Weve been very pleased with CBS. They are very personable, responsive, knowledgeable and accommodating. Not to mention, were paying $1,500 per month less than we paid our previous provider. So, a repairman walks into the office and says, I cant find parts for this copier any longer, but when I call to tell the company Im buying a newer copier from a different company, they refuse to let me out of our service agreement. Hmmmm, whats wrong with this picture?
