My family is new to the Asheboro area and have never been to a Lowes grocery store and we just recently moved from Virginia. It was a pleasant experience... really nice store with a great variety of products. We enjoyed the fresh foods all around. Definitely will be back again soon.

Impressive and impeccable service!!! Bravo Team! BEST and most memorable experience ever! From the moment I entered with a friendly greeting by Yahir (new hire) who helped me shop and find nearly all the ingredients on my shopping list (Thank You Yahir) to Josh in Seafood with his mad skills and knowledge, to Mindy (Bar Tender?!) who went out of her way to help her fellow coworker Yahir and took the time to help me with my wine selection and upselling me to take advantage of the sale, to Jackie (Bakery) who did the same with her infectious smile and friendliness that I ended up buying more than expected or intended, and all the way through the duration of my shopping with Joyce pausing her duties to assist me, to the store Manager Aaron & Adam who both took a moment to help me too and all the way through my checkout experience with Will (Checkout Cashier) who also helped me put to my car (photo attached) THANK YOU ALL for your impeccable help and memorable experience!!! Pricey but fresh, worth every penny 👌

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I could not locate any healthy organic food, only over priced chemical-laden processed food for double the cost of Walmart. Not only were the prices high but the selection for certain items is rather small (which is understandable for a smaller grocery chain). Just being picky at this point, but the cashier put my 1 watermelon in 2 grocery bags even though I told them I dont need a bag. I typically like to recycle and reduce my use of single use plastic. All together this was not a good shopping experience.

Its really expensive and the meat quality is dreadful. I like their bakery but whatever you do, dont buy the Lowes Brand muffins. I like the staff. Theyre great people, but its hard to justify the steep pricing.

You can find some things in this store that are nearly impossible to find in other grocery stores. Its a small store so fairly often youll find the shelf empty where the item you need is supposed to be. They have a nice produce section where you can find things that you never see anywhere else. I love the deli and meat counters where you can get the cuts of meats and cheeses you want instead of sorting through things that are already packaged. The bakery is also nice. They have the best wine selection of any grocery store Ive ever seen in the area in which I live. And they also have a nice florist. Its very clean and organized and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Their prices are a little bit higher than discount super grocery stores such as Walmart but theyre comparable to Food Lion and Harris Teeter. I would say their pricing on fresh food is closer to Harris Teeter and the canned/packaged dry goods are more comparable with Food Lion. You can choose paper or plastic bags. I prefer paper and their paper bags have handles. All around, I really like this store. I hope my review will be helpful to everyone who reads it. 😃

Clean, well organized, well stocked, and the bakery and produce sections always seem to be fully loaded with fresh goods every time I come in. Im about half an hour away but Ill make the drive to restock from their muffin case.

Prices are too high. Morning management are rude. I’ve also asked a worker how they like it and would they recommend it, they said not to do it because it’s pain and that they wished that they didn’t do it but it pays good. It’s upsetting that a worker is only there to get the money and wouldn’t want to recommend it.

Used to be a good place to get groceries, but now its extremely overpriced.

We got a cake from the bakery and it was really good.

They have just about everything you could possibly want for groceries and the store is always clean.

The lady over the craft beers is awesome. I ended up spending close to 190.00 on just the craft beers. Im coming back in the morning to try some more flavors. I think the rail walk cream flavored one was very good. Jack o was good. A couple went down the sink . But the manager if that dept got you guys a new customer. Ill get my meats there in the morning as well.

This place was very clean and had some super nice employees in the deli and bakery...The bad of this place was at check out. Normally when a light is on at a register, it means it is open for service. Well their were employees standing at one register just talking while 6 of us stood in line behind a guy who was counting out what seemed like six dollars worth of pennies. Which the other seven employees stood there and watched as well.......

Couldnt make a birthday cake, Employee out and didnt have any one else.

Fry chicken is great, got 8 piece chicken and pound of potatoe wedges, everything was fresh.

Large selection. Meats and deli are top notch. Hard to find many bargains here any more. I used to double coupon shop here and clean up. Overall prices are high. You can still find some deals though if you try. I still like to shop here. Lowes brands are pretty good. How Lowes can you go? How Lowes can you go? Mikey Out. Oooohhhh Yeah!!!!

They have the best seafood selection in Asheboro. The cashiers and other staff are friendly and helpful. They have a delicious looking section of fresh vegetables and fruits. The store is clean and all employees practice good safety protocols for the fight against Covid-19. And I only saw one customer without a mask.

I love this store, people are nice and I’m able to find things that are non-conventional. Love the variety of vegan and plant based items I can find here.

Got yelled at by a manager for trying to get out of the rain and wait till it died down and was told by a employee that I shouldnt even work there when I asked her about how she liked it there honestly sad when your own employee warns a customer to not work for their employer.

I couldnt seem to find anything I was looking for. And the people working there couldnt tell me where anything was either. Wait..I was told the Bob Evans mashed potatoes was on isle 5!😳 These are supposed to be kept in the cooler! So Ill stick with Food Lion.

Always stinks like fish bad and prices are rediculous to but I shop there occasionally .Just cant stand the fish smell and its pretty strong throughout the store .

Best grocery store in the area. Always clean and the staff are always upbeat and friendly. Huge craft beer and wine area, butcher on site (a real one at that not just a meat packer like the other chains), large balloon and flower shop, custom cake shop, local produce. I love the paper or plastic option.

High prices. Personally & honestly I know the deli is not clean to food safety standards. We get some hard to find items. Store needs a good cleaning ,also workers are not friendly at this location.

Clean and friendly. Everyone was wearing a mask (covid times) however they didnt have any aisles marked for one way only ... They are small aisles so its hard to be 6 ft from anyone if everyone is going whichever way they please. Otherwise, very friendly and lots of great products. Reminds me of a country store but with more options to choose from!

My experience there was truly remarkable. The employee who helped me was named Will, and I’ll never forget his name. That kid had a sparkle in his eyes like he was destined for great things.

The only place to go to get hard to find things. I needed diced pancetta. Lowes had it.

A nice surprise. Better selection than I expected in this smaller store. Great selection of canned goods including ready to heat and eat foods. And a very nice selection of beers, especially the local craft ones. The cashier was totally nice as well.

They need to work a little harder on how store is taking care of the 6 foot distance, employees coughing while stocking shelves did not make me feel safe. Non did the store shopper that stayed too close while she was checking stock to fill an order, if a customer is standing there please wait until they move to poke in to check for stock. Once I asked her what she was doing she backed off. Lets do better Asheboro. Its all about keeping us all safe. I did find most of what I need, so thank you for the stocking of shelves.

Well stocked shelves, good deals. Always fresh flowers and plants available in the front entrance also has gift cards available for certain restaurants that I cant locate at other stores.I truly like that because family members have a choice of restaurants they prefer.

I don’t do regular shopping here but decided to try the online pick up. I was not aware that they would take out an extra 20% of your total to place on hold. At first they took out double the order. If it’s posted I neglected to see it but for people ordering-pay attention to your bank account. It caught my off guard. I called the store to verify the money would go back into my account and originally spoke to Trudy who was very rude about my call. I requested a manager who better dealt with the situation. Mostly bothered by the way Trudy handled my questions. She acted unprofessional.

I like this store for things you cant get at other grocery stores (great deli, Homeland Creamery Milk, & more). However, I have done custom orders with the meat dept 3 times now and when we arrived to pick up the order, it wasnt there. Its not that it just wasnt ready; the order was never done. I will never order from their meat dept again. I really miss Fresh Cuts being in Asheboro!!!

Always clean,well stocked, friendly people, everything I could want or need. Little higher than Walmart but much better quality meat and produce. Nice experience every time. Not a gathering place for family reunions and or chatting groups or kids running up and down the aisles.
