I mean whats not to like. Amazing food and tools and housewares and everything basically that you might need, shipped to your local neighborhood from all over the world. Clean bathrooms, friendly and helpful staff, and now automated self checkout too. Great return policies. Oh, and seriously less expensive gas prices per gallon. Again, whats not to like? Thank you Costco!

Id love to rate it higher, but Im admittedly a bit disappointed in the lack of a mask mandate for customers. Colorado has fewer general hospital and ICU beds available now than even the initial peak a year ago, and with Polis and the Health Department eschewing mask mandates for the sake of political convenience, I would like to see businesses actually step up to the plate to take on the requisite responsibility that the government is shirking. Too many unmasked people, including people coughing in the refrigerated produce section is not exactly acceptable at this point.

Close to convention hall and downtown hotels. Covid has curtailed offerings and staff interactions. The place is downstairs and I would prefer more natural light. Then again thats not what Im there for.

Went to Get johnson and johnson covid shot. Was in less than an hour. Do it.

Vast; replete with large packs of stuff you may or may not need; a temple to bulk purchasing consumerism. A hot dog and unlimited sugary drink for a dollar and a half. Free samples of dark chocolate covered salted caramel. All it needs is a decent cup of tea.

Great selection of items. Not good sizing for larger people. Very crowded for 1 in the afternoon.

I just wish they had more food offers, like brands you really know well but I understand they have to get rights for that. They always have good deals on bundles tho.

I can always find what I need and get out in a reasonable amount of time.

This Costco is always really well stocked and the staff are so friendly. I use the self checkout and its happened more than once that someone has come over to scan things for me and help me out. Amazing customer service.

I have always enjoyed shopping at Costco. The shelves are well stocked, pricing is clear, and they offer great fresh food.But for the very first time I went to Costco to use the pharmacy and I was very happy I did so.The wait in line was short, the staff was very courteous, and they went the extra mile to find me additional discounts available off the price of the shot I was getting.I should preference my last comment with the notation I do not like shots and avoid them whenever possible. I find them painful both physically and mentally. But the young woman who administered this shot was an expert and I unable to even feel it!! I will return to this pharmacy in the future whenever I have a pharmaceutical need.

Shopping here has always been a joy. Nice folks each experience today the female door checker long sandy brown braid at 2:05 (let’s say) had the most condescending tone I’ve ever experienced. She is a horrible first encounter at the store. Self righteous Karen vibes.

Bought a modular sectional sofa and really like it. The Costco team where above helpful! It took me 3 trips to get it home in my small truck. The staff there got me loaded all 3 quickly. Thank you!!

Christmas toys in stock and other holiday items. Was able to find a tool to make getting around town a lot easier and less painful on my feet, knees amd hips...

This Costco is always clean and everyone is friendly. Even when busy, I can always get in and out with relative ease.

Crazy Karen checkout lady telling me to unload the small Items onto conveyor so she can touch my items and her co worker can load it back into the cart. Two extra sets of hands touching the three “small items” during a pandemic. Beyond stupid. She’s lying to customers saying it’s management’s rule. I don’t think management is that stupid. I had all tags facing up so she could scan and not touch the product.Snarky Karen! You know who you are.

Website search at store works very poorly. Looking for an item in store, which they do have on shelf. Organic Horizon half and half.Does not bring item up. Even when I search the entire item name.

Great choices BUT I just had major surgery and my mask went down below my nose , this kid followed me around in the cart to remind me and told on me. THE MANAGER WALKED BY AND SAID IT QUIETLY . Whenever I find something I really like, its rarely available or I never find it again. If a product sells out, typically this means customers like it. Keeping it in stock would be beneficial for everyone dont ya think???

Today, I had the displeasure of coming into this particular store. Floors were very dirty, and had trash littered about here and there throughout the store.I witnessed a man harassing a woman wearing a mask, and when I brought this to a managers (Neil is his name) attention, he did absolutely nothing.In fact, most of the managers on staff were too busy up front chatting amongst themselves to help anyone out. It seems that the higher managers at this store have nothing better to do with their time than to assault customers AND their employees too.If you see a manager named Aaron, stay away. He has a rotten attitude and is in fact one of the managers mentioned above.This store is absolutely not worth spending time or money at. Go to Westminster instead.

Joined for gas prices and Kirkland liquor. Found out they do not carry it in the 2 colorado costcos where we went.Went to a Costco in AZ. They carry it, so we stocked up. Why dont they have it in Colorado Costco?

I usually always have friendly interactions with the employees at this location. Unfortunately, Tara, one of the supervisors was quite rude. First time experiencing this at a Costco.

Always a good shopping experience. Products are selected to be high quality at a very decent price. (Just the way I shop myself.) So I know anything I buy at Costco meets those criteria.

Cheapest gas around and everything you want and need and then some. Costco doesnt disappoint as always no matter where it is.

I wish Costco had better parking, its a mess in their parking lot. Very crowded. I also wish they had the scan and go option like Sams club does. They are very quick keepung the self checkout area moving. I like that Costco has a lot of organic products.

Costco is always good, super clean and friendly staff BUT we got gas there and we saw this elderly man trying to get gas and it was very difficult for him, one of the assistants was there DARREL and he was super rude and unhelpful to the elderly man… I’ll give the store 5 stars but the guy a -1

Overall great just dont eat the churros theyre not good at all... You would be better off eating a salted craggy old grape vine.

Great quality products and really friendly staff! Whether they actually care about your request I don’t know, but they make you feel like you are the most important customer at that time! Their Kirkland brand is great, all the way from food to laundry detergent. Love shopping and saving at Costco :-)

I like their products. They sell good quality products. It used to be that membership warehouses gave you a really good deal on prices. I cant say that you will find huge bargains at Costco. But their products are high quality.

I’ve started to love Costco for their deals and selection of some food items. With that said, the staff at this location are generally unfriendly. Pretty much expect to be talked to like you’re in line at the DMV. Get your stuff get out.

On Saturday, April 15th 2021, I took my car to the Costco Tire Center to get two new tires put on. While my car was sitting in the parking lot of Costco someone stole the Catalytic Converter off my car. When I picked my car up and noticed that there was a loud noise and I went and asked one the the Tire Center employees to come look at my car. He then talked to the person that worked on it and he told me that it was like that when they pulled it into the bay. I spoke to the manager and he basically said, How are we supposed to know if it wasnt already gone. Costco has not taken any responsibility in the matter. I am working with a third party company that is waiting for Costco to give them the surveillance of inside the Tire Center. Costco still has not provided that. Also, has a customer you should know Costco does not have any surveillance cameras on the exterior of their building. If they cannot keep their customers cars safe while waiting for service they should not be servicing cars. This is very disappointing! We expect more from Costco!

Pleasure to deliver to. Take Wadsworth north off the 70, left on 52nd, left on Yarrow St. Go to last semi size entrance just before fueling station. Dont let the sign freak you out, yes, that entrance. Take left in parking lot where the lane runs along the front of the store, watch for the shopping cart corral as you make the left. Its not marked!!!! I park along building against the red fire lane paint and check in from there to stay out of the way.

Arvada Costco is one of my favorite. Everyone is friendly and efficient. From the gas fill up station to prescription eye wear.

Always crowded, but checkout lines move fast. As with most Costco locations, its hard to find anyone working in the bowels of the store if you need help locating an item

The other customers are by far the worst part of this location, and its just this location as far I can tell. I dont hold that against Costco, just warning people. Indifferent staff (who can blame them), but helpful if you can wrangle one down. Well stocked. Most of the products are reliable. Good grocery.

I love this Costco. The lines for gas are usually pretty reasonable and even when the store is busy I dont feel too overwhelmed. As usual the staff is kind and helpful.

I purchased a Costco Gold Star Executive membership and proceeded to buy a washer and dryer for the home I recently moved to; here is how my first experience with the company has gone so far.My washer and dryer was supposed to be delivered on Thursday, June 10 between 4:45 and 6:45 PM.Wednesday, June 9: received an email, text, and voicemail between 6:31 - 7:48 PM confirming my package made it to the local warehouse and would be delivered on time.Thursday, June 10: received an email and text at 8:00 AM that my package would be on time. I called customer service at 7:00 PM after the delivery window passed and was told to wait until 9:00 PM.Friday, June 11: called customer service at 8:58 AM and was on the line for 1 hour 9 minutes. I was told my delivery was rescheduled for Wednesday, June 16. I asked for a supervisor who called logistics and the delivery was rescheduled for Saturday, June 12.Saturday June 12: I received a call at 9:15 AM from someone at the warehouse saying my delivery will not be going out today. They will call back later with an update. 4:39 PM I receive a voicemail and 4 back to back emails stating my delivery is rescheduled for Friday, June 18th.Terrible customer service, horrific communication, clearly no procedure for whatever happened, and continuously pushing the delivery date back when my package is at the local warehouse (according to my tracking info)? Moreover, theres been zero attempt to rectify the situation.This is the first time in my life that Ive ever publicly complained about a service. Maybe that means Ive gotten lucky my entire life, but geeesh what a pain in the butt.

Easy to navigate, clean store with helpful customer service from selecting products to check out.A massive parking lot is available with loading area for those with cars.The store was well-stocked and products were neat and organized on the shelves.

Self-checkout is a great addition. I wish there was the scan/pay with app to skip the long checkout lines.

I love that at Costco you can purchase items in bulk keeping you from having to run to the store multiple times a week. They have a large selection of goods and their fresh produce and bakery are excellent! The only things that could use some work are the consistency of some items being available. You may get the same item three visits in a row and then it will be gone for a couple weeks and come back or may be gone for good. Also, I have had issues the past few visits with a lack of boxs to transport my items from the store to my home and my last visit I actually got a box but then the checkers helper put three things of meat in it leaving my bottles of Advil, spices and other small items to fly all over the truck. I guess i need to bring my own bags to prevent this.... great store over all!

Sams Club is better IMO

When I go to Costco I know I have to take care of myself. There is never an employee who gives me eye contact. I am just an object on their conveyor belt of duties. I rarely find each of what Im shopping for. The kiosk workers are always friendly and conversational. The parking lot is usually a very dangerous place to be. Thats just how it is. I dont go there expecting a social event.

CostCo > Sams Club and here is why. When something sells out they restock quickly, all holiday season long. When they have something that doesnt sell, which is either rarely or just fast, they will have it replaced with something else. I find it easier to run through once a week or so to stock up and look for deals.

Always the best. In decades of membership Ive almost always received merchandise that met or exceeded expectations - and in the one situation where it wasnt so great, they made it right. The in-warehouse customer experience has always been awesome, too.

I enjoy going to Costcos, as ridiculous as that sounds. They are very friendly and it usually isnt crowded. They have the food sample people back out, but no food. They just have it sitting behind a piece of plexiglass.

A month ago, I spent $1000 at Costco, Friday I spent $500. There isnt much at Costco I cant buy online and not have to put up with your rude checkout people.I suspect, since the store was oddly empty, Im not the only one who is fed up with your staff being unable to be polite and respectful of costumers.They mentioned something about staying in my bubble. What does that even mean?

I’m always impressed with how CLEAN this location is. There’s always staff working to keep things clean and organized, even though some customers are oblivious to the messes they make. Staff is always friendly and eagerly helpful... sometimes the managers can be a little cold, but they run a tight ship that’s for sure.

Its Costco, and I love Costco. My only complaint about this Costco is that it is more difficult to enter and exit than others, especially on the weekends.

Costco where you walk in for one thing and come out with a whole cart. They also have a food stand where you can get pizza, hotdogs and drinks on the way out.

The friendliest staff compared to other Costco warehouses.

The store was so crowded that you could hardly move. The store layout is different to say the least. The staff was knowledgeable. Cashiers were quick an made sure to sanitize between customers, they kept the lines which were long moving at a good pace.Again just had far too many customers in the store at one time.

I just recently got a Costco membership, after having a Sams membership for years. I thought this would be an upgrade and in some ways it was. Selection was great, store was super clean, and 90 % of the employees were great. However, upon checking out, we got in line at one of the 3 open check outs, that werent self check out. The 2 woman working there informed us that there was a spill behind the register and we might want to switch lanes. The lines were long in the other lanes and we werent in a rush, so we stayed there. The spill was cleaned up but they waving boxes over it for about 5 minutes, to dry it I suppose, while the person they were ringing up in front of us patiently waited. When it was our turn the asked if we were sure we didnt want to go to another line??? Umm, no considering all of our stuff was on the conveyor and there was now only one open line besides ours. The person I was with is on the same Costco account as I am, but we were making 2 purchases. She forgot her card in the car so we both used mine. Our cashiers, Lena and Teresa, very sternly informed her that the couldnt allow us to make 2 purchases with one Costco card. We informed them of our situation (both of us being on the same account) and they very begrudgingly let us know that they would let it slide this time but not to let it happen again.I understand there are rules but I dont understand the rude approach and the continued annoyed demeanor they had through the rest of our purchase. Im not sure if Im being too picky but I honestly expected more courteous treatment. Fortunately, on our way out, Alejandro saved our Costco experience by being extra nice and courteous while checking our cart as we left. Lena and Teresa might want to take notes from him.
