Have you forgotten the perish of the small business through corona? Well, these wonderful people have helped me buy my kitchen appliances and gave me all I wanted and more. I did have some pains along the way with the manufacturer but just as they pointed me to GE, GE has come up big. After the sale was complete they still put forth incredible efforts to cover my appliances, put me at ease, and make something better that wasnt their fault. Couldnt be a better experience ever. Youre silly and I laugh at your crummy cheap big box bought appliance whose warranty is filled with legalese and excuses; and where customer service is equal to the wage their employees make (minimum) while their executive fat cats sit and laugh all the way to the bank. SMALL BUSINESS. VOTE WITH YOUR WALLET!

No communication over time from this company followed by a sassy and arrogant attitude. In the store we were shown a fridge he would refurbish for our garage and told it would be ready in 2 weeks. We heard nothing but just kept waiting... just looking forward to getting it... Finally after 3 weeks we had to contact them to find out they were waiting for a part to come in. WHY didnt THEY tell us that? ...another week...not a word...In the meantime, its been in the 90s almost every day, weve had guests stay with us, which means the inside fridge is full. REGRET many bags of expensive organic palisade peaches have gone rotten without the fridge space. Another week passed and we heard NOTHING so we finally went in to talk to them about it yesterday.A young female employee with big unblinking eyes said the fridge cant be repaired, and our only option would be to spend hundreds more than our budget. She simply defended herself the whole time as if her life depended on it. We did not feel considered or understood for our circumstances as she arrogantly blasted her viewpoint at us. Discrimination because we werent a big sale? Or just bad business? Going to look at the Habitat for Humanity store...

I had my refrigerator go out in the middle of the night and woke up to a mess and no food. With 2 small kids I had to find a new fridge fast before I had a mutiny on my hands.From the first phone call to delivery everyone I worked with was incredible. Anita worked with me over several back and forth phone calls between her, myself, and my wife to help us find the best fridge for our needs on short notice. Not only did she help us find something in stock but also went way out of her way to help us get the new fridge (and the old broken one hauled away) the same day (at no extra charge).Upon delivery I said we could just leave the fridge on the driveway and Id figure out how to get it inside (theyd already gone way out of their way for me) and our delivery guy said no way and helped bring it inside.For future appliance purchases, theres no way Ill be going anywhere else.Thank you again!

These guys have been to my house 4 times over the past 5 weeks to fix the washer and it hasnt worked even once. Theyre coming next week for the 5th time. My landlords hired them I would have fired them and bought a new washer a long time ago

It is a great measure of a company when they take care of the little things. We had a dishwasher installed and there was a problem with that final little support bracket. Arvada Appliance went above and beyond to serve us. We ordered a fridge, range, washer/dryer, and hood from them. Anita and Megan both attended to us with outstanding customer service. When our fridge became backordered (not due to them), they let us out of our purchase with no fee. Very displeased with this company. Our oven went out at the end of December. We called a few days into Jan and ordered a new oven from them. The one we ordered was backordered because of Covid. That was ok with us, we could wait a few weeks. We were told it would be in the shop around Feb 19th. Feb 19th comes and goes and we hear NOTHING from arvada appliances. So I called to inquire. Well apparently there is now no date to delivery to the store for our stove. Ok, comes with this pandemic, not mad at that. Mad that NO ONE called to tell us this info!! So we pick another stove that the manager Anita said is scratch and dent but will give us a great deal. I said ok, but want to come and look at it before delivery. She said ok, she will call me when it is in the store, in another week. GREAT! Well another week goes by and we hear NOTHING, again. Ugh. So I call, again. Her response, oh it got delivered to another store, so sorry. Should be here by the end of the week. Ugh, ok. Well another week goes by and no communication. So here I am calling again. Oh it was delayed by the snow storm. Next week well have it. Losing my patience by now I tell her call me as soon as it is in the store so I can come look at it. She says ok, but lets get you on the delivery schedule so we dont waste any more time. Ok, scheduled for the following week. Yet again, I hear absolutely NOTHING from Anita or Arvada Appliances. I call the day before delivery to inquire. Tell Anita we are scheduled for the next day and I have yet to see the oven. She says oh it looks fine, I dont see anything wrong with it. Ok but why no call? She says hold on shell have another employee look at it. This other employee says no the handles are pretty dinged up, etc. Told Anita I am not accepting this oven and obviously cannot come to the store the day before. So long story short. We cancel the whole thing and go elsewhere, where we learn scratch and ding are rated (never given the rate at Arvada) AND we had great customer service and got our oven 3 days later. NOT impressed with Arvada Appliances. DO NOT recommend them.

I had my Kitchenaid refrigerator ice maker repaired by Arvada Appliance, and the entire experience was wonderful! There was a small misstep during the product order, but Arvada Appliance handled it wonderfully! Chuck was the technician who came out to perform the repair and he was courteous, timely, and professional.

I love these guys for so many reasons. First, and most importantly, they beat the prices of any big box store out of the water, and their customer services is infinitely better. They deliver quickly, and professionally, and their install team rocks. I purchased a brand new refrigerator from them and I was so happy that I decided to use them to outfit my rental property with new and lightly used appliances from Arvada Appliance.Another reason I love them: I have an old Hotpoint refrigerator from the 1940s that I am very attached to, and it stopped working. I looked high and low for a repair company to come out and take a look at it, even going as far as to call GE directly and I kept getting laughed at, and told no, or quoted extremely high prices for parts that were on backorder indefinitely. I finally called Arvada Appliance, and they had it fixed in 2 days for less than half the price of the other company.I cant recommend these guys highly enough. If youre looking for new appliances, or appliance repair, support this family business. You will be glad you did.

Not a positive experience dealing with the coordinator. I wanted to do business with a local company so gave them a try. With wrong parts sent with repairman, not inputting model number, wrong contact number, and a no show to correct the problem; it wasnt an effective way to fix a simple dryer repair. Coordinator blaming customer doesnt fix the issues; however, I did not report problem in a timely manner (my fault). Even getting measurements to replace kitchen appliances created a challenge for them and wasnt accomplished.

DELIVERY GUYS KNEW MORE ABOUT DISEASE THAN 2 OF MY SPECIALISTS AND WERE MORE CAREFUL. It is becoming obvious who really helps people, and who is just greedy-Arvada Appliance is helping people! I had them hold my appliances because Im Auto,Immune and I was so scared. All of that time without a dishwasher. Many people would have charged me for storage, it never even occurred to them.UPDATE FOR COVID: Disabled people can shop easily here. Everything is explained clearly and easily. I picked out all of my new appliances on line and ordered them by phone before COVID. Unfortunately for Arvada Appliance, my appliances arrived during COVID. Being high risk, I totally freaked out on them when they called to see if I wanted my appliances delivered. Ive been in quarantine for 10 yrs, now they want to come over during a Pandemic. Anita and I had a long talk. They have been busy making sure people like Doctors can sanatize laundry, for example. They have been able to keep their employees and customers safe for a month!THANK YOU ANITA, for suggesting the washer with the sanitize cycle last year. Too bad we could not get my new appliances installed before the world changed. Good luck helping people keep their food and laundry safe during the pandemic. My neighbor had a refrigerator being delivered by this company. They pulled up in front of MY bedroom window and started unloading the appliance, which they then planned on moving over to my neighbors place. After they were noisy outside of my window on a Thursday morning. I asked the guy to move the truck and he gave me a whole lot of attitude about it saying if I move in front of their windows, they will get mad at me. YEAH THEY ARE THE ONES WHO ORDERED THE APPLIANCES! LET THEM DEAL WITH THE NOISE OF THEIR OWN APPLIANCES BEING DELIVERED!!! Very disappointed with this company and their delivery men.

The repair technician that came to our house to diagnose a problem on our convection oven was amazing. Not only was Chuck, friendly, polite and knowelable about the product but he also took the time to explain the situation and possible solutions - all with a friendly no pressure disposition. It is service people like this that make me want to use the companies they represent.

5 stars all the way, They purposefully sought me a scratch and ding model for 600 off. When it didnt work quite right after install & I was having to use a company GE designated for warranty work and that company was not responding to my needs...They stepped in and just got it done fast anyway & just had to eat the cost - Now thats customer service.

These guys are bad A**, VERY helpful, above and beyond customer service!! Had to get a little fan for my freeze, didnt have in stock, But they got the part I needed by the same afternoon, thank you guys keep up the excellent work!

I havent received my appliances yet, but my experience with Arvada Appliances has far exceeded my expectations. From the initial lady I spoke with the night before Thanksgiving (Diana, maybe?), to correspondence with Hannah from a Craigslist ad I saw, to another phone call about what may be coming on truck with scratch and dent appliances, to being helped out by Megan while I purchased my appliances. Im sure I will continue to be impressed by yalls customer service as my appliances get delivered and through our kitchen remodel on our 1922 home. Looking forward to continuing to do business with Arvada Appliance in the future.

My parents have used Arvada Appliance for as long as i can remember and they have always been friendly, efficient, and fair. This last time was no exception. My Mom called them out as she was having some issues with her dryer, and Arvada Appliance fixed the problem for $35.00 parts and labor. I was worried it would be more than a $100. Thanks guys.

Needed a baking element for a Frigidaire oven,they had the part in stock.Friendly service and saved us from driving all over town.

I needed a replacement heating element to repair my frigidaire front loaded dryer and these guys were able to get the part same day for a better price than all of the online outlets I found. Plus I didnt have to pay 60 bucks for same day shipping. If your a DIY guy this is the place to go for parts.

Delivery boys need to learn to drive. Either they didnt pay attention in drivers ed or theyre high off their rocker.
