Had a fun day shopping. Would like to see a little more variety and there were a ton of closed stores.
Food court needs more options otherwise very nice and clean. Great shopping experience.
Clean spot with alot of the familiar outlets all clustered together. Right off major interstate highway.
A delightfully different modern outlet mall. Yes, there is the usual Sunglasses Hut but at least they dont have three of them. There are some big furniture and housewares stores with good discount prices. There are some empty stores (thank you COVID) but not so many to bring down your mood and there are plenty of good stores to make it worth visiting.
I love the Ashville outlet. Its clean, theres some pretty nice stores there that really do have discounted prices. Its a nice mall not too crowded and a beautiful area. The only issue I have with it is theres really nothing to eat in their food court.
Always enjoy stopping by here before leaving town, I’m always able to find what I need and the shops are always well Organized.
Usually Ive always enjoyed this Mall but today 9.13.21 was something a little different. I was parked in my car responding to emails from work after shopping at the Sportsmans Warehouse and I was approached by a lady that works in security that kept asking me if I need help? and after I said no she kept asking me and just stared at me. Very creepy! I showed her that I was a paying customer, she didnt say anything, drove off a little parked her truck and stared at me for 20 minutes. I REALLY dont appreciate the harassment considering I spend a lot money at this mall over the years. I know labor is hard these days but you might want to vet your employees a little better. She is weird/creepy and extremely unprofessional. I wont be back.

Livelier than the old worn out Asheville Mall with better stores. Enjoyed Lindt Chocolates, Le Creuset and Express Factory Outlet. Visited with nice folks at the Clarks Outlet too.
Has wide variety of stores. Only negative thing is food court only has 2 options to eat. But really nice and organized
Nice and clean outlets. Theyre not Tanger Outlets but still really good selection of stores. The food court could use a little bit more food variety I would say.

The hours are ridiculous and you cant tell when they will be open and when theyll be closed. Ive shown up there during listed business hours and they were closed. Many stores have their own hours that arent listed. The stores are nice but they arent discount prices by any means, the outdoor layout is nice. Not many food selections. Overall its nice but not my favorite.
They closed food court 10 minutes early would not even let a child go to restroom he went on himself and he cried cause he could not go to fair so wrong.

Most of the stores werent open even though it says the outlets open at 10. Some stores didnt open until 12. I was disappointed.

Today on our way home from our trip we decided to stop and take advantage of Dillards Memorial Day sale. Security came up and told us we were not allowed to park in the parking lot because they do not allow campers. Not only were we on the side that was closed and no cars parked on that side but we are also a paying customer. It wasnt like we were setting up camp. Security like that will kill your business and cause out of state people to not want to shop there.
Kind of expensive for outlet stores. I thought outlet stores were supposed to be cheaper. Got a hotdog from an outside stand. It was on the cold side

Nice, open air style outlet mall. Good selection of brand stores, plus West Elm and RH, and the Dillard outlet hub. Food court lacks options, but they have a few food carts around the main thoroughfare. Decent markdowns throughout the month, and the occasional great deal.
Ive been going since it was the Biltmore square they have really turned the place around a must visit for any shopper

Love the Vera Bradley store. It was a hot day so bring able to go into the cool stores was great. I love this mall. Dont love the construction on I 26 to much. Its About time they finished dont you think?

I go here for Vanity Fair. Always find cheap Jeans here. Lots of nice baby clothes. Better half finds clothes here to. Love the cash back. Large section of plus size. Always clothes on sale. Love the book store. Buy both books and books on CD for when Im driving. Love the big Dollar tree. Look at other stores but those are the ones that end up with my money. Nike store is nice. How ever I get better deals on same shoes and hats at Nike clearance store in TN.
Okay stores. Closes too early, no food selection and, not too many restrooms. There are restaurants nearby just not in the outlets. They do stay open later than the Asheville Mall they close at 6.
Josh and I enjoyed doing some Christmas shopping here. The parking lot was pretty full and crazy, but most of the stores were not super crowded. Everything was clean and orderly. There is a good variety of stores to browse, although this is not a huge mall. Access to all shops are outdoors, so I wouldnt go browsing in bad weather. A really nice outlet mall. Just about as safe to shop as anywhere. Stores are open; prices are reasonable. A few stores had a line but those were in the minority. Grab your Starbucks and spend a few hours adding to the Asheville economy. 🙂

I really like this outlet mall! Wide variety of shops and great prices.Got some outstanding deals at Cole Hahn, Coach and Vera Bradley. Nice laid back shopping experience. When you get tired there is a spacious lounge area (next to Vera Bradley) which has comfy chairs and big screen TVs. Fire pit outside with chairs around it. By the way they also have a Tesla charging station.
I love coming to shop here not that far of travel 1hour for me and I love that ! I can always find what I need awesome deals here!

Much like the other outlets owned by the same group only difference is this one is on the smaller size, clean and ample parking.
I work here. I mostly like it. But the security guards are such busy bodies and continually accost me for nonsense reasons.
Not enough choices and RH in particular had most of the damaged items in the store. Wont be back. Furniture Mart in Hickory was way better but make sure you spare enough time
This is such a wonderful place to shop! Even my husband and grown children love to go there. Unless you are in a store you are outside so bring a jacket or you will be buying one like one of mine had to do. There is something for everyone here! The prices arent bad either. My trips here are usually a couple of weeks before Christmas so I guess most stuff is already on sale. Go by and try it for yourself. Beware- you may spend more time and more there than you expect.
Nice clean well maintained place. Several stores still closed from Covid, but the ones we were interested in were open for business. Close to restaurants and hotels. Easy interstate access.

This was our first time and we loved it. It wasn’t overly crowded. Parking and location were great. The stores are perfectly spaced out. The Old Navy is life! 🙌🏻
I love this place! There are so many different types of stores, including ones I didnt even know had physical stores, like RH and Overstock. There is also this really unique beer shop that offers Meads, Ales, and Beers from different countries and a bar to sample them at. Its a good place to walk around and window shop or explore.
We found great sales at Dillards. The bathrooms were nice and clean. There was a Starbucks, Bath and Body works, Chocolate shop Lindt, Osh Cosh BGosh! We are visiting again tomorrow. Definitely worth going to shop.
I visited Kay Jewelry and Under Armor. Employees were very polite and very helpful.
A fun place to shop! As always, know your prices. Many good stores to shop in. It would be nice if a few restaurants were in the outlets as there aren’t any so if you spend the day there shopping, don’t plan on going to a restaurant in the outlets. There’s a couple of small junk food places for snacks, but those who eat healthy, don’t bother with unhealthy food there. You have to leave the outlets and drive to local restaurants to grab a meal.
Spent most of a day here looking through the deals at many outlet stores. Parking and open air spaces in-between shops.
Especially post corona, having an outdoor mall is fantastic, and the music selection is not annoying for pop music usually. Acropolis Pizza is delicious in the cafe area, they have a great starbucks which is critical for any shopping adventure. The bathrooms and everything are so clean its amazing! Regular security patrols keep things peaceful, although the lights sometimes feel like theyd give you a seizure. Its the only outlet mall within a 100 miles or so...heres hoping theyll finish 26 in the next decade...the exit/on ramp are death traps. Please be really careful out of towners! There is nowhere to pull off for miles with the cement wall construction barrier right now so if your car dies, so do you...this is a very dangerous 5 miles or so of highway please slow down!!! Thats you South Carolina and florida and Tennessee and New York license plates! These are curvy mountain roads and it rains most of the time. You do not know how to drive in these conditions so be humble and slow down!!

Most stores do not have outlet prices!! Some do and you get great deals. But others are just the regular stores or “their” version of outlet means 3$ off. Lots of these stores still have outrageously priced sales items.

Great place to shop, prices not your typical outlet mall prices. Several businesses were closed due to COVID-19 or went out of business. Their maps were not updated.
I alway visit the Dillards Outlet when Im in the area. Love the great sales. They were having a buy 1 get 2 free sale. Usually its 50% off, which is great also considering its already Clearance priced.
Great location. Easy to find and easy to get to off the interstate. Has great stores in the outlet not only good places to eat at the outlets but also all around the property are chain restaurants so whatever your needs Im sure you can find it here.

I thought there would he more stores, more diversity too. Overall prices of where we shopped were good, the Dillards had some amazing deals. A few more food court options would be nice. Everything was clean and well kept.
Love outlet malls! This one actually has two stores that my husband likes, a tool outlet and a bookstore. Most outlets have done away with those. Good variety of stores. Coupon book available, but not all stores are represented which is a bummer. Many stores offering 50% off storewide, which is a good sale. I will definitely come back!
Has a nice main hallway that is lined with stores on both sides. Easy to walk around and shop. Its not a large outlet but an ok size. Has some of the most popular stores.
It was nice. We went when it was cold out but there was a fire place and it warmed us up and it was cool 😎. I loved the bath and body works shop the most.

Plenty of shops to browse through, fair pricing compared to my local department stores, but dont expect to go shopping early. Dillard s, my typical reason of being here, doesnt open until late morning or later. Might be useful to check their website before planning your next shopping trip, I know I do!
Always have what youre looking for. Pleasant staff, super clean corridors, actually good outlet deals at the stores. Overall nicest place Ive found to shop in Asheville.
Havent been here in years, but it nicer now. Directions on how to get out of the parking lot would be nice. Lol. Once you find the right exit its a piece of cake. Lots of places to eat near by, even a McDonalds and Waffle House.
We found all that we were looking for. We were most impressed with the diligent cleaning and counting customers in stores to make shopping during a pandemic safer.

Awesome outlets located southwest of Asheville proper. Has a great range of shops, what you would expect at most outlets. The restoration hardware outlet was a GREAT find, not many exist. Highly recommend looking at their website before going to familiarize yourself with the stores available here. Huge Dillards here as well. Nice little food court.
Nice selection of stores. Parking was a little tough to find but it was an outlet mall around Christmas so no shocker there. Traffic getting in and out was a bit of a challenge too but nothing too bad. Nice decorations for Christmas too. Its not just the normal outlet stores in the same center so there are more things for dads to do than just watch kids and hold bags for the boss as well. Bonus points for being close to the highway for a quick getaway.

Great find in Asheville! They have really good outlet stores with great prices. The layout is really nice and its very clean. In each outlet store we visited the employees were very friendly. We will definitely go back!
I live in Florida in an area where you can throw a rock and hit an outlet mall. Even so, I prefer these outlets over them all. Theyre clean, the selection of stores is top notch, and the mall is easy to navigate. Parking is never an issue and there is even charging stations for electric cars.
I just love the outlets! You get to be outside and I dont normally find it crowded.
I always enjoy going to the Asheville Outlets. Plenty of places to shop, plenty of places to eat or have a snack or just get some fresh air.
I went to Dillards Oulet and Nike Outlet stores. I found awesome deals at Dillards! The pizza spot in the food court is phenomenal!

General cleanliness was much appreciated, along with bountiful spots to sit as well as some places to escape the sun. Thats where the praise ends. How an outlet mall, where almost everything is full price yet also on sale and every store feels like a scene from a horror film, stays open escapes me. Many stores dont even play music in the soulless rooms, so it makes it distracting to shop around. Hope this places turns around.
This type of outlet is good for places like Myrtle Beach but is not too inviting here in the mountains.It is going to get cold and shopping from one place to another is not covered and you are literary out in the cold.You have a good variety of stores but it is getting from one place to the other which may be its downfall.
Great variety of stores to shop at even a lot of name brand outlets like for example one of my favorites Coach!! And many many more!! I went the other day with my family for Halloween to trick or treat and there were tons of kids and activities set up for the children and even a few for adults but you could walk from Store to store trick-or-treating in there were people that work at the store standing out front handing out candy to each and every child it was great the kids were absolutely loving it!!!!

Mall is open air and has lots of the typical mall stuff.*** BEWARE! It is a total gun free zone and there are no signs. Its in the small print in the middle of the code of conduct. *** Do not carry on property!This is why I gave it two stars.
