I feel like Alexis has literally saved my life these past few months. She is a very generous provider, always willing to spend extra time with me, performing gua sha and cupping and then acupuncture. She has a very gentle touch with her needles which is perfect for me right now. She is also extremely easy to talk to and has been able to hold a lot of space for all of my big emotions. I feel better for days after I see her. I am so grateful for her presence in my life and I cant recommend her highly enough.

She identifies the needs you cant even see, treats them (and the ones you came in for) with love and care, and sends you home feeling healed and refreshed. Every single treatment feels hand curated and left me feeling well supported and taken care of. I am super impressed with how knowledgeable she is and how well she explains each treatment. I always felt like I knew exactly what she was doing and why. I was so pleased to receive a comprehensive consultation where I felt completely comfortable asking questions and learning about my treatment and steps to take. Jeremy was happy to explain things to me and gave a complete treatment. Wonderful space and knowledgable practitioners, and tea, too.Saturdays are community clinic days, with a sliding scale, so seeking treatment doesnt have to be a limitation to you.

Jeremy Noble is my preferred healer in town. I saw him for a badly sprained and fractured ankle that had me on crutches for months. Jeremys acupuncture and herbal treatments significantly accelerated the healing process. My ankle was a little sore the nights of the treatments followed by HUGE rebounds the next day. Id go as far as saying Jeremy reduced my recovery time by half. I enjoyed learning about the medicinal teas he prescribed me as well. The teas were a bit bitter at first yet after about a week I began to enjoy the taste. Im truly grateful for his service and recommend Jeremy for the healing of any type of physical trauma.

We have been seeing Emmy for massage for over a year now, and she has been an integral part of our healing process. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and relaxed. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The ambiance is soothing and uplifting. And I had a powerful session with Ashley. She was very caring and professional, and answered my questions thoroughly by actually sharing some of the history and approach used in her practice. That was actually my favorite part! My last practitioner kept everything very mysterious and his answers were curt. After this experience, I cant see myself going back to him. The Turmeric Chai and Kitchiri were sooo delicious -- and I fully enjoyed both in their awesome tea room!! It was just such a lovely experience overall and Im really looking forward to going back!

Just had to stop by here while visiting Asheville and it didnt disappoint! The aesthetics are FABULOUS and the turmeric chai was SO delicious that I purchased a bag of the hand-crafted blend to take home! Ive tried a few turmeric products which are usually bitter but the blend in Alchemys chai was perfection! Wish I was here longer to try other menu items. Staff was friendly and exuded a calming demeanor.

It is completely amazing what Emmy has done for me! I used to have a fear of driving on the interstate after a wreck and now I drive without fear. I also used to be constantly dizzy and it was so horrific to feel this way daily. I have now been free of dizziness and fears for almost a year. I am so grateful! She is magical!

I have been seeing Emmy Bechtel for over a year now. There is no way to express the wonderful relief I have found throught her art of acupunture. Stopped by this place while visiting Asheville. Great food! Great people, very helpful! Great atmosphere and decor! I didnt have any treatment but the kitchiri and turmeric chai were divine! I also had the bone broth which was a bit salty for my taste but all good nonetheless. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area.
