Drive thru line was very long so we left the line to park and go inside. Ordered 2 peppermint lattes. Got back in the car to continue on our long drive. As soon as I took that first sip, it didn’t taste right. Looked at the sticker label and she rang us up for mochas instead of lattes. Not worth turning back so we just threw it away at the gas station stop. Saw other cars backing out of their drive thru line afterwards. I understand it can get busy but we shouldn’t have to wait in line for that amount of time. Over 10 minutes and the line did not move an inch, not exaggerating.

See photo...thats what you get for an overpriced 20 ounce cup. COME ON STARBUCKS...FILL THE CUP UP!!! My wifes venti breakfast tea had only one tea bag.....all the other Starbucks serve two. Do your self a favor....use the Starbucks on the other side of the freeway across from Petro Travel Center. As long as you dont mind waiting till EIGHT A.M. for walk up.

Rude to truck drivers all cause cant take a semi threw drive threw one worker was willing to let us order until I assuming the manager refused to serve truck drivers in walk threw drive thew and said cant come in win open ether rather serve clean people wow so Starbucks dont serve truck drivers or cops wow I will blast yell so much for wanting a nice cold frap after a long day o wait ant it us truck drivers that deliver how u gona operate if drivers dont deliver rude much I give u zero stars other than the one gentleman that was willing to make our drinks guess I will find a Dutch brothers instead

2pm, Thursday, 8/5/21. Very busy so too loud to order in person for someone as soft spoken as myself. Perfect drink. The app estimated my pickup time half of what it was. My service pup was welcome.

They had me waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes with no one taking my order. I would understand if there were other people in the drive thru but it was literally empty and there were not that many people inside either so I don’t understand what they were doing. They didn’t even bother to tell me to wait they just straight up ignored me at the drive thru.

Clean and quick service. Staff was nice and answered few questions we asked.

Great staff and manager. Someone in our party lost their wallet and we thought it was stolen. Manager Martin Rojo and his staff were wonderful, kind and helpful. They gave us water and a place to sit and sort things out and helped us to file a police report. Came to find out later the wallet was still in our possession. Embarrassed but grateful for the nice people at Starbucks, Arvin CA.

Great customer service from an African American male barista who made my experience here so very special. I stopped by for a quick bite and felt so welcomed here. It’s always the little things. Sorry I missed his name badge but still wanted to express my gratitude. 🙏

This time was the longest I waited at any Starbucks location. For having only 8 cars in front of me it took nearly an hour to get my drink and I am not exaggerating. Once I got my drink it was not even good. I ordered Venti Mocha frappuccino and I think I just got chocolate milk. Not going back here.

This is a very busy place for drinks at 3:52 it’s 4:13. The cashier was the best but everything else taking forever. Why they got a 4 not a 5!

I didnt order coffee, just pastries for the road. They offered to heat them up, which was nice. It took them a while to do it, which was less so. A perfectly cromulent Starbucks franchise

As I was leaving, I passed another customer who was entering the building. He excitedly volunteered, “Man I hate Starbucks, but they sure do have good coffee.” Tears were streaming from his eyes. Five stars.

Great stop from LA to San Fran Area. The area around is a newer development with some restaurants and a hotel.

Busy spot, but understandable considering the location. Unfortunately they were out of vegetarian food options around 2pm but luckily there are other places to eat nearby.

The service was great, stopped here twice, the first time the girl that helped me had a great attitude, pleasant enjoyed her vibe. The second time it was a different person, nice still but the first one was refreshing! Not once have they gotten my coffee order right and yesterday was argued with when I said the screen was wrong. How is it I have to do my best with my job, yet a coffee server can screw my order up everytime??? All I wanted was a coffee I like that starbucks is capable of making?

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The staff got all my orders WRONG! Vanilla Frap. had some sort of caramel in it. Also had to wait 30-35 minutes for the House Coffee. Next time: McDonalds coffee.

It has the usual amenities you expect from Starbucks. I was disappointed at the limited number of power outlets, a usually strong point of Starbucks. There were in fact no normal height tables near outlets and only two small round top high tables with power outlets. I found the use of the high table uncomfortable for my seven year old granddaughter and me using and charging a laptop and tablet with drinks.This location is near the Tejon Ranch Outlet Mall.

It sucked. They no longer carry Stevie sweetener. Check two other Starbucks stores as well. They dont need my money

This was the dirtiest Starbucks that Ive ever been to. Restroom was embarrassing, couldnt even use it and while in line, I noticed even more filthy things. My husband just ended getting a black coffee out of their dispenser and I passed.

Great stop point on the arduous trek north on Interstate 5. First exit at the bottom of the Grapevine. Easy on and off the highway. An exit dedicated to the ease of the long distance traveler. Quick, efficient and surrounded by lots of food and gasoline options.

Consistent like every other Starbucks which is good if youre unfamiliar with the area. There are times when I want a Starbucks coffee. Personally I am handicapped and prefer a good drive thru. If you want atmosphere it is what one would expect. Excellent service and coffee that tastes like you expect it to.

Crazy busy but right before Tehachapi Pass it is to be expected. Coffee and other beverages never disappoint. I would suggest that they have someone keeping the bathrooms clean, the tables and counters cleared and the outdoor garbage receptacles emptied. These things always makes me wonder how clean they are behind the counters. Again, super busy location.

I visit this Starbucks Everytime Im on my way to Bakersfield. The staff is super friendly and the store is nice and clean. I really like the setup and atmosphere and I would recommend this store to anyone visiting the outlets or passing by who needs a pick me up

The baristas were a joy to talk to. They are used to seeing lots of travelers and they still make your experience personal here. They were very fast and efficient and a very clean store. Highly recommended.

Great place to stop and relax in the outdoor seating after a long drive off I-5. Plenty of restaurants, gas stations and even shopping available near this Starbucks. It was very busy when we stopped by but the crew was very efficient and polite to expedite every customers orders.Also note that not all items available in store were not available on the Starbucks app menu, so you might just have to place your order at the counter instead of the app.

I love that they have Starbucks in Disneyland. It sure did make my day. I was tired and that gave me the boost to make it until closing.

After ordering our items in the drive thru we were forced to wait 40 minutes! They didnt meet the sla Starbucks standard that you wait 1 minute after ordering or its free! On top of that the latte had a poor taste followed by a worse aftertaste. Rather than receiving a bad experience I would recommend driving, walking, etc. a little extra to get your coffee at a Starbucks which delivers good coffee in time!

Worst Starbucks Experience of my life. We ordered inside and watched the chaos. The drive through orders went to inside customers and inside orders were going outside. People came inside from the drive through to get their coffee remade as it was wrong. We waited and waited and never did get our coffee. We asked about the order and get one coffee but the other never appeared. The lady ahead of us went to the counter twice and asked where her order was. We finally just left and we wouldnt stop at this Starbucks again.

Bad staffing ....not looking happy at all. We asked for coffee she did not acknowledged the fact that we need to order...she turned around a gave us the cup. If she not happy she should stay home as everyones expectation is that SB always deliver top customer service. It was awful location.

This Starbucks is on a major thoroughfare in the central valley. Always the same quality beverages. If you expect to use the bathroom during busy travel periods expect a wait longer than for your coffee. This is not a quaint Starbucks and it seems this one taylors more to the in and out crowd during the travel season.
