Went to get a tire fixed or replaced, the manager said he would call me back after finding my invoice to see if it still covered since I was coming from a different town. Drove 40 mins to there shop never once received a call back, talked to him in person and said it wasnt going through but he never left a voicemail he tried with me standing there and the phone started ringing. Dropped off my tire to get fixed he said he will try to fix it or order a new one hed let me know tomorrow. I called several times the next to see whats going on and he was always busy. I called the next day around 9:00 am and he was off for the day and no one knew anything about my tire talked to a sales guy saying he would check in on the tire see whats going on with it and call me back as soon as he finds out. 3:30pm comes around and nothing no phone call. I called and all of a sudden my tire is done I get there and it was done the previous day. The sales team is a joke

Price was great but could’ve use more customer service and support. No one new what was going on, took forever once my car was in the garage to put on one tire. Not having all the tools that was needed for the job. I expected much better than I received!!!

Forrest took our call at 330pm, we showed up at 4 and left by 5.We were traveling thru Artesia from Santa Fe to Carlsbad and noticed one tire bouncing all over and we were already on a spare..We were able to buy 4 new tires installed and be on our way with minimal delay.The front desk guy was very helpful and friendly. These people pretty much saved our lives. We were 300 miles from home when we hit a huge rock, ruining 2 tires and wheels. They tracked down a wheel and made several trips 6 miles one way to fix everything. Jacob is the bomb. Thanks again for getting us back on the road.

I needed new tires, went in on Monday and within 2 minutes I was taken care of and the new tires were ordered. I was told they’d be in either Tuesday or Wednesday, I got a call Tuesday afternoon letting me know they were in and they had time that day to get me in! I wasn’t able to make it over on Tuesday but we set up a time for Wednesday afternoon - after I got there, I waited for maybe 30 min tops and it was all done! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and so so helpful! 10/10Thank you Forrest tire!

Israel is the best! He came to our office and changed the flat for the donut tire late in the afternoon. He rescued me so I could get home safely. He took the flat and got it fixed. I was able to take the car to their shop and the guys quickly got the repaired tire back on the car. They even returned the donut tire to its proper place in the trunk. The price was very reasonable. I will call Forrest Tire anytime I need help with my car’s tires going forward.

My tire buying experience was a very good one!Even though I stopped by near closing time David the manager took time to find the perfect fit for my tractor. David and his crew did an outstanding job for me. Blew out a tire on our travel trailer right before Memorial Day weekend. He was able to replace it for me within an hour and I was good to go. Brought back the spare on Saturday of the holiday weekend to have the rim brushed to stop a slow leak. Took 20 minutes and said no charge. Any RV vacationers need help along Highway 280, go to Forest Tire in Artesia.

I brought in a blown trailer tire, they replaced it with the wrong tire. We verified the size and load rating of the proper tire, and I found out later that they never have what I needed in stock. Now I’m curious whether it was intentional to provide me the wrong tire just to save effort.

I emailed Forrest Tire back in October 2020 to buy tires for on of my vehicles. They won’t answer the emails back so I had to called them to buy tires. Fast forward to December 2020 to buy more tires for my second vehicle emailed no answer from Artesia tire shop. There were not friendly people to work with the first time, beginning to wonder if it’s the color of my skin. Anyway time to drive to Lubbock where Discount tire Will treat you like royalty.

I went in with a simple 4 tire dismount and 4 tire mount and even went out of my way to provide my own set of 4 new tires. Jus to have them mounted and the very next day my front driver tire is flat! Now I have to go back and have them fix their mistake. I paid good money and they still couldnt get it right the first time. Im disappointed.

I would give 5 stars on everything that was done for me on Sunday. The only thing that made me not give 5 stars was the $175 after-hours charge I had to pay for the mechanic to meet me at the shop to switch a tire off/on a rim. I felt that was a bit high of a price - especially since they wouldnt drive out to my location so I had to find a way into town to buy a tire & get the replacement done. Their helpfulness and honesty was great otherwise.

Called to ask if they had nitrogen for tires, was told no and then just hung up on. I didnt even get a change to ask if they knew of anywhere else in Artesia that would have nitrogen, which is the sort of information Id expect a tire shop to have. Not a good first impression on me and not the kind of customer service I want. I manage a fleet of trucks and cant say that Im likely to send my trucks to a business that is this rude to someone just asking a question.

Called Forrest tires in Artesia caUse my tire was completely flat, within an hour I had someone at my house fixing my flat. It was fast and they were very friendly and affordable. Will not use anyone but them when I need tires or help, highly recommend Forrest tire and I even got a call back to see if I was taken care of correctly! Great service!

This is one of the worst place ever. I ordered a brand new tire for my car, they replaced it without balancing the tire. I wonder what kinda of Tire shop does that. I ended up in my car dealership to see why it is vibrating , they blamed be for taking a brand new car to forest tire . This review is for ARTESIA STORE ONLY. I had a blow out at 4:30 on 285. Called the Carlsbad store and was told their service guy had already been sent home and I would have to call someone else. Called the Artesia Branch and they were more than accommodating. Idk what the hell is going on at the Carlsbad store but even when they arent busy they dont want to work. We have nothing but problems when dealing with them, and they are extremely over priced. Again ARTESIA store is awesome and I will continue to do business with them. And I will do my best to NEVER give the Carlsbad store a dime.

Forrest Tire in Artesia NM is a great place to shop for tires or to get a flat tire fixed . The staff are friendly and helpful and the store is clean and well stocked. I always know I can depend on Forrest Tire for my tire needs.

I was traveling from Albuquerque to Big Bend. I had a flat just south of Artesia and had someone from Forrest Tire in Artesia come out. He took the tire off and there was a tear in the inner sidewall. He took the tire to the store, got me a new tire and brought it back and installed it. I was back on my way. Unfortunately, just south of Carlsbad I had another tire pressure alarm (the front tire on the same side). I was able to make it to the Carlsbad store at 5:45. This tire also had an identical tear in it. Short story, I was at a rest stop and must have run over something sticking out that ruined both tires. An expensive mistake on my part.I was able to take care of things over the phone with the store in Artesia and spent time in the Carlsbad store. For both of these incidences, I was very happy with the professional attitude of everyone and their willingness to help at both Forrest Tire stores. Even though I came into the Carlsbad store just before closing time, they were very helpful and willing to get me going. The person who came out to me in Artesia was great. Although I hope this never happens again, I felt confidence with all of the staff and greatly appreciated both stores. They really helped me out!!I strongly recommend Forrest Tire and if I am ever in need of their service in the future, I will go there. All of the staff I interacted with were all fantastic.

Instructions were left that I wanted to keep my old tires and I did not not get them back. Despite my request and a search effort by the one staff member that waited on me. The store was not busy and it took too long to get waited on to pick up the 2 small tires I had mounted. I will not go back if I can access services elsewhere.

Went in to have 4 new tires mounted and balanced. Told them I wanted my pressure sensors changed also. Everything is finished and time to pay and I discover they are charging 85 bucks a piece for these sensors( my fault for not asking up front) but here’s my problem, I have searched all over the internet and can buy all 4 stems and sensors in genuine parts make of my vehicle for 100 bucks and they charge 85 a piece? Wow!! That’s a pretty good profit.

Came in to get a new tire and was advised that the tire I had was still a good tire. That allowed us to save money for our trip back home. On the way out of town we experienced a blowout on our Penske trailer and Forrest Tire was to the rescue again. Thank you all for everything that you have done for our family. The mechanic joe is nice, cordial, and always does an excellent job. He stayed in constant communication with me as far as the two brake jobs he had to do before he could get to my alignment. He called to to notify me he wouldn’t be ready at noon like we previously agreed on and to show up at 1 in the afternoon instead. This allowed me to plan my day better and not be sitting around for an hour after driving from Carlsbad before he could tend to my vehicle. He fixed it quickly. I had to wait on the staff to complete my invoice so I can pay. I don’t know if everyone was on lunch or they didn’t want to come to the counter to assist me, but after a little delay someone got up and assisted me.

The whole experience was long. I went in for a low tire. I was there for more than an hour. The man there was busy with other things but did finally check to see if they were almost done. I was late getting back to work. Reasonable priced. I would rather go to Walmart and will next time. My car had been in a bay the whole time. Maybe understaffed and affects their service to customers.

I was stranded with a flat tire. Being from out of town I had no idea who to call. I was referred to Forrest Tire. I called them and was told there was a two hour wait for the mobile mechanic to arrive. Then David called me back and said since I was fairly close to their Artesia location he would try to have someone come air up my tire and I could drive to their location. Israel showed up within about 15-20 minutes. He put air in tire and I followed him to their shop. Tire was repaired and we were on our way. Great customer service! I highly recommend Forrest Tire Company!!

Bought tires for two different vehicles, also some flat repairs done, always got good and fast service. Will probably do business with them again when it comes time for tire replacement.

It would be a negative review if that was an option. Always horrible customer service and rudeness off the charts. They told me my RV needed 2 new tires, but all 6 are exactly the same age and they are rotated every 8,000 miles. David never even touched them or looked closely at them. When I questioned this he blew me off. I took it to another tire shop today and after an up close inspection (visually and physically) it was stated -ALL tires are in great shape. I won’t be going back to Forrest Tire.
