Wow! This online market has great products and the family that runs it are so helpful. Chef Toms products are great. The help they gave me has made me healthier and my life so much better. Cant get that from Amazon.

I dont think the glass teapots are made as advertised. I paid for two which lasted all of 3 months each, even though I treated them meticulously as directed the entire time. Ended up with a huge crack on the bottom in the exact same place on both. Borosilicate glass wouldnt have done this.

I ordered several things from this merchant, including some packages of steel-cut oats. These packages are apparently made of cellophane and are very flimsy, which I found out later. Anyway, one of the unopened bags ripped on me, and most of the contents spilled out.I called the merchant back and told them what happened. The woman, Autumn, who answers their phone at first acted sympathetic, but when I asked for a credit or refund, her personality completely changed. She absolutely refused to give me a refund, and she was extremely rude and sarcastic in everything she said after that. When I mentioned that giving me a refund might help them keep me as a customer, she said something like, Fine, Ill just remove you from all our mailing lists then.In short, Autumn, the woman who handles the phone orders, is extremely rude and unprofessional. I would never order from this merchant again.
