I dropped my phone down the stairs over the 4th of July weekend and cracked my screen all over. Brought my phone in here on a break from work to see if a quick fix was possible and I had the best experience. He fixed my screen in about 30 minutes and it’s good as new. Reasonable price too. Didn’t catch the guys name but extremely friendly! Highly recommend

I had been delaying replacing my cell phone battery until suddenly the battery health plummeted. Not knowing where to go I called the local Mac store. They literally quoted me 48-72 hours to repair. I was actually speechless when they told me this. Who would drop their phone off for 3 days? By pure chance I was down at the outlets and noticed these folks. The service couldn’t have been easier. The repair was super affordable and took like a half hour. The store is very professional and straightforward. And thankfully not some gimmicky corporate experience where they try and sell you an upgrade or warranty. And I was able to do some needed clothes shopping while I waited. Couldn’t be more relieved to have my phone back to 100%

This place is fantastic. My wifes cell phone had a piece of the charging cord break off and Lodge in the phone charge port. Late Friday we brought it to iSmashed, showed it to Eddie, and within minutes he had it out!! Fantastic guy, amazing service. I would absolutely recommend this place 100%.

My phone is perfect! Good as new! They definitely did a good job. The man who was doing the repairs however, not sure if he was the owner or not, had a pretty snippy and unpleasant attitude. Next time I will chose a company where I feel like my business is appreciated not a burden to the technician.

This place is awesome. I took my iPhone 6 there thinking I needed a new charging port. Within 5 minutes they had me on my way, the port only needed cleaning and works like new. Chris could have charged me for replacing the port and I would have never known the difference. He charged me nothing, honesty like this means I will be a customer for life now and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Review 1. We went to see about getting a new charging port for my husbands phone. The guy greeted us, and offered to take a look. He said it didnt appear to need a new port that he would try to clean the port first. He clean it and it worked like a charm! We were in and out in about 5 minutes! They replaceed the charging port and it was good as new. When I got the phone back to my grandmother... She used it a couple of days and then she let me know that she wasnt able to FaceTime of take selfies, but the camera would work. I went back to iSmashed NC and Michael took a look at the phone and saw that the came had not been hooked back up. Even though I had to take the phone back he made the fix easy and simple and NO Charge!! I have been there multiple times and they always take care of our phones! Very professional and nice!

Very professional electronics repair shop in the outlets. Quality work, fast.

I had previously had my iPad screen broken, and it warped slightly. When it was fixed at the previous repair shop, they did not get a great fit and said it could not be repaired perfectly. It broke again soon after. These guys were able to repair it again, and it is as close to perfect as you can get.

The customer service we recieved here was excellent, initally we were mis-quoted and were in search of a cheaper option to replace the screen of our iPhone 7+. We later recieved a call back with an apology and a discount for the mis-communication, the screen swap only took around half an hour, we were able to walk around the outlets and shop around. The phone looks brand new and we will continue to come here for any of our electronic needs.

Well....my wife dropped her phone and we all know what happened next. The iphone screen was in a zillion pieces. I called to every place in Asheville for quotes and just had a great feeling about ismashed in the Asheville Outlets. I was in and out in 20 minutes and Eddie fixed everything right in front of me.
