The folks at All-Pro were wonderful to deal with. They are knowledgeable about billiard tables and educated us on the various options. Our Brunswick billiard table delivery and installation went very smoothly. The installation team was friendly and answered any questions we had. Now on to improving our billiard skills!

Boy did we hit gold when we walked in the door of this place. We were on the hunt to replace a 12 year old hot tub and All Pro Billiards and Spas just nailed it. Angie knows her stuff. She listened to what we liked (and disliked) about our old tub and steered us to the perfect replacement tub. Her delivery time estimate was honest and accurate. The deal she cut us was generous and included disposing of the old tub. All Pro Billiards & Spas installed the new tub this week. Shout out to Jared and the install crew. Josh has handled our pool table needs fir several years. When we were ready to do a major upgrade on the playing service he was responsive and provided excellent follow up. His team of Jarad and very nice young man painstakingly changed out the cloth double checked that everything was perfect and set up the table along with the right box of chalk with their cards. Upon deciding I wanted a ping pong table the same day Cindy made it happen quickly. Everything was handled with perfection. Highly recommend

Ok, its been several months now since Jared and Hunter came up to my mountain home (more than one hour away) and installed a great table in my new rec room. From our initial visit to the shop Angie was great in explaining the features of different tables, she kept us very informed for planning delivery which required several reschedules as our rec room was being completed, to delivery up the mountain road, assembly and installation, All Pro Billiards delivered as their name implies - All Pro. Setting up in the rec room and changing out new felt, the process was superb and we could not be happier. Months later the table remains super level and play remains great. We decided to purchase a new hot tub for our cottage. I could absolutely not be any happier with our choice. Love All Pro Billiards & Spas. We purchased our oak Brunswick table from them in 2004. Then in 2021 we moved from Asheville to Waynesville. They took down our table in Asheville. Then when the first house we tried to purchase fell through, they stored our table for almost 3 months without charging us extra. When we finally got the house of our dreams, they brought the table to the new house and refelted the table all for one very reasonable price. I couldnt recommend them higher for all your Billiard Table needs. Fast, responsive, and affordable.

I had an appointment for Tuesday August 10th at 10am, when no one had showed by 10:45 I called Pro Billiard and Spa to inquire. I was told I was not on the schedule but Josh would call me back. Instead of being professional, I was sent a text telling me that some of the workers had not shown up for work today but someone in Charlotte could provide the services needed. Not the case as we had closed on a home Monday 8/9 and had scheduled carpet cleaning, moving truck and furniture delivery all after the moving and relocation of the Billiard table purchased with the home. Not much PRO found here. Very unprofessional behavior, and I do and did send Josh the messages confirming the appointment for 8/10/21 @ 10 am.Only wish zero stars was an option.I am in the market for a spa, will definitely NOT be seeking out this vendor.

I recently purchased a spa and pool table from All Pro Billiards and Spas for a cabin I am building. We were coming from about an hour away from Asheville and walked in on a Saturday close to closing time but Angie was super helpful on explaining the details of what was available, options, etc. I called back a few days later with the choices and made the deal. I explained the challenge we had with access to the deck. Josh sent out some guys to look at it and determined we needed a crane. He made those arrangements and long story short we got both items setup. Joshs crew worked around our schedule with the new construction of the cabin which I know wasnt easy. I was having issues balancing my chemicals, water smelling, and it would fill with foam when the jets ran making the water a milky.I went to All Pro Billiards and Spas. Angie was so helpful to me. I came in with a sample of my water, she tested it and printed off a very simple and useful set of directions. She talked me through each step. I immediately trusted her! Because I am so new to this, I even signed up for a maintenance plan. I am glad I did! Jared came out in less than 4 days. He made sure my tub was 100%, When he came out, he was prepared! We stopped in last Saturday on our way to the Harley store and I found a table I liked so I got it. The owner wasnt there right then so the lady that sold it to me said she would call me later to schedule delivery. She called me within 2 hours and scheduled it for Thursday, which was quicker than I expected because they had to order charcoal felt for me. They showed up exactly when they told me they would, plus called me about 40 minutes before they got there to give me a heads up. They did a great install, put the table exactly where I wanted it, and were done in just under 2 hours. I highly recommend them!!
