A Rare gem.The pharmacy staff here is excellent. They are knowledgeable and courteous. The head pharmacist John Karpus is always friendly, helpful and trustworthy. Finding a good pharmacist that you can trust these days is harder than finding a good mechanic for your car that you can trust. This pharmacy out dose all the other local pharmacy’s in customer service and trust.

Waited an hour to take a covid test. Just sat waiting in front of the window for about 45 minutes of that hour. The technician offered no instruction. This is the third test I’ve been on and it was a solid waste of an hour. The only reason I chose this location is cause it is closest to my house.

I took a Covid test here. The pharmacist told me I’ll get the results in 72 hours. It’s been over 72 hours and I haven’t gotten the results. Also, I made it an appointment and still had to wait an hour for a Covid test. It is very inefficient. It takes about 10 minutes per person in the drive thru.

Nice people but the most disorganized pharmacy. For the last three months they have either lost my prescription that the doctor keeps refilling or they have filled the prescription DAYS after they said it would be ready. Twice in three months I had to go to another pharmacy to pick up an emergency supply.

Went to the drive-through to pick up a prescription three separate times. Rang the buzzer or three times. Not one person came to the window. There were three staff members there and not one person turn their back to answer the call. They are the worst customer service I have ever seen. They can keep my prescription. I will go to another pharmacy. I miss Rite Aid

Pharmacist is not properly wearing a mask while he prepares medication.Update: Came in again because the store is a FedEx drop off location. Staff wasn’t wearing mask properly and refused to put it up when asked. Avoid this place.

Clean, organized, staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and attentive.
