The manager is highly unprofessional. His team members like to bully the clients instead of just listening to their actual concerns. Instead of creating damage control and using skills of what a manager should have, he chose to take the easy way out. Very sad managers can no longer handle a cus to met with a legit complaint.

Friendly service.Never made it out the door with the item I was trying to rent though due to some credit related issues. If theres no credit check. And you have deals about getting items with no credit required, why was I turned away? Its a little hard to comprehend how you would turn away someone who makes 10 times as much as what you asking for that item. Due to some credit denial? Ok then. Ill take my money else where.

No no no no. !Roaches! Basically paying full price for used secondhand items that arent cleaned or repaired properly once theyve been repod. Just had a refrigerator delivered Friday and the shelves are cracked and its missing parts not to mention its not clean and the icing on the cake the fridge has roaches. Im livid and this better be fixed. Ill never recommend this place to anyone and Ill never get anything from here again.

Bought a television from here, completely satisfied. Little known fact about Rent A Center: If one pays the entirety of ones bill within ninety days, they will benefit greatly from the 90 days same-as-cash program. People are often unaware that when you buy large ticket items from here, you can get them much cheaper at the cash price, far cheaper than what you would spend at Walmart. 10/10, great people, great service!

Rent a center is nothing but a scam, you pay for things like four times its price and evey time you call up to get your account balance you get a different amount each time. First and last time I get something from there, thinking about returning what I have already, because with what my account balance I could get a new one

Bradley took care of me the entire time, helped me with prices; I told him exactly what I wanted and how much I was in the neighborhood of spending and thats exacatly what he got me. Only at a much better price than I was anticipatingI would definitely recommend
