Good prices for items Coach makes especially for the outlet stores. Wallets are good buys. You have to ask them to check the prices since the prices are often lower than what’s marked

Me and my cousin are Coach lover. We have fun shopping at Coach outlet everywhere in the country. Today at Coach outlet of Maui we were experienced something very bad...The one short man with very short hair who works at store was acting very rude. It upsetted me. It was not very busy at the time in the store. I picked up a handbag and was waiting to ask for help. The short guy was looking at me and chatting to the sales lady whole time, never once he shows interest to help me or let the lady attend the sale. It was a wait once. Finally I was able to get the lady attention and she told me to pay for item at the other cashier. Then this short guy went over to the cashier counter while the cashier was counting the coins...I assumed the short guy was there to help me check out since the other was busy. I asked if he is ready to help me check out? He rudely answered NO! I am not ! Wow! I could not take the rudeness any further, I walked out the store without purchase. I have great experience shopped at so many Coach outlets and experienced such rude behavior at Aloha state!!! Very upset and very confused . I hope this Short guy with short hair will check himself before going to work at Coach everyday... He should never feeling comfortable to be rude to customers !!! Apologized for calling him a shortie with short hair...but there is no name tag for the staff.

I made a purchase on Dec 14th at the store and asked them to ship my items to my home in Virginia. However, after a week I still didnt receive my items. Then I called the store on Dec 22nd and the manager said their print was not working so they just shipped out my items on Dec 22nd. The items I bought were for Xmas gifts and they wouls never arrive in time. The staffs at the store has no sense of respomsibility and being professional. They could called me to inform the printer issue and work out alternative solutions way earlier rather than waiting for more than a week to fix a printer. None of them bothered to do so. This is the worst experience I had at a Coach store.
