Good people good service

Local business doing there best and what I have read by bad remarks have never run a small business and feel after years of doing business here they are doing a great job. Call first and sometimes there on equipment just call again later. I am in small business as well and wear many hats and to keep prices affordable we sometimes have to do muitlple jobs wearing many hats and may not be there at the drop of a hat. I dont mean to speak out of place but feel like the bad reviews they have are not worthy with my experience from many years of doing business with this company.

I guess this guy is so busy he’s not worried about customers. He’s rude and hard to get ahold of. He leaves the open sign on his building even when nobody is there. The least he could do is leave a note on the door, or even turn off the stupid sign.

Didnt know the time and called about materials and price, since I am a recent transplant to Asheboro. Turns out the man answering just says hi, were closed and Im at a ball game, call back in the morning.So... Dont answer the business phone number if you dont want absent minded people calling about spending their money... at your business!?! Very rude. Not sure this company needs my money.

I have to adjust my original post, I was called and was left a nice message about the problems of the day(broken equipment) thats understandable, however I still think it would be helpful to leave a note of explanation
