This is an awesome American Cookie. They’re cookies and cheesecake brownies are always delicious and my cookie cake came out amazing!

I’m a doorsasherthe guy behind the counter was so extremely rude to me. My order is done sitting there he arrogantly yelled at me that I was not suposta pick it up yet and then showed me his computer…. He was nasty to me for doing my job I took the order door dash sent me to get it. Again I’m just doing my job.Told him to have a great day.He does not deserve to be in customer service at all.I will never go to this company again

I just watched a man at the counter berate a gentleman with a small child, and anyone within earshot (myself included), about mall hours. His comment I dont know why yall are even here was really out of line and uncalled for. He didnt know why we were there and to berate the man for simply asking what time the mall opened? I will certainly take my business elsewhere.

Reality vs expectation! We ordered the happy anniversary cake for our wedding, just telling them to leave off the happy anniversary script. What we got was a massive bride hand cheersing a tiny groom hand, both holding martini glasses.It’s pretty fugly, but luckily our photographer got photos of me and some friends cracking up over it when we saw it.Furthermore, despite the horrid design, the taste was on point and the cake gotten eaten up very quickly!5 stars for taste, 1 star for design, 5 stars for a hilarious story! Thanks GA cookie!!

I went here the other day to order a cookie and i only bought one cookie and it was delicious. However i was charged three times for the cookie and it was only 1.92 but i was charged three times for it. I did not buy three cookies. I only bought one.

I ordered a cake and the gentleman, his name is Alonzo finished it in a timely manner and it looked really great. He was nice and while we were there we had to grab some cookies of course...they tasted really fresh and I would return. The “kiosk” near the food court has my heart.

Almost always everyone here does a great job. They are very attentive to the customers. I love the cookies and brownies. One time a girl was horribly rude and dismissive. I almost went off but I decided just to report her to her manager. I would give 5 stars if it wasnt for her.

Ordered cookie online. Picked up, icing was wrong. Asked for white icing only. Words were crammed together, you could barely read it. Hope it tastes good.

Awesome cookies. Love the large cake size cookies as well. Makes for a great party dessert!

My son was extremely particular about the picture he wanted on his cookie cake, and the staff went out of their way to be sure it was just right (including doing online research). We were very impressed at the level of service.

The service was absolutely horrific. This was the location closest to Ulta. The employees were arguing about who will make the cookie and icee. One employee, young man, said do you not have hands? along with you need to check yourself extremely inappropriate. He was bullying the girl who was trying to help us. I will never go back.

Overpriced not good service but the cookies do taste good so I give it 2 stars
