I recommend GoodBuy Gear to every family I see in Denver! Instead of holding on to stuff you no longer need, this company will come pick it up, clean it, take pictures and sell it for you. Then you can cash out or use the money you make to shop their online fit for new baby & kid gear. Genius idea, I dont know what families were doing before this company came along!

So happy to have a place that allows us to get toys at 1/2 or even 1/4 of the retail price. Sometimes there are small accessories missing or scuffs on paint but my kids just use their imaginations and have a blast with these lower cost repurposed toys! Love saving the earth one toy at a time. Best part, when they grow out of the toys we can sell them! Love the circle economy!!!

Excellent products and customer service, I picked up an order on Friday without checking what time they close (1pm). I was to be arriving about an hour after but as I had texted them as I was leaving saying I was on my way they sent me a message saying they would still be there and would bring my order out when I arrived. I used to love shopping here, until I bought something I wasn’t happy with and tried to exchange it only 2 days outside of the 3 day window. We had been out of town and I couldn’t contact them sooner. They refused to make an exception. So just be aware of their very strict and very SHORT window to exchange or return should you not be happy. I don’t think I will be buying from them anymore.

Highly recommend GoodBuy Gear! I have used the site to purchase several Open Box items that rarely go on sale in stores (Vista stroller, Keekaroo, Baby Bjorn products). Each item has matched the descriptions provided by GoodBuy Gear and allowed me to splurge more than I would if paying retail!

Received a product with torn packaging and missing parts. When I asked to return it they refused. Customer support was very difficult to work with but offered to resell the product to another unsuspecting customer if I didn’t want it anymore as long as I pay them a commission. I would have a hard time trusting Good Buy Gear products and will not be using them again in the future since they do not back up the products they sell.

Good Buy Gear is amazing! I came across their website on Facebook Market place. I was looking for a Bumbo Seat for my son. I found one for a great price on this site. After receiving the seat, I found it had been cracked during shipping. I emailed customer service about the issue. They wrote me back in a timely manner stating they would be sending me a replacement at no cost to me. They were kind and very helpful throughout the whole process. I would recommend buying from them!

Disappointing experience I hope I can help others avoid. Item was damaged but listed as gently used on website with no reference to the damage. Our family is in a busy season so I didnt get around to emailing about the damage until about a week after delivery. I assumed the company would want to make it right but the return/partial refund policy is limited to 3 days post delivery.It was my mistake to not review the refund policy prior to buying an item and to trust the companys rating. To avoid in the future, Id recommend not buying something at a time when you may miss that window as the company is unaccountable for a flaw discovered outside of the 3 day window.

Would not recommend. They are not transparent in the condition of their goods, nor do they appear to care about their customers. Bought an “open box” UPPABABY Vista for $721.84 - which is not that heavy of a discount off the full price. $50 of this was shipping as the particular stroller was at their TX location. Upon receipt of the stroller we were shocked to see there was a scratch/mark/issue on literally every surface of the stroller and bassinet, including the leather handle which surely would have worsened. I was offered a $40 store credit and was told they thought the issues may have happened in packaging (part of what I paid $50 for). Thankfully we live in Denver otherwise I would have had to pay an ADDITIONAL $50 to ship it back to them for the return. So now I’m out $50 because they refused to refund the shipping and handling (though, again, they claim the issues came from their handling). Poor ethics, poor customer service. Returned because, aside from it looking horrible, I flat out did not want to give this business our money.

I paid almost $500 for the mockingbird stroller and attachments, wasn’t offered to purchase insurance or anything for it. FedEx marked it as delivered and it was not delivered. Katie with Good buy gear has basically told me they won’t help me and I am out the $500…. Why would you not offer insurance for high priced items or at least request that FedEx gets a signature for the package. Then when the package is lost you don’t even offer to try and help at all or even make a claim with FedEx you just tell your customer there is nothing you can do.

Good Buy Gear has amazing customer service via email. I forgot to add shipping and they gave me clear directions on how to add it after I had already purchased the item. They email back extremely quickly. The products are in great condition. The prices are amazing! Great company to purchase from!

So disappointed and upset. I paid $55 for a play set missing accessories and when I asked to return it they said they dont accept returns. The pick hours are during working hours and I had my sister pick it up. I wonder why you set it at such a high price point when it was missing accessories. After my purchase I checked and target, Walmart had it for $80. Am a very unhappy customer. Dont think I will shop with you people again. I urge other people shopping to email there customer service and ask questions about the product before wasting your money. Because this toy is useless right now without accessories.

Bought a stroller that was listed “Gently used” according to their website description and when it was delivered it clearly was in the “Loved” condition as well as some missing parts. I reached out to customer service to see if they would adjust the price to fit the condition of the stroller they shipped and they told me $50 was the amount. The stroller was purchased for $1,000!!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. It will cost me more to ship it back to return it so now I will deal with the headache with the stroller maker.

I was worried, as I had never heard of this site, and baby products are expensive. I took the leap of faith and I am glad I did! I ordered a baby carrier. My product was labeled ‘Opened Box’ and new. And that’s exactly what I got, the carrier is brand new with tags and wrapped on the inside. Obviously never worn and then just put back in it’s box. I was delighted. Best part is I paid a significant fraction of what the carrier normally runs!

I purchased an open box mockingbird stroller that was literally flawless for half the price as well as all of the accessories to go with it. We are so happy with our new Mockingbird stroller purchased through Good Buy Gear! When ordering on my mobile using Apple Pay, I had made an error is the shipment method, to which I was able to easily and quickly get in touch with Mikaela through their customer support email who was able to walk me through submitting a new order to correct my error. She stayed in touch with my through the transport and delivery from TX to NY which, to my surprise, arrived 2 days ahead of schedule. The stroller is in near perfect condition, with just one small scuff on the frame (I’m sure there will be plenty more to come) and is WELL worth the price we paid. The prices are low for a reason. If you get lucky and the product you receive is in good condition than count yourself lucky. Their customer service is a joke. Everything I asked them about to resolve the situation they couldn’t do. I got a few products that were in great shape with no issues which is why they get 3 stars in my review. But poor customer service and multiple damaged products are why I didn’t give them a 5 star rating.

Ordered a $190 of stuff from them and fedex lost the package. Told me to work it out with fedex and were absolutely no help. FedEx tells me they will refund them if they would call and file a claim but goodbuygear refuses and offered no solution. Horrible customer service just a rip-off really disappointed.

I purchased a swing for my granddaughter. It was advertised new, which was accurate, however it is defective.The swing motor does not work. Purchased a few items recently for my toddler.Amy G. was super helpful in assessing if these items were right for my LO’s age group. Love this company!

I was very excited about this crib we were getting, it looked like it was in nearly perfect condition for half the price they sell it for online.We chose to pay the $9.90 delivery fee to have it delivered. The communication about delivery lacked a bit for me, I was under the impression that it would be delivered within one to 3 business days not that we would be notified of when it would be delivered within one to three business days. The delivery driver brought the crib in and set it literally right in front of my door/walkway in a way in which you could barely get in and out of the apartment. I asked him if he could help me move it. He said he wasn’t allowed (even though I am almost 8 months pregnant). I mentioned the black scratches on the side of the crib that were not in the picture of the product I had chosen to purchase. He said he didn’t know and he turned around and left. I had to ask a leasing agent from my apartment office to help me move it out from in front of our door.I called to let the business know of the issues and ask what could be done. I was told they were sorry, it’s a small business run by a group of mothers, they only have one delivery van, they were warned not to have their delivery people enter homes when they started their business, their child was throwing a fit and they just got home from work etc... very unprofessional. With lots of excuses.I was given the option to have them come pick it up or have a partial refund. I chose to have them pick it up (assuming they meant today or at the very least tomorrow), and apparently the business only has one van and so they can not pick it up until next week. So we tried to arrange a time in which my husband will be home, they said they will have to ask around and discuss and email us to let us know if that time will work (again, seems kind of unprofessional). Then we thought “maybe a partial refund would work better and we will just take the crib apart and recycle it, so that it will be less complicated (because the woman sounded exasperated and like it was a pain/complication to process this return) the partial refund was $30! We paid $10 for delivery alone.I suggest Once Upon a Child or Facebook Marketplace if you want to go to a thrift/consignment store for baby purchases, at least you know what you are getting and there isn’t a bunch of run-around. I am all about supporting small businesses, but this is not good customer service.

Awesome place! Got our stroller with them and saved $400 off the asking price at the store. It was clean and practically new looking. Recently have used them to sell big items that our baby grew out of. They do all the work on the selling and make it so easy. I am not liking this company because of how the conduct their business. I live by this place and their employees come and park their cars in front of houses in the neighbor hood, take our parking for 8 hours a day! They make the streets more congested around here with their employee vehicles. Then when it snows they are the only people who do not shovel the snow. When you are walking by it is clear sidewalks until you get in front of Good Buy Gear, then it is full of snow. I feel like the way the are so inconsiderate makes me think they are a money hungry company! They show lack of compassion for the neighbor hood they are in.

I love this website! My items were delivered on the date I was quoted. The items were clean and in excellent shape. Smelled sweetly of warehouse(this is not sarcastic). I had accidentally put the wrong address for delivery, when I spoke with Jessica she was very sweet and informed she would talk to her driver to retrieve any information. She also kindly requested I inform her when I resolve my issue. I purchased Lauri locktagons with 200 pieces of which all were in the box and the instructions. I also purchased a door exercise-jumper for my infant that also was delivered in the box. The double stroller is in Excellent shape and is very clean. The packing was great and I am so excited to recommend this to others.

Exceptionally easy and reliable way to purchase used and vetted gear. We bought a 4moms swing and a highchair for our soon-to-be daughter and the process was frictionless. Delivery was done by a local company who provided strong communication and kept us updated throughout the process. While we havent sold anything to Good Buy Gear yet, if the process is anything like buying itll be a no brainer. Overall, skip Craigslist and shady parking lot handoffs for this company instead.

What an easy way to get the kid clutter out of your house and money into your pocket! I was having trouble selling my son’s stuff by myself on Craigslist and Facebook. Good Buy Gear picked my stuff up from my porch and sold it in just over a week. It was so easy! I’ve bought some things too and they were shipped right to my front door. They were clean, had batteries, everything worked and my son could play with them right out of the box. I definitely recommend this great company to all my friends and family.

This was SO amazing, I have both sold and purchased using this service. We sold two strollers and they sold really fast. We didnt have to bother with scheduling people to come and see them and haggling over the price and they didnt take up storage space in our house as GBG took care of it all! Essential since we just had a second baby and definitely dont have time for that! I was also looking for an Ergobaby 360 and got a notification that one was in stock. I purchased it right away and it is in amazing condition at a great price. It was delivered to my doorstep the next day- so easy! In the past we have had things sitting around our house for month that we never got around to listing, now we can just get rid of it, I will definitely be using this instead of Craigslist for all our kiddo gear.
