My husband and I live in Spartanburg SC and had been searching everywhere for a used Polaris Ranger. We located one here and made the hour plus trip to check out the Ranger. Just really professional, knowledgeable people working there. Courteous, helpful, worked with us to make a good deal on this used Ranger and added a few things in that they didnt need to since it was a used vehicle. We will definitely check in with MRCycles next time were in the market for this type of vehicle.

SCAMMERS! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I placed an order and for a month and a half they did not send it. I called customer service for 3 weeks with no answer at all. I left messages for Brad several times and nobody EVER called back. I want to cancel and order somewhere else, but the website does not give me the option. They charged me right away for the parts, but NO ANSWER AT ALL!!!When you take somebodys money and you dont give them what they paid for, is call SCAM

ATTENTION!!! ONLINE THIEVES!!!!I ordered parts on 7/03/2018 they claimed my order would be received 7/11/2018 7/17/2018 now its the 7/22/2018 and still no parts ....I sent three online messages and no response...I have called twice and got answer machine left messages and no call back ....Tomorrow I will call better business bureau in there area and file complaints....I have had to turn to my credit card company to get my money back MRCYCLES will not answer there phone or return calls or email...

I went in to purchase a bike I had looked at. I asked the sales person what their best out the door price would be as I had priced the same model bike at another location. He said he had to do a write up before management would offer a price. So, we sat down and he took personal information. Then he went to the office. A few minutes later the assistant manager came to the table. Assistant manager showed me a price. When I said it wasnt good enough he just got up from the table and walked away. I guess business is good primarily because Asheville buyers just pay prices without checking. So, Ill go buy a bike at the other location. Worst salesmanship attitude Ive ever encountered.

I ordered parts online from MRCycle. But no one is responding to phone calls or emails. Maybe theyre on vacation? Maybe no one works on Fridays or Mondays? Maybe I should have ordered somewhere else? I guess the jokes on me...

I purchased a replacement brake line, which MRCycle replaced with a newer part (without telling me). When I received the part, it looked different, so I called and expressed concern. I was told to send the part back, and they would correct it once the old part was received. I called a week after I shipped it to them and was then informed that it was a newer part that superseded the old part (so the new one WAS correct). They also informed me that they couldnt find the part that I sent to them. I was forced to call them (they never called me back, ever) several times and some reps were downright rude even though I worked hard to control myself. Ultimately, they claim they cant find the part, despite the fact that USPS shows it as delivered. Because they cant verify the return, there is nothing I can do. Im out my money and several months of riding time. Worst service ever. I do not recommend.

Went in today to look at a r1 and they only had one that was brand new but 2 years old. Not really a big deal but it took 25 min for someone to realize that I even existed and was in their place of business! While standing there I watched a sales person look directly at me and then go sit in his chair. When someone relized I needed help they said that a bike that has been sitting in their showroom for 2 yrs is probably their best deal... mhhhhmmm I think I’ll go somewhere else to make my 16k investment!

TITLE FRAUD.Incompetent and rude.Sold a RZR two years ago, didnt put their dealer number on the title.When contacted to retrieve their dealer number, which they are required by law to give to any customer who asks (also displayed prominently in the business) they unlawfully refused to disclose.Complaint filed with NC License and Theft Bureau.What a ridiculous experience over such a simple mistake. Never encountered a dealer so completely inept.

They get paid comission ONLY! So they mark up prices ABOVE msrp so the dealer can make their money, and pay them their comission. There is ABSOLUTELY no service after the sale. If you have an issue with something, noone wants to help you because they are not getting paid. HORRIBLE customer service, and on top of that, ABOVE MSRP!!!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.This business promised a lot and delivered NOTHING.Being that I was interacting with this company from over-seas, youd think that E-Mail correspondence would be extremely important. This company does not take that view at all.I ordered parts 7th May 2015, Which were listed as In Stock on the website, paid for my order and waited.I received confirmation of my order but no tracking number or anything for the package, which I thought odd...A few weeks later, after hearing nothing and being eager to begin the re-build on my bike I e-mailed the contact given for over-seas orders (Brad), asking the status of my order and seeing if I could get a tracking number to see where my package is at.I received no reply.Fast forward a week, I e-mailed again, yet again NO REPLY.I waited, sent multiple e-mails, one month later~ And after receiving ZERO correspondence via e-mail, I sought their direct contact phone number, and waited up until almost midnight local time to call the store when they opened.I spoke directly to the person I was e-mailing (Brad) It was in this phone call that I was told that they are having trouble getting my pistons. but should be sent within a week.Brad also told me that he replied to my e-mails, and when I said I had not received them he said They must have gone to junk mail I advised him that not only will a reply to a direct sent e-mail NOT go to junk, but that i had been checking my junk folder daily to ensure that was not the case.I asked Brad to read-back the e-mail address they had there for me, to ensure it hadnt been sent somewhere else, he read it back to me correctly.I decided to wait yet again, as he did say that theyd be sent in a week...I called again (as e-mails had proven fruitless obviously) he then told me that they had 1 piston in stock, and that the manufacturer was making the other piston and as soon as they received it, all the parts would be sent.I waited again, sent more e-mails, again NO REPLY...I called 2nd week of August, NOW MORE THAN 3 MONTHS after the order was placed. I spoke to Ken, (who was surprisingly helpful, and actually responded via e-mail). Ken advised me that Brad was on holidays, and that hed have a look into it and let me know what he found. He Called the supplier and later e-mailed me to let me know that this pistons for my bike were now DISCONTINUED and could no longer be ordered.... and that the parts were discontinued in late July!!! MONTHS AFTER THE ORDER WAS PLACED.WHAT WAS BEING DONE IN THE TIME UNTIL THEN??????Ken advised hed talk to Brad when he returned from his time off, and get Brad to get in touch with me with more information.Less than 3 Days later, the amount initially paid was refunded into my account with STILL NO INFORMATION.I E-mailed Ken to seek some additional information, and he advised that the refund had been completed, and gave me some leads to chase a piston myself.ALMOST 4 MONTHS LATER, I HAVE NO PARTS A HUGE DELAY IN MY BUILD, AND STILL NOT A SINGLE E-MAIL FROM THIS COMPANIES OVER-SEAS SPECIALIST

I ordered parts last week and you said that i would get them this Tuesday but they did not come in i called Wednesday and you said they went out on the 15th which was Monday and i should have them this week I called back on the 19th and you said that you did not have a tracking number but you would call me back and your man did not call this is not a good way to treat a new customer.Please advise what happenLee DeLosh

They charged me before an item shipped, claimed it was on back-order and cancelled my order. I called to ask about the refund and they said they would send along proof of the refund to my email address. I never saw the email. Poor customer service!!
