Very friendly staff, they keep their heads cool even when theyre really busy. Im actually impressed. Its a good reminder to myself to be a nice person even when stressed. Ill go out of my way to get food and coffee in the morning here. Lunch is good too of course.

My first response to their new ad for the BAGELRITO was to cry “sacrilege!… I bought one anyway, and it was delicious. I usually have pleasant experiences in Einstein brothers, so it was no surprise to find that this location also offered kind, quick service!

In two words; fast and efficient! Wow, we walked in the staff were ready to take our order and brought it to us in 3 minutes, without any mistakes. Bravo! Einsteins has the best bagels, much tastier than fast food and healthier food.

I had stopped in around 10am.Asked for an everything bagel, they were already out. Okay no problem. I ordered an onion toasted with plain cream cheese and a vegout sandwich style.I recieved veggie cream cheese..I love Einsteins and Ill continue to go there. Not this location. There was a shorter lady that seemed to be the manager, she was the one that told the fellow placing the order what I wanted. Not friendly at all. The lady I mean

This review is not less sincere for being so unforgivably late in posting. On 12/29/20 I was on a walk with my dogs and ended up standing in front of Einstein Bagels- a little hungry I impulsively decided to stop in and grab lunch to go. Upon walking in I found 3 Einstein employees- all busy- but, all 3 made a point to ask how I was doing, how life was with the Pandemic, commented on how good my dogs were for waiting patiently outside, and of course- made a fantastic sandwich, just how I like it! Ashley, Becky, and Ethan all brightened my day simply by sharing their happiness and making me feel incredibly welcomed in a simple bagel shop. Times are very hard these days as Ive been unemployed since April, therefore, my interaction with others is scarce. Nothing and I mean nothing, cheers me up more than interacting with sincere, cheerful, sympathetic, and warm hearted people. Thank you, Ashley, Becky, and Ethan for more than just providing me with a bagel sandwich that afternoon. I left and walked home so thankful that fate led me to spend a few minutes with 3 incredibly good-hearted employees inside of my neighborhood Einsteins. The littlest interactions can make a tremendous impact.

Our company ordered a large amount of sandwiches online. They made sure the order was correct ahead of time, had the payment taken care of early, had the sandwiches hot & ready when we picked them up. Service was awesome!

Usually good, but they served me lettuce with bugs all over it and they wont answer the phone.I reached out on the website already. Its been 5 days, no response from the company.

I quit coming to this location a long time ago. Tried again today to give them another shot, but they have not improved. This location is always out of most bagels. Today they had a limited selection, and had NONE of the gourmet selections. Save yourself some headache and frustration and go to 53rd/Kipling location. They are always well stocked and much more friendly.I will not continue to go to this location until they overhaul how they operate and actually provide the items on their menu.

If you work food service in a global pandemic, please, PLEASE, where your mask above your nose. I dont care so much that the wait time was long, I get it, but please, if I can see your nostrils you are not wearing that mask correctly. I ended up not eating it and going to the other einsteins near me, which has excellent service.

Normally the bagels are great but today they were not so great. We ordered ahead through the app and instead of letting us know they were out of the bagels my kids wanted, they swapped them for what they thought was closest. For a kid though, a plain bagel swapped for a wheat bagel is a terrible thing. And a cinnamon sugar bagel swapped for an apple cinnamon also needs to be approved. We would have gladly chosen different bagels for my kids per what was in stock but they didnt ask, or call (even though the app requires a phone number), didnt mark the bag, didnt mark the receipt. Could have done ANY of those to help catch the change rather than my kids opening their bagels at home and being disappointed. When I called for clarity and hoped for good service to say well fix it, come back! I got I guess we didnt catch you when you came in. Dont put the bag on the ready for pickup rack if you want to catch someone. A real bummer.

Great Customer Service

I don’t see how you can make a bagel sandwich without toasting the bagel? I ordered a avocado, tomato, and bacon bagel. It came not toasted and was cold. I don’t know how they are advertising thick-cut bacon when the bacon is so thin you can see through it. The tomato spread was lacking and the avocados were not well cut. The result was a floppy cold mess. No napkins were provided. It’s rare that I would ever criticize a bagel sandwich, but this was an epic fail and definitely not worth $6 for a cold wet breakfast bagel.

Saturday morning visit took at least 25 minutes... Ordered a Plain bagel with cream cheese, avacado toast with cream cheese and a chorizo sunrise... They were out of plain bagels at 8AM so I canceled the plain bagel since my 4 year old wont eat anything else, and then my other two items took 20 minutes to come out. There were 3 people making food... My avacado toast had no cream cheese like I asked so I kindly told them and they took my toast... but gave it back to me with a side of cream cheese basically telling me here do it yourself. Both food items were completely cold by the time I got to my car to eat. Very disappointed.

I typically dont rate places with poor performance, giving them the benefit of the doubt that they just had a bad day. But this Einsteins location is consistently awful. The staff always seems too busy to manage simple, courteous, customer service. One woman is always yelling at customers about the lack of product, and barking orders at guests. The cashiers always seem to be upset that anyone in the building chose to enter and attempt to order a bagel. COVID is not an excuse to be rude to your customers. Go next door to Starbucks or somewhere else all together.

We had a great lunch experience largely due to Becky’s friendly, generous nature. We forgot to order coffee with our meal and Becky just handed us two cups without charge. She reminded me to grab my chips and made sure she personally walked our additional to-go order to our table. The other great thing was eating my favorite sandwich! I appreciate this kind service when so often these days, other service is a disappointment.

Good reconstitute Einstein bagels, good Caribou coffee, excellent service. Others have better bagels, even better coffees, with excellent service. Einstein is similar to McDonalds ... everything is good enough for the masses. When I want a better bagel, I know a better place. For better coffee, a different coffeehouse. But, for the whole safe bagel package; bagel, cream cheese, fresh cracked eggs, good coffee, good environment & clean rest room ... go to Einstein Bros.

I like that this location had people wait outside for their orders & they brought them out. It kept the restaurant itself from being overcrowded. Nicely done!

Good food great service

This food is a gift from Zues himself. Id eat it every single day if it wasnt so pricey. They do have an $8 dozen bagels deal that I love love love. Their coffee is great. Dont expect 5 star service from this particular restaurant because the place is run by teenagers. But its still the best place to pick up breakfast.

Walked in without calling and needed a bigger order. They had no issue getting it together quickly and it didnt seem to disrupt their normal business flow at all.Really handled well and very friendly team there. One of the employees even helped carry it out to my car. Great experience.

Impossible to order!! Doors closed at this point by their choice since restaurantcan now be open with available seating. Door states you have to order online through app, or on phone. App has the feature disabled and they didnt answer their phone!!!

Just ordered a couple sandwiches and some vanilla hazelnut coffee. The girl that took care of us is ALWAYS awesome, remembers what we like to order, makes the order perfect and is always super sweet! Ill try to update the review with her name later! :)

Order was completely wrong and when I called the store I had to argue my case! then was told to drive back if I want my money back??? I ordered online W.T.F. Why am I arguing for a mistake they made? Also, pandemic, should be able to get a refund online.

Be very careful if you are going to come here employees don’t seem to mind about the pandemic and won’t make sure customers are social distancing and it seems wearing masks is optional at this location . they allow way to many people inside and too close together. very unsafe during these times .

On March 23rd my daughter and 4month old grandson stopped in to get a bite to eat.Josh who took our order was so nice and friendly with a smile.The chefs for the day were Alex and Dathen.These two young men make a great team! They have Bubbly personalities. They didnt just make our sandwiches🥯 they created them to perfection! We cant wait to visit the trio again. Keep up the Great customer service guys😊

UPDATED REVIEW: Absolutely love coming here in the morning before work.Im quite the regular now since they have hired new staff and management. Super friendly and personable, quick on service too!good quality food, but manager who works here is extremely rude. Been here twice now and she always has an attitude problem.

They dident have change for a 50 on an 10 dollar order, and there was bugs in the sugar for my cofee, the staff were kind of inept and fooling around in the back.... will not returnThey cant even cut a bagel right.... actually angry

I really enjoyed this Einstein bagel store. The staff are wonderful. The only complaint I have is front of the house. Men’s bathroom the corners of the floor and the baseboard on the tile is disgustingly dirty. Otherwise restore great food great customer service.They really need to use a doodle brush and scrub the corners of their tile floors in the bathrooms it’s very unclean. But I enjoy the food so I keep going back.

It shouldnt take 30 minutes to make a bagel with cream cheese. I understand the morning rush, regardless management needs to find a solution to this. You have ten employees on line, they shouldnt all be working on the same orders. Are you guys hiring? I might lose my job now because Im late waiting for my bagel and cream cheese (for 30 min). I can do a better job at running this location.

So its a bagel, from a corporation, and had the bagel ladies understood what toasted meant in our lost language of English, which I am fluent in, then it wouldve hit a 4, anything higher is considered to be better than and worthy just an fyi.

The staff feels like family and the manager is so sweet. They do a good job making sure we have a positive experience every time we go in and we always leave happy. I love my bagel crew.

It was good but a bit pricy. You can easily spend $10.00 just getting bagel sandwich and a coffee. Other than the price, it was good. But if your looking to eat, drink, and save a buck or two, this isnt the spot.

Under no circumstances do I want a bagel that is untoasted ;) I mentioned I wanted them toasted as well, and really, if youre making something with an untoasted bagel, you should confirm that the person doesnt care about how things taste.

So incredibly rude. Messed up my bagel then rolled their eyes when I asked to have it with the correct cream cheese. Charged me two dollars for a side of cream cheese. That comes to a total of $6 for ONE bagel and cream cheese. Go to the one in the target parking lot off Kipling, you’ll actually enjoy your experience.

Bought my favorite everything bagel with low fat garden vegetable smear and when I got them home there was barely to no smear on them. They were dry as all get out. Do yourself a favor and drive further down Wadsworth to the other Einsteins were they will give you what you pay for. Very disappointing!

The staff is always smiling and welcoming when I come in. Always courteous and helping. Definitely the one to go to!!

Went this morning during a blizzard and was surprised to find that two workers were not only there, but smiling as I walked in! Made my Tasty Turkey with no tomato just like I asked, and were really polite.Thanks guys!

I got a free breakfast sandwich for my birthday and it was awesome. Never got one from there before but it was so good I will again. Of course service was friendly as always!

I am enjoying my bagel even though I wasnt asked if I wanted it toasted. Turns out that was the least of my concerns. As I see several employees constantly wiping their noses and whoa...was that a bagel thrown by an employee into a busy dining room?!? Yes and now same employee goes over to visit her tatooed boyfriend...maybe he likes food being thrown at him but I prefer simple manners.

Drive about 15 minutes each way to get a bagel and lox to go. Got home and this is what I had. Wish I would have opened it before I left. Unreal disappointed.

No stars here but cant review without at least selecting one. HORRIBLE customer service. Tried to do a phone order to go pick up for a corporate meeting. Tried to order 4 sandwiches with sides of dozen bagel bites and some drinks. Was told if I only wanted to order 4 sandwiches they would not do it and then proceeded to question me of and I quote from Becky...”would u order 4 sandwiches from McDonald’s or Burger King?” Are u kidding me. They lost a corporate customer today with a chance to generate a revenue of over $75.00 a week on an ongoing basis. That’s $300 bucks a month. Great job Einstein’s maybe u should answer the phone next time as McDonald’s or Burger King because that’s where u rank.

My mom ordered a dozen bagels and told the gentleman to include 3 sesame bagels. She wasnt watching him and when she got home she found poppy seed instead. She called the store and only wanted them to let know the associate might need to know the difference. The woman that answered said he had been there a long time and knew the difference between poppyseed and sesame seed. She went on and basically told my mother it was her fault. Service is bad but bagels are good.

Excellent experience, full bellies, happy family. The reviews connected with this store, which I read before we went, had me bracing myself for some less than charming and/or welcoming behavior. However, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted upon entrance by all three employees whose tones all sounded sincere and bright.Although the employees were obviously busy, I did not feel rushed. The young man attending the cash register was cheerful and personable.Lastly, while ringing in my order a small group came in and were waiting on me to finish so they could order. Now, as I am about to explain, if there was going to be any rude behavior, this would have been the time......1) Having just moved, I couldnt remember my phone number for the Einstein rewards. I gave up after giving the cashier 3 different numbers! He patiently and respectfully told me how to fix it once I got home.2) I made a partial payment with a gift card and needed a few dollars to cover the remainder. I realized my money was in my vehicle and I needed to run outside mid-transaction, with people waiting behind me! I apologized, was told no problem, again, in a sincere and friendly tone and not a hint of irritation, although a line was forming.I will definitely go back. The food was spot on and the employees were happy, courteous, sincere, and good at their job. I dont know if the store had something of an employee makeover, or what. But the issues I read about this store were not evident during my visit/order. I ordered on a Sunday just before 7am a Bakers Dozen w/ 2 tubs Shmear. It was offered for bagels to be cut, I said, Yes please. (All choices I wished for were available and plentiful. *French Toast, Everything, Potato, Pretzel, & Asiago.*)

My food was good, but no where on the item description did it mention cheese. I asked to make sure and got major attitude. The guys said, yeah, youre in the wrong place if you dont want dairy. Uhm, no. I eat bagels with peanut butter all the time. Then they started bitching about people who made special requests. So, just attitude the whole time.

This place might be slow when packed, but einstiens is always fast friends and fresh. I love their pumpkin and other seasonal shmear flavors when in season, but even when not they are always tasty. I just wish they didnt keep raising their prices, they used to be much more affordable, rather than the occasional treat.

Love the bagels but sure would be nice If you could get what you ordered. I hate eggs, dont know why just do, so when I order an asiago bagel with ham bacon and cheese I dont expect to get an egg. Well got 3 bagels, an oj and a small coffee. $25 later and eggs are so peppered my mom can hardly eat it and mine has egg and no bacon. For the price sure doesnt seem worth it.

Angie was extremely rude while ordering my food, rolling her eyes and walking away before the order was complete. Staff brought out my order and called the wrong name, when I asked about it the other young lady snapped saying NO, this order is for allison as I waited I asked again and they then realized it was the wrong name, I get an attitude and my food took longer then it should hate because of the error.

Good double egg bagel and cheese sandwiches

My husband came to treat me to try einstein Bagels for the first time ever. Everybody is enjoying their sandwiches so Im happy to try my sandwich we ask for avocados on it and the eggs scrambled. We got all the way home to find they didnt have any guac on them and the eggs errent scrambled the lady who took our order looked really sad and didnt give us our receipt. We tried to call the store and got no answer :(

Very rude service. Turned away before finishing my orders and got the orders wrong. And worst yet blamed on others she was busy at one occasion. Another time she took the roder wrong. Again blamed on otheres and me customer.I like the breakfast they offer, so I go there once awhile, but leave with bad taste in my mouse everytime because of the service there. What a shame.

Einsteins is a classic. Good coffee, great bagels and breakfast sandwiches.

Corporate office needs to audit how they make the sandwiches and retrain, they are clearly not up to the brands standard. Poor value - small, sad lox sandwich with cream cheese spread so thinly as if they didnt have enough left and were conserving for the rest of the morning. Surely they werent running low on plain cream cheese. Disappointed I drove out of my way thinking einsteins is at least consistent.

Extremely cranky employees make it depressing to come here. Have been here several times but treated rudely every time even though I try so hard to smile and be pleasant. Literally had my order shoved into my hand last time. Not worth coming back.
