The experience was ok but we cant try the clothes you never know what size fits you the best. They just offer exchange for 15 days no returns are accepted. I already made 3 trips for exchanging that cost me a lot.

I love the fact that we can find Pakistani attire and affordable prices....but it all depends on the size you can find. Sales associates could be friendlier.

It is an amazing shop to buy Pakistani cloths from. Staff is very helpful, there is a girl name Maham she served me with my return and exchange very well she is amazing. I appreciate her hospitality and kindness that she showed finding me the right stuff.Thank you MAHAM, and J.

Great selection of clothing. I highly advise to not shop a few days or on chand raat. If you want a better selection and sizes, it would be better to go a month before eid. Thats when their eid shipments usually come in.

You cannot try. Thanks to COVID-19 and once it leaves the building you cannot even return if it doesn’t fit you. The owners enjoy buying elsewhere and return stuff as they please! These outfits are not like TJMax pricing either and they go over $100 easily....

I was looking for a shalwar kameez and had gone through all the stores in the area and couldn’t find anything to my liking. When I came into Junaid Jamshed, I was super confused because I didn’t know what would like nice on me.There was a guy who welcomed me as soon as I walked in, which was already a step up from the other stores. Then another guy came up to me right away to ask me what I was looking for. Both guys helped me from start to finish. He helped me choose the color, found my perfect size and style. I could not be any happier, their customer service was outstanding. The other stores didn’t have any variety and the material wasn’t all that great either honestly. I’m glad I walked into Junaid Jamshed, it definitely met all my expectations.I would highly recommend going to this place.

Wonderful customer service was there for hours and the youg men that help us absolutely patient helpful just as excited as we were about the outfit we chosen. Will returned back in mid February to start the process of the custom made outfit.

This location of Junaid Jamshed is a disgrace to the Junaid Jamshed brand.There were four employees working there who could care less about their job. The store was empty for the most part, so it was not like the associates were too busy to help. The one guy sitting at the cash was extremely disrespectful and didnt even have the decency to provide customer service. I had approached him to ask the price of a couple scarves they had by the counter. At first he ignored me and then when I repeated myself, he still continued to talk to me in short responses without looking up at me, while looking at his phone. The whole interaction was him too busy texting on his phone and giving me partial responses. When I asked him the price, instead of being courteous enough to check it, he was like I guess its $12.Later on, a girl came to help me instead because this guy could care less to help out. At the time of checkout their computer wasnt working so I was moved to the other computer. When she had to get change, the girl needed to go ask the guys for the change - at which point he give me a ripped up dollar bill. I simply asked if she can give me another one because I didnt want to have trouble using it. The three guys started mocking me in Urdu in front of me as if I didnt understand them and I directly told him that I want a better bill.At this point I was fed up and just wanted to leave with my item so I was visibly upset and told them I want my item so I can leave.The environment of this store is extremely unprofessional with immature guys just sitting on their phone not willing to help the customers, disrespectful with the employees talking about customers in front of them, and completely disorganized where one person needs to go approach other people just to get change.This was the worst experience Ive had at Junaid Jumshed and the worst customer service environment Ive faced. I would not recommend going here. The employees dont have basic human decency, yet alone customer service skills.I suggest the Junaid Jamshed corporation look into this store and the terrible customer service they are providing and damaging the brand as a whole. I dont recommend anyone waste their time and money at this location.

J.J. Artesia store is very responsive & are great at picking up the phone! I have done two transactions with them over the phone. They are helpful in finding the sizes you want, will measure the shirts or trousers if you are worried about sizing & send pictures if needed. Plus, if they are out of stock in their store they will check the other stores in US & try their best to get you what you need.I have gotten my packages on time & promptly.I personally have interacted with Usama both times & he provides excellent customer service. Definitely will continue shopping here & recommending to others.

The return policy is just like in pakistan. I am ok with no return policy but you cant return even they sell you a defective item. The customer service has been improved a lot in pakistan but this store is running 20 years behind.. asking them to find price/size not easy

Good foos.. lots of meat and Pakistani and indian cuisine dishes. Both vegetarian and non veg curry like kata kat, Rogan gosht, Haleem, paya, Buhari & wonderful biryani. They also have a bbq pit where fresh kabobs are made. The buffet was decent at 18$ including drinks( fountain drinks, tea and lassi)
