They gotta good selection of craft stuff. Don’t get me wrong. But a random employee started following us for no reason and accused my 14 year old brother of stealing. He emptied his pockets and everything for her. We had even had something taken down by an employee and brought to the checkout. And there were a bunch of other customers around us. Not sure what that was about.

I love going here they always have a great clearance section and I am always greeted and treated with great customer care!

I like this place better then hobby lobby. More organized, cleaner, and better selection. Found everything we needed. Its been a while since Ive been there. But glad I went back

I ordered a product online for in-store pickup. When I went in an associate literally came running up to me and asked if I needed help and promptly got me my order. Excellent product selection too!

Very friendly and helpful store. Its allergies than the other michaels in belmar and packed a few things we were needing to buy. If you need a quick popular craft item this is a great store, but dont expect it to have any select items or some of the more obscure crafts like needle felting.

I have had a few posters framed here with both Esperanza and Nick. Both employees are incredibly talented and have a special eye for art. We couldn’t be more pleased with our selections they helped us pick out. My husband and I love the staff here and will most definitely keep coming back!! If you’re looking to frame some of your favorite pieces, don’t shop around, come to this location! You won’t be let down!

They are always friendly.at this Michaels, even when Ive heard other customers being difficult. Today was another great craft run! Only complaint was that I wanted some patchouli oil for bath bombs, and they were out. Guess someone is using lavender instead today...

Either didnt carry, or were out of a lot of stuff i was looking for, and i walked around for an hour and a half without anyone asking me if i needed help. I finally hunted someone down myself, and she wasnt very helpful either.

I will always choose Michaels over Hobby Lobby for all the usual reasons. Even though I live closer to HL, this Michaels hires well and the staff is always courteous and helpful.

Average service!Had an online order to pick up, and did some shopping while in the store. Asked an employee where the acrylic paints were at she responded with a number indicating where 🤔 it was. Certainly, not going out her way...The cashier was not all together either; mention I had an online order to pick up. We finished the instore transaction, and had to bring up, the online purchase again!😱

Michaels always has the crafting supplies and decorations I need at a great price! I got some really fun Halloween decorations!

If you are crafty this is your place. If you are an artist, look somewhere else.

Store is always so clean

Michaels is one of the few stores that still has a decent amount of Halloween stuff (most have moved to Christmas). When we found out that our items were not part of the 40% off sale, the manager directed the cashier to give us the sale price on the items. I plan to go back for my next party or crafting need.

I was just ay Michaels today. There was a man returning things and a manager came up to handle it. The manager was throwing things at this man and yelling at him. I dont know what the situation was, only that I saw a manager throwing things at a customer. VERY unprofessional. With all that is going on in the world, kindness can go very far! I was really surprised by this womans behaviour. I will make sure I go to another location, or hobby lobby or something.

I remember I use to look at this store all the time and didnt care much about it until now, my son has been working on some projects for his school and this store has become the #1 supplier for us, we basically find everything he needs for all his projects here, good prices and normally well stocked, plus you can always use the coupons they send you all the time and save some money and one of the things that I care about the most is customer service, so far the staff has always been really nice and helpful everytime we need them and that makes a huge difference and shopping experience at any store.

I looking Into getting some arcade signs framed, but was not sure at all what I wanted, just that I wanted them framed. The framing options here are dizzying. 🙄The framer who helped me, Kaitlyn, was amazing. She made it seem easy, asked me some questions and the next thing I know she had put something together that was incredible. She was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend her to anyone.

Really busy. Very congested store and people didnt follow right of way in aisle so made for more congestion. Line took about 30 minutes to check out. Only two cashiers. Mornings may be better than afternoons

Im a longtime fan of Michaels but had never been to this one. Staff was really nice and they have a great selection. Prices are a little high but I always find a coupon first.

The people working here are always so sweet and helpful. Please be patient and kind, theyre doing their best.

Always like the variety at these stores, but they had quite the long line all the way wrapped around. They did get us all through as best they could, but they could definitely use more staff.

Love Michaels with exception of the order online pick up in store. This is offered to save the customer time as well as the convience of shopping at home and avoiding the hectic crowds.Why would you make the customer picking up a online order wait in line with 30 other people at the checkout? Why not have dedicated staff, and area for the online orders????After waiting 15 plus min in the line at checkout and calling the store to verify the location of picking up my order ( because of the lack of staff available to ask and lack of signage for pick up)I had to leave before I could get my order picked up and will haveto make another trip and hopefully have a better experience

Their ok. They have a wide selection of frames but if you paint like me they are short on affordable paint and canvas board. Other than that I think they are a good store even if their employees are always helping someone else

Teach Cashier To Do Job Correctly (!!! PEOPLE CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS ‼️‼️) Constantly Im getting over charged my sale items are not getting put on my purchase as sale items but regular price items even the coupons you use are not getting applied enough is enough take the time to teach the cashiers there job correctly due to my experience Im just done every time I turn around this happens Im starting to think online shopping the way to go to not get screwed over very Disappointed I shop constantly here this SHOULD NOT BE AN ISSUE

Its priced like a boutique french artisan supply store with the same objects you can buy on wish. Even while standing in the store with the app open to shop this store the attendant still couldnt help me locate several items and recommended I try shopping Amazon; a suggestion I will most definitely take her up on.

Large crafts store with plenty of selection. Usually have a lot of items for upcoming holidays. Store seemed pretty well organized and clean.

I remember why I shop and hobby lobby. This store did not have a large selection of well,anything .Mod podge I was looking for were all stuck together and exploded. Paint splattered all over other paints. Told the cashier the price when rung up was incorrect. And she said well maybe the sign is wrong. but its this price. Then stared at my blankly for 15 seconds. Ive worked in customer service for 5 years and would never say that. If the sign is there you honor it. Just was not a very welcoming location. Things are very over priced and they have a sign that says 30% off, well its STILL way over priced. A million items say every day value so your coupons will not work for those items.

I was so excited to see Michaels come into the neighborhood! We needed a close craft store. I crochet and paint and enjoy making handmade crafts. Beautiful new store and friendly, helpful employees that actually do help you find exactly what you are needing.
