We had our Gables on the roof, eves, facade and gutters done by K&H. Although the finished product looks nice, buyer beware. First off, there was no Quality assurance inspection done by the company before they did a final walk with me and I caught them by surprise (because I had to use my own ladder) that I wanted to get on the roof to look at it with them because I could clearly see parts of metal that were not sitting properly from the ground. It was fixed the next day but only because I brought it to their attention. They still wanted me to pay but they realized they did not have the invoice with them. The next day when he came back to walk with me again (he was prepared with his own ladder this time) but wanted me to fill out my customer satisfaction survey and pay the final bill, which I did, but 2 days later I received an additional charge of $700.00 stating that they had to use additional wood for the project. This was never brought up by the fellow that walked with me twice (I might add that he was in fact the person overseeing the project, so he was perfectly aware of the situation), I find it very off that they wait until after the fact that any of this was brought up leaving me to argue all of this over the phone. I also had to install my own porch light when it was all done because they did not do it and I wanted light on my front door at night. They also did not reinstall my electrical outlets until I made a big issue out of it with Scott on the phone. Again, the finished product eventually ended up nice but the footwork I had to put in to get it that way seems extensive. I ended up having to pay the $700 because I signed a contract that says they can uncover things as they go that may need to be fixed. that $700 was for 4 pieces of wood which I happen to know they did not use all of because I saw the very large scraps in my driveway. Be aware of what you sign when signing up for the install, be alert of what is going on, dont be afraid to ask questions. I will not do business with this company again unless they attempt to make things right and I will share my opinion to all.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their Service Financing is a crime . Sales man did not look out for me by setting up the terms properly and yet he still made a huge commission. Financing promotion, is a trap! Installers did the bare minimum. I way over paid for this! Shop elsewhere

K&H installed my windows in 2003 and did a great job. And they just replaced a window that got a leak in 2021 so they stand by their warranty. They also repaired two screens. They have been around 40 years so they are a great contractor selection!

We recently had our home siding replaced by K&H. We would rate the entire experience SIX stars. Starting with Todd, who is a true gentleman, he gave us a full explanation of the options that we clearly understood. He gave a competitive quote (no the lowest, but we were sold on Todd, that if the rest of the experience was the same, it would be great). IT WAS. Before installation day, they communicated with us via text to keep us updated when the material was to arrive and confirm the install date. Prior to install we received a call to review the entire order and outline expectations. More text communications came in after that. (no one kept us guessing). They showed up at 7:30 am on install day and by 7:35 they were hard at work. Edwin was the supervisor and he was fantastic. The worker crew were super polite, they cleaned up every night before leaving and the same guys started the job and finished the job. They said they would be completed in 5 days, they were done in FIVE DAYS. When they found themselves nearing completion, they stayed (with my permission, because they asked me) until dusk...to get it done on time. When it came time to do the walk through, Edwin refused to take final payment from us until the punch list was done to my complete 100% satisfaction. Then......he came to my home and did the last touches HIMSELF. Subsequently, we received a customer satisfaction VISIT and 2 phone calls to make sure we were happy. WE ARE MORE THAN PLEASED, and the house looks fantastic. The work was done right, it looks great and every expectation that we had........was met.Thank you Todd and Edwin! We had K&H replace the steel double doors on our house with a fiberglass ProVia double doors. The whole process was great from start to finish.The person that came over to do the initial assessment was friendly and helpful in explaining everything. We had already talked with a few other places so we had an idea of what we wanted.After ordering the door, we received texts or emails throughout the whole process of what stage the door was at, being built, being shipped, ready for install.On install day, the installers even called to let me know they may be a couple minutes outside their original install window because of traffic.The new door looks amazing and the installers did a great job buttoning everything up. I will go back to K&H for any of my door or window needs.

I asked for FLAT brick molding so I could install a Video Doorbell on my Sliding Glass Patio Door. The 1st Installer, seemed unaware that Brick Molding was included in my contract, at all. He was able to get Brick Molding with a raised edge at the local Home Despot. When I inquired if me modifying their Brick Molding voided my warranty, K&H said, DON’T, K&H will replace it with FLAT Brick Molding.1st K&H Installer was back several days later, and nearly severed his thumb on the first cut of the New FLAT Brick Molding. A 2nd K&H Installer completed the job two days later, without serious injury.

First off, Sergio the window installer did an excellent job he was professional, courteous, and he cleaned up after himself.Gideon the siding/soffit/fascia installer was not a good installer. He left trash all around our house after the first day leaving water bottles, cigarette butts (we had a 3 month old newborn and they were smoking around our house), and left old siding all over the place. They left trash the second day of the install as well and they were in the process of installing the fascia. I decided to complain to the project manager Sean and he came over the next day while Gideon was at another job.. I pointed out all the trash and got yes sir and I pointed out issues with the fascia that I am spending $20,000 on. The fascia boards were uneven and did not look good with the flashing on our roof either. He took note of everything and said they would get it fixed. Gideon came over the next morning to work after I went to work and presumed to have an an argument with my wife about us complaining to the project manager. It went down hill from their. Gideon had utter lack of disrespect for us and our house from the start and it showed through his workmanship. He would leave his cousin our house and disappear for hours on end. His cousin still smoked cigarettes on our front and back porch discarding them everywhere, they ripped out one of my fence posts and gates(granted they were falling apart but still), trash, and the final product is not worth $20,000. I also had to ask K & H multiple times during the month of May to come out and install flashing over the gutters(which should have happened during the install) and fix our roofing they tore off while water was leaking through cracks into the new soffits/fascia. The issues were brought up to upper management above Sean and they tried to fix the issues but not really. They failed final inspection twice in the City and County of Denver and only passed the third time because they did a drive by inspection. If we did not get an insurance check to cover most of the siding I would not have finished paying K & H. They will respond to this saying we had a double layered roof and our house was not level, THEN WHY DID YOU TAKE OUR JOB. I am hiring what I thought were professionals but they are not worth a dime that I gave them. I will never recommend K & H to anyone and I hope this review deters some people with going with them for there project. So many issues and I attached photos of the bad workmanship. K & H sucks.

I had a great experience with K&H home solutions for the purchase of my new patio door which replaced an old oversized slider. I love my door and window bank above it and it completely exceeded my expectations. Everything from the sale to installation and after was awesome! I will definitely use K&H when it comes time to replace my windows. They understand what it means to have outstanding customer service which is a rare find these days! Sales man was running a finance promotion and didn’t write the bill properly. I ended up being charged $650 more for interest than what was agreed upon . Slimy grease buckets trying to get every dollar out of you. Take your business elsewhere.

We initially found K&H because they install custom doors which our old 1905 Denver home needed and the big box home improvement stores wouldnt do. But what started with one front door has turned into new windows, a sliding back door, complete exterior siding, and new gutter installation and across the board we are very happy with all the work. We keep going back to K&H first and for most because the quality of the work by all of their installers has been outstanding but also because how easy and flexible they are to work with. Bryan always made himself available on Saturdays to fit our schedule and show us our options and gets us quotes and from there the communication is great. The company will send text messages through out the process to provide updates and any time weve had to meet with the installers they show up right on time. I would highly recommend K&H for any new door, window, siding, gutter, or roof installation. Its just a great team of incredibly very hard working people who spend the extra time to make sure the job is done right. I will continue to use them for home projects.

Ordered our new window and they arrived very quickly. The install was amazing and very Professional. We had them install about 9 windows from small to large. They cleaned up after the install. The fit and finish was perfect. We are now so energy efficient out monthly bills have dropped dramatically. We couldnt be happier. I highly commend this company!

I worked with K&H to replace the exterior doors on my home that was built in 1892. I looked at several other companies and the pricing, quality of the products, knowledge and professionalism of everyone I spoke with, and the fact that they have a single installer for all door projects led me to K&H. There were a couple of changes to the initial quote that were very reasonable and explained clearly. The installation process was amazing. No wall in our old home is at a right angle or planar, the installer even admitted it was top five, if not the hardest door he had ever installed, but Theron and his team took the time to make sure it was done well. Four months later and we are extremely happy with the project and the quality of our new doors. I would absolutely work with K&H again in the future.

I had a sliding door that K&H installed 7 years ago. A part broke that is no longer made (probably costs 25cents) and K&H could not find a replacement. So they replaced the entire sliding door to our deck for only a service call of $50. The door is much better than what was previously installed. What fantastic service. I have never had anyone stand by a product to this extent. I would never use anyone else.

Scam during the pandemic!We sought estimates to replace a backdoor and windows. The backdoor estimate was astronomical. We are talking over $5.5k for that job. When we got a second quote for the same exact product with a different company it was $2.3k. Red flag.We asked for estimates to install a regular window and a bay window. We were quoted $10.4k which seemed high to begin with but the sales rep stated it was a large construction job given masonry and roof work. We spent hours going over all my requirements.We paid a deposit and went under contract. When it comes time to collect measurements, the engineers note that the sales rep did not include all the requirements we provided. Red flag.I was told I had to call the sales rep. This is where the bait and switch occurs!The sales rep was hard to get ahold of. I spoke to so many staff over a series of days to finally get ahold of a supervisor. Meanwhile, they mail me a letter stating they cannot get ahold of me and our construction was delayed. Red flag.Next thing you know the supervisor send me an addendum to the contract turning an already bloated $10.4k price tag to over $16k!

Measurement & choices for the doors & windows was professional. The installation was professional & it all looks fabulous! We also replaced our front door last summer through K&H and have been very pleased with the service & products!

While we did not go with K&H, and I cannot therefore comment on their product and install quality, I can honestly comment that if you get the chance to work with Jeff, you will be in good and honest hands.

Both teams were extremely professional and courteous and did an incredible job at a very competitive pricepoint. When issues arose, K&H worked with us to resolve quickly and responsibly. K&H Home Solutions have followed through with everything we needed in a timely manner, with the best customer service anyone could ever ask for. Sean is a top representative and has helped us get the help we needed when the windows we ordered had multiple issues. He knew that the issue was the window and even had the rep from the window manufacturer make an on-site visit to ensure that all issues were substantiated and could be addressed at the source. We cant say enough good things about Sean and certainly the installer Marion who is now, it seems, part of our family and will have to include him in shared holiday gatherings since he has been in our home so often! We appreciate his sense of humor and his expertise as well as his empathy. I truly cant say enough about the efforts and follow through from K&H and would recommend them highly for any home project.

Roofing review. Everything worked out as promised. Stephne did a thorough job preparing the contract. Rachael followed through on all her items and her communication with my insurer. This week, I received the recoverable depreciation check from the insurer (without even having to ask for it from the insurer).And, of course, the roof went on.One thing that most impressed me was the K&H inspector, Tim, who came to inspect the new roof. He caught two things for which he recommended more flashing, and these were both areas of concern. One was where the deck meets the roof—and I had already let the company know I was concerned about that. The other was more subtle, over my front porch where a few months ago I paid for repairs. Tim rightly focused on it, added some additional caulk *and* asked for additional flashing.The next day, the additional flashing was added, and today the roof passed its city inspection.

After having no experience with the time frame of when windows would be installed, I was really unsure of this company. But after reaching out in emails, Shawn always responded back in a timely matter and answered all questions and concerns I had. Israel And his partner was amazing! They did such an amazing job on all my windows and sliding door. I appreciate them covering all the flooring and carpets while working. Very professional, honest and trustworthy. There was some defects in my screens but they made me aware that new ones will be ordered. I’ll be going back to have my siding done soon.

I had shopped around for the best price on a good carpet and K&H beat out every place I had checked. I ended up getting a Stain Master. The padding was their standard padding included in the price per sq yard, and I couldn’t be happier. The order and installation was exactly as planned. While attending the Stock Show in Denver, I came across the booth for K&H Home Solutions and began talking to the salesman about replacing the windows and siding in my home. I was impressed that the company had been in business since 1956, and I figured they must be a reputable contractor. They called and set up an appointment to come out to my home, and a little red flag went off in my head when the salesman asked what my wifes name was, and if she would be there when they came out. I dismissed it and made the appointment. When they contacted me the day before the appointment, the salesman again asked if my wife would be there, and this time I decided to not dismiss the comment. I told him that I did not know if she would be able to be there with me, and that I was not interested in any company that was going to try and get me to immediately sign on the dotted line, and I was also not interested in a company that was going to give me a price and tell me it was only good at the time of their visit. I also said that I was just starting the process and would be getting multiple bids from multiple contractors. The salesman replied Then I dont think I want to waste your time or ours. In my business I have been overseeing construction remodeling for almost 30 years, and one of my pet peeves is companies that quote you a price that is only good at the time of their offer. Legitimate contractors will be more than happy to come out and look at your job, explain their process, and quote you a price that is good beyond that day, and have no problems with you shopping around, because they know it is important for you to be a well-informed consumer so you will then realize that their bid is indeed a competitive one, and that they are the best company for your job. Update note: A couple of days after I posted this review, a manager from K&H contacted me and apologized for his salemans behavior. He told me that the company is trying to change their reputation as relates to my experience. I guess people will find out if that is true or not if they decide to invite K&H into their homes to discuss their home improvement jobs.

We had 3 new exterior doors installed on our older home. We feel they are a good quality product. It’s made a big difference in our sense of security and energy efficiency. Our installer Theron was great. We needed a small touch up done weeks later and they responded quickly.

When it comes to hiring contractors to work on my home, I have become a very exacting consumer. I want a contractor who will educate me on what I want to accomplish, work with me on finding and choosing the best products available in the market that will meet my aesthetic, be direct on the pricing and stand by it, allow me to comparison shop without trying to do a hard sell during their consultation, actively communicate with me on the project while involving me in appropriate decisions on the project once I have decided to hire them, and do an outstanding quality job on the actual installation and construction work. K & H Home Solutions hit a home run for me on all fronts. I consulted several contracting firms before selecting them and hands down their sales process was the most direct and informative without being pushy that I encountered. Their product lines were far superior to their competitors. And the installation was done with exceptional quality. My installation was particularly challenging given that my home is a converted church that’s over 100 years old and nothing is standard sized, consistent, square or plum....yet the team working on my house made everything look and function perfectly. I will definitely hire this company again for some future projects I have planned next year, and I highly recommend them to you as well. Great job K & H!

We used K&H for new windows last year and they did a great job, no issues. We were in need of new gutters and went with them again. They used a sub-contractor to perform the work and things did not go well. They left a mess around our home and did some minor damage to an area behind the gutters. K&H couldnt be bothered to at least come to inspect the issue. Do not use this company for gutter work.

Paid for windows to be installed. Still have moisture coming in window that causes mold to grow. Rep contacted me to see about our experience. I told him and he gave me a number of a supervisor to call. Sent him message along with pictures and haven’t heard anything back from them.

Very professional from consultation to installation to follow up. The installation crew was amazingly efficient (6 windows and 2 sliding glass doors installed in about 8 hours with a crew of three guys), and everything was cleaned up well afterward. The product looks fantastic - had lots of compliments from the neighbors in our covenant - what a difference these make in the look of our home, the energy bill, and we have to dust our house a lot less now! The inspector we had from the City of Centennial was very impressed and said these were certainly placed by experts. Very happy - thank you!

Great folks did what they said when they said. New gutters are far better than the originals. Completely sealed downspouts and baked-on enamel paint. Expert installation and they did the little things that make it so much better. Tip: Choose a gutter color BEFORE buying house paint. House paint can be matched exactly from a gutter paint chip sample.

We had K & H Windows installed 14 years ago. First tip-off of a problem...salesperson failed to mention our window coverings wouldnt fit with their windows. As a result, they do not function as designed. At the time, we signed an agreement that any repairs or replacements would be free. However, they changed that several years ago and now charge a fee to come out. Weve had to have numerous windows replaced the past 14 years due to mold spots growing inside the window panes. Also have had endless problems with the horrible screens and handles (on both the windows and sliding door). Every spring, I discover things that dont work properly. Definitely would not hire them if I had it to do again.Only after posting this review did K&H attempt to contact me. Unfortunately, I cannot take time off work again, after they cancelled my last appointment the night before. Very frustrating.

Submitted an inquiry to the James Hardie siding site and this company has called me FOURTEEN TIMES. Once, twice, maybe three times I understand, but FOURTEEN TIMES? Move on already...

They did such an awesome job installing my new triple pane windows they look fantastic, they showed the utmost respect for my home & left it in great shape. I couldn’t tell they were even here after they left . Only issue and it is a small one, I found some small pieces of broken glass around the windows and cut myself when I didn’t see it but better me than the dogs .... I would hire them again in an instant ...wonderful company very honest with great customer service & I got a 10% veterans discount. I can also tell the difference in my home being warmer with no drafts around the windows. I am very happy I choice K&H.

The installers were professional, clean, and efficient. We had a small problem with the extra locking feature on the sliding glass door and they sent a guy out the very next day to fix it. We’ve been more than pleased with our experience with K&H Home Solutions.

K & H deserves five stars as they earned it on this job. We live in Boulder County and got a bid from K & H on five windows in the kitchen and dining room. They priced their vinyl top of the line windows and we signed up with a deposit. Long story made short, we are in a high-fire zone so K & H could only get a building permit from Boulder for Milgard fiberglass custom made windows. K & H honored that county requirement for us and honored their original price. Fantastic customer service!!

We went through K&H since my husband used to work for them, still knows someone in the business, and they gave us a pretty good deal. Dealing with the actual people was a fairly decent experience and the contracted installers were great. Reason for only 2 stars... the windows look great but are not near as efficient and great as I thought they were going to be. My xcel bill has shown no change and is slightly higher this winter than it was last winter which is sad because this winter has been extremely mild and that was half the goal. You can also still feel the cool draft from the windows. We only replaced half of the house so far but Im definitely hesitant to finish the rest with these windows.

I had all my windows replaced by K&H. 42% of the windows do not lock. They have not correct the problem. Their supplier is unresponsive and K&H is not proactive about fixing the broken windows they installed. There is no quality control but they have been paid in full.

We absolutely LOVE our new windows! I cannot get over how cool our home was in the summer and how comfortably warm our home is this fall season! Theyre beautiful, easy to wash and maneuver. The biggest and best surprise is our energy bill is now consistent, reasonable and easier to manage.Lastly, ALL the representatives in the company are wonderful! Choose K&H Home Solutions! We did 13 years ago when we had all the windows replaced in our Arvada home. Now we needed some assistance and it was a long time ago, but the staff was there to exceed our expectations. We needed 3 screens replaced and all of the windows had small vents in the bottom face to weep any moisture but some were missing. I brought the screen frames to the K&H office and they were repaired in two weeks as originally promised. Now the small vents were a little more challenging. As you might expect technology and design changes over time. Our windows had been updated but staff searched the shop and found me the replacements I needed. I was so impressed with the support, great customer service, and long time loyalty from K&H. And no cost to as originally promised! Keep up the good work!

K & H might be the best company Ive ever worked with (we purchased and had them install a new main entry door). Their sales person was really helpful and support, and not at all pushy. The double checked their measurements and then the installers were phenominal! They were efficient, they knew exactly what they were doing, did a great job, cleaned up and made sure we were completely satisfied. We will definitely use K & H for any other home improvement projects we have.

This project involved replacing the siding on my 1994 built home. Even though it was a cold January 2019 with snow on the ground part way through the installation, the work crew was efficient and got the job done. They did a good job of removing any debris.

I had both insulation installed in the attic and almost all of the windows in my house replaced. The sales person was very good, honest about what I had existing and what they could do for me. All of the installers were friendly, professional and fast. They didnt leave a trace when they were gone. My house is much warmer now with both the windows and the insulation. I would highly recommend K&H for your windows. An excellent experience.

I originally went to a competitor who has a great showroom. Unfortunately, their salesman rescheduled and then cancelled the 2nd appointment 15 minutes before he was to arrive. I really just wanted to purchase the windows and get on with life. We were buying windows for two properties. My parents had K & H Home Solutions do their windows over ten years ago. They had a small problem and K & H came right out and fixed it immediately with no issues a decade later! I called them, and the salesperson was right on time and sold us custom windows that were top of the line and very well priced. They communicated through every step of the process. I think they operate mainly from reputation and word of mouth. I will definitely use this company in the future. I am very thankful for this wonderful experience.

You really get what you pay for with K&H. They are fantastic. I have used them to replace all my windows and exterior doors in my house that was built in 1888! They are friendly and experienced and really do such quality work. I cannot recommend them enough.

We had several companies come out to give us an appraisal on replacing all our windows and K&H Home Solutions had the bast price and what I truly felt was a better product then the others. The salesman was very knowledgeable about his product. The installers were very professional as well did a great job and cleaned up before they left. Not one month after our new sliding doors were installed, did the screens on the screen doors start to pull away from the frame. There was NOTHING holding the screens to the frames. These are the worse screens I have ever come across. Home depot screens are higher quality! Before have the doors installed, we repeatedly asked if everything was covered under warranty, we were reassure that it was. However, when I contacted our rep regarding this issue, this was his response,Just to be clear, screen frames are covered under the warranty, the actual screens are not. Im sure that you understand that no company can warranty against pets, children or any other item that can cause a screen to either tear or detach from the frame.I am so disappointed in our windows and doors. I would never recommend them to anyone. It would be a different story if they would have fixed the problem as soon as they were notified.MalloryCentennial, CO

Although the install date was later than promised by the salesman and one window was smaller than it should have been, K&H lived up to their promise of total customer satisfaction and did everything necessary to make us a fully satisfied customer. THEY measured & installed a garden window that has almost a 1 gap on 1 side, 3/4 on the other and another 1 too short height wise. The window is NOTHING close to size of the damaged garden window it is replacing. The previous window was only installed 9 years ago. The operations manager was insulting and unethical in trying to placate me with $100 off. When I am spending well over $2000 for something to be custom made to fit my house I DO NOT expect to it to look like it was a prefab window I bought from one of the big box stores and just had to make it work. CUSTOM manufactured to me means it will fit properly without modifications & without me as a homeowner having high energy bills because they had to fill in all the gaps with tons of expandable foam and at least 3 inch trim boards all the way around. Industry standard is about 1/4 gab on each side of the window. I wouldnt want this horrible looking window even if they paid ME the entire full cost of the window. I take more pride in my home than to spend thousands of dollars for something that looks this horrible!!! I am wanting to increase the value of my home not flush it down the toilet. SHAME on you K&H!

Dont use this company if you need work done to sell a home!! We went under contract and needed the roof replaced. The seller hired this company. Work was great but thats where it ended. We needed a roof certificate or a signed off permit with the city. They claimed they ordered the final from the city, never did until I was on their case for 3 weeks. The city verified it was never done and they lied about it. Refused to send the lender a roof certificate so the buyer had to pay to have an appraiser come back out and check the roof. Now it will be almost 3 weeks late on closing this deal.

K & H is a true company of their word. Everything we were promised was delivered. The windows came in on time. The installation crew was efficient and timely. The Gorell Triple Pane windows are amazing-from almost completely eliminating outside noise, to keeping heat out, reducing our electric bill greatly and giving our home a great look. Our salesperson Brian was very professional-not bad mouthing other companies-just simply relying on a great product. The owner, Bernie, is of great moral character, and stands by his word, even if it is not in writing. Thank you K & H for a great experience and a fantastic window!

The gentleman who came to give us a quote was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Unfortunately, for the project we are doing we need a customized build. However, after the quote, someone from K & H called 10 times in one week but never left a message. I did not know it was K & H calling until the endless calls caused so many probles for me at work that I called the number to tell them to stop calling me. They then had me take a survey about my experience. Unbelievable! Even if they had been able to do my project I would not hire them after this obnoxious way of following up.

The siding installers were professional and thorough. Minor issues were dealt with promptly. Would do business again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

They did an excellent job installing our Hardie Board siding on the west side of our home--it looks great! We will definitely have them back to install siding on the rest of the house!
