NO MONEY DOWN BAD CREDIT no problem. Big problem, they let us linger,then said they would have to have a down payment or a cosigner.We didnt know where to turn, but I prayed maybe third time would be a charm...and it was!Thank God for Luke and Josh at Don Hall! Those guys got us a car loan APPROVED within 30 minutes, no money down no cosigner,and we drove out of there in a beautiful new, to us, car.Our prayers were answered by these two wonderful gentlemen. I dont know if they will ever know how much this means to us but they will always be heroes to us.

Going to Don Hall was the best decision we couldve ever made. Im the type of person who hates any type of payments. I dont want a car payment. I dont want to pay interest on my own stuff, either. However, sometimes life doesnt work out that way. The days of saving up and buying with cash are long gone for most areas of life. So, buying a newer vehicle was an extremely big decision for our family.Between me never having any experience with buying from a dealership and my husband not able to remember the times he did when he was in the Army, this was a whole new world to me. I had a million and ten questions. Plus, I talk too much (if you didnt already notice). We submitted a pre-approval application on a Wednesday evening, and Thursday morning we were going through the details.Ralph Cox, Luke, and John were all amazing. Every single step of the way, Ralph was there explaining everything. He didnt just sell us a vehicle, he sold us a way to get through life. He didnt take it lightly, either. From the outside looking in, one would think Ralph would be the one making the payments. Thats how dedicated he was at ensuring we were taken care of well. If there’s one thing I’ve learned from shopping for cars online, it’s that the AutoChecks or CarFaxes are not always reliable. As such, when I inquired about a vehicle I was interested in, the VERY FIRST question I asked was “can you confirm this vehicle has not been in an accident, regardless of the clean AutoCheck provided?” And I was told no, it had a clean record. So I expressed my interest, until my dad did a little more digging and found the CarFax (conveniently NOT posted anywhere online from the dealer) and discovered that the vehicle had been in a catastrophic accident. The only reason I give two stars here was because the staff was very friendly and responsive. I appreciate that a lot, but I CERTAINLY don’t appreciate being lied to and swindled. Proceed doing business with them with extreme caution and attention.

Josh our advisor was wonderful. However it took 6 different times of bringing our car in with the SAME problem to get it fixed. We would get it back and immediately it would mess up again even though they “test drove it and it was fine” we were not happy with our experience or with gm. I will never buy another car from GM again.

Purchased a used vehicle, on the way home the motor started knocking, called the sales rep told me to come back the next day. I show up first thing in the morning and when I arrive they say it’s on me and there isn’t anything they will do. I went to a reputable dealer to keep this from happening. Sales staff was very unprofessional and I expected them to do the right thing. I put approximately 3 miles on the car before it started having issues. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE ( I sure wish I did ).

Bringing my wifes vehicle has been an absolute nightmare. First, the sun roof shattered with 0 warning and it turned out to be GMs fault. We were then responsible for half of the cost of repairs to a flooded car and radio. Also, dont expect to receive the rate stated online... online the full AC package cost $99 just to have dye run through our AC they charged $159.95. Highly recommend finding business elsewhere. If i could Id give them a 0 star
