They did a great job on the install, leaving a clean slab, with no visible seam on the adjoining slabs. Suggest you visit with a kitchen door and do some match ups in their showroom in Ashland for best outcome.

1 star for selection and 1 start for help around the stones, I worked with Mike, great guy and very knowledgeable. Minus 3 stars for installation in terms of process and handling bad situations.They are good on getting you in the door and showing you things and following back on things at you are picking and thinking about the stones. Once you go into installation process, things change, it is hard to get in touch with people who coordinate the installation and the customer is not the priority as much.We got one delay on the installation due to cutting issue, and after the installation the job was left undone. The people doing the actual installation on the ground were not able to reliably come back and finish the job as they kept rescheduling. One time we scheduled a particular time and the people just did not show up or call, calling the day after saying that they were sorry and forgot to call the day before.I understand that thing go wrong and time tables may shift. The handling of the situation was far from satisfactory and very lacking and disengaged. I would have expected the person coordinating the installation to get more involved if there are things going wrong or slip. In this instance I only got a call to pay the remaining balance while the working crew was still failing to find a time to come and finish the installation.I ended up paying my plumber to take care of the outstanding work.

Excellent service!! And fantastic product. I chose dekton rem matte. Amy , who was helping me mentioned that this particular material is plastic free!! Sold! And, practically zero maintenance. Cleans very easy from any food spill. That I had to test. I put my beautiful sample tile in a sink and poured everything I could find in a kitchen. Grease, coffee, wine, milk, oil... and let it sit!!!! Guess what! Few hours later... my wonderful microfiber cloth and warm water took it all off. I did not even use cleaning soap. Sold! Thank you Amy! Cant wait for my kitchen to be completed.

They took the time to explain everything in detail about my kitchen project with step by step process and were patient with all my questions. I learned quite a bit in what is involved in replacing my kitchen counter tops and all the precision that goes into making sure everything goes smoothly.Not only did I change my kitchen counter tops, I also replaced the split sink to a single bowl. This was our third time using Divine. We did kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a vanity. We worked with Amy and Troy. They were very fast on getting us quote and going over options. We even made a few changes and they were very flexible. We love the quartz! The install team was excellent and easy to coordinate as we were juggling a few other projects. Divine Stoneworks has provided an excellent countertop for my kitchen. First the measurements were taken by an expert with laser equipment to make the countertop fit perfectly. then once we picked the granite slab from the supplier, Divine Stoneworks took it from there and made it a beautiful countertop in short time, the installation crew were so professional and organized, they carried out the installation with care and expertise, you cant even tell they were there, except the new countertop!. Divine has really perfected the customer service experience. They keep in regular communication and are very friendly. From our Customer Success Manager, to the measurement professional, to the installation team, we were in good hands. Our granite kitchen countertop fit beautifully, and looks amazing. The installers gave us great tips in how to care for our granite. We cannot recommend Divine enough. It was a quick process with a gorgeous outcome. They made it the easiest part of our renovation!

The customer success manager helped work with my schedule, even giving me time to go to a location to pick out the best looking slab(s) of granite. The person who came out to measure was patient and allowed my 8 year old to help, lastly, the installers we just as kind working late in the evening to make sure the seem was almost impossible to detect. The counters look gorgeous and I am very happy with the results - I highly recommend working with Divine Stoneworks.

The company is responsive and communicative with customers. They stayed on schedule and Max, who came to do measurements, was polite and did good work. The countertops look fantastic. Our only concern: the workers are using hazardous materials and should be trained in wearing masks, etc.

Very easy process. Very professional and had plenty of remnants for me to choose from. Easy scheduling for the template. They said it would take 7-10 days and it only took 3!!! Wow!! So impressed. Thank you Divine Stoneworks for an amazing job from start to finish!!

I just did my kitchen over and used Divine to install the granite countertop.It looks good except that Divine left me hanging when it came to the backslash behind the kitchen sink.After them not installing a backsplash in an area that is needed most, I questioned why it was not installed and rather than them resolving the issue, they came up with reasons why they decided (on their own) to just skip it. No conversation about it with me, they just decided on their own to skip it.No backsplash behind the sink, its just flat granite top for the water to just roll off behind the sink.The sink area is at a window and rather than propose a solution, they decided to just skip over it.Theres no sill sticking out, no molding etc.. all so that the granite would fit along with the backsplash with no obstruction.I continued to question why they just skipped over the sink area, and their offer was to send me a piece of non-matching granite for me to install myself.I was impressed with the templator as well as the installer guys but Im not happy at all about the final outcome! I have spent a lot of money on this entire kitchen redesign, only to be left dealing with a backsplash problem in the focal point of a kitchen... The sink.

We had used Divine Stoneworks for a small bathroom vanity top, so when it came time to do our master bath, it was a no brainer. Great customer service and absolute willingness to follow through until the job is right. We had a complicated shower install, and Max and the other installers made sure it was perfect. Shannon was a great help in picking out the vanity top design, and was awesome with follow up and managing this install. Everyone else we dealt with at Divine (Dakota and Alex) were so great as well. Just an all around enjoyable experience with honest advice and helpful suggestions!! Should we ever need quartz or granite again, we will go there first!!! Thanks guys!!!

I went into Divine Stoneworks to look for a double vanity top for our master bathroom. Dakota at Divine was terrific in helping me find the perfect color quartz top and sinks to go with it. The installation team did a great job as well. Very happy with my new vanity. I am looking forward to using them again when I remodel the guest bathroom.

They put in a kitchen counter top in our house right before we sold it. We were modernizing the kitchen in an effort to get the house ready to sell. I just wish we had done it when we first moved in. Given the size of our kitchen the price was not much different than what we paid to have laminate put in when we purchased the house.Unfortunately we went to a big box store for the first counter top. Had we gone to Divine and realized the pricing and quality we never would have installed the laminate. And that is one of the key advantages with Divine. They work with this stuff everyday and really outline all your options and the advantages/disadvantages of each. In our case, they helped us select a color & stone that worked with the house and was a good fit for someone selling a house.Just replacing the countertop made a huge difference in the look of our kitchen. Any they did a fantastic job on the instillation. You could really tell the difference in the quality of the install vs. our first countertop.Go check out their showroom. I was in the building a few weeks ago looking at their floors (different vendor) and took a look as we worked with them before they finished the showroom. Really impressive and no doubt makes sorting through all your options a lot easier.

From the moment we entered the Divine Stoneworks showroom, we were impressed. It was a busy afternoon, yet we had Michelles full attention.
