This is a good local office. Its a little on the older side and could use a refresh for a more modern look but the staff is friendly and helpful. Due to COVID-19 protocols the waiting area doesnt have as much seating which means you could wait outside which is why a refresh would be good. But no complaints about the staff.

Super friendly staff. Registered a boat bought all the stickers, transferred title on a motorcycle, and submitted smog paperwork on our car and was out of there in less than an hour.

Just to thank Teresa Cruz Aguirre for all her help. She was very helpful. Kind and thoughtful. She fixed the missed and did it all with a GREAT attitude. 👍🏾

Every time I go to AAA-Auto I get attention right away theyre very helpful and they put their best foot forward for the customer and thats why I would always recommend AAA.

It was ok , I was brokedown on the side of the freeway in Sacramento. They were more worried about me paying for new membership than helping me to get a tow off freeway to a shop . Then I couldnt use new membership to get a tow till 24 hrs later. Ive been with the AutoClub about 16 years and have experienced anything like that before. They didnt even call me to see if I was alright or able to get my vehicle of freeway. 👎

Wish the CORPORATE side of AAA would be as kind professional & helpful as these folks in the cerritos office.. very pleasant experience.

Well organized despite Covid19. Lines are a bit long but move forward swiftly. Many service windows open inside.

If youre not a AAA member, you need to be. This location in particular is great. The staff here always help me get my DMV matters handled and they can help plan trips. I have AAA insurance too. Worth every penny.

AAA staff is efficient but they are sticklers on the way they perform their job thats why I only gave this site a 3 out of 5

I am so thankful i went to this branch. The lady helped me with my parking ticket which was mistakenly given to me by the enforcer. The lady who assisted me helped me on what to do. Explain the details , where to go etc. I ended up paying $10 instead of 60$.Thanks to her. She so nice.

AAA for you vacation auto and DMV needs. Skip the extra long lines at the DMV head yo your local AAA. Recently renewed my tags short wait outside and socially distanced inside. Cant ask for much more than that.

Having been a AAA member for about 50 years, its always nice to see how the AAA has grown and the customer service has continued to be excellent!!!

Had a recall on my car. Did all the repairs and smog. Earlier on the day I went and took a change at the Bellflower DMV. Hope the line would be short. The line was way too longer. I was not aware that AAA can do a vehicle with a recall tag. So i left the parking lot of the DMV and went to AAA. Lisa helped me out and was done in 5 mins. As i was driving pass the DMV on my way home and i notice the line was the same people still waiting. Lisa was GREAT!! My AAA membership is worth every penny I paid for . 25 years.!!

There best service to register your car. Quicker than DMV by far

Came to this location on a Wed at 10:15, no line. There is an associate outside to direct you where to go. I only needed maps. The woman that helped me was very nice, she went to the back room to see if they had a couple that werent stocked in the front. I was in and out in less than 5 min.

They are the Best in the Business and I ought to know because Ive had all the others!

My Experience was Average.Approx 20 minute wait after check in.I suggest that instead of having customer go from window to window to make payment on DMV then another window for Insurance ...they make it where we can pay Everything at one window.

Auto Club of So. Calif were very helpful, nice to talk to, & attentive.. They helped everyone that came up to the booth, even if they couldnt help them.. They tried to send them somewhere else if they need help.. I enjoyed the Auto Club that was over by the 605 freeway on South Street by the mall.... I do appreciate them...

I called their office directly today at 11 am to get a home insurance quote. The agent who answered asked for my membership number, and then he abruptly hanged up on me. So I had to call again, go through the phone options, and wait to speak to another agent. I hope AAA management reads this review and start monitoring calls for basic customer service.

I went at around 3 pm and there was a 75 minute wait, so I got in a half hour before they closed. The associate who helped me was thorough and so helpful, she made sure to answer all my registration questions and the process once inside took a matter of no more than 5 minutes. Was really glad to get someone so knowledgeable and helpful. Hard to find in the world of dmv transactions.

So much faster and easier than DMV. Too bad they cant do everything I need but Im happy about the ones they do.UPDATE: NOT THIS OFFICE. But AAA in general. Tow driver refused to put my vehicle in my driveway claiming his tow truck was too heavy for our driveway. Weve had many tow trucks larger than his in our driveway as my son would flip cars when out of work. Hed fix auction cars, then sell them so wed get non running cars towed here 1st. The driver refused. Before a 2nd tow truck could get here, my car got quickly and quietly impounded without a word. The reason? INCOMPLETE REGISTRATION. Ill spare the medical rundown but I was quarantined 3 times and hospitalized once for a month. My Dr told me to isolate until 10 days after my 2nd vaccine which hadnt had yet, so I wasnt able to get a smog check. I didnt even know that they were essential businesses as my regular place was and is closed. My car broke down in pharmacy drive-thru. I needed undeliverable medication. After finding my own vehicle, I was told repeatedly that public safety was not working alternate Fridays and I had to leave voicemails, texts, FB msgs, and posts. Nothing in return. On Monday public safety official was rude and sarcastic. I was forced to give every dime I had (scam charges) or loose my car. Grocery and medication money was gone. Now, AAA and the tow company that sent the truck DO NOT KNOW WHO TOWED MY CAR . IF THEY SENT A SERIAL KILLER AND I WAS MISSING..THEY WOULDNT KNOW. Its 3 mos and the president of AAAs assistant says shes working on it. How hard could it be ? I was scammed. Plain and simple. All 3 entities working together.

I want to thank Arnita Williams one of your employees for going out of her way to help me take of my license plates so I could put on my handicap ones. The screws on my plates were a different type than a flat head. She went to her car a got a tool set to remove my plates. She is an exceptional employee. She rates #1in my book. And she deserves recognition . Thank you.

AAA is always top notch. I just needed a quick notary, Im not currently a member but they treated me like one! It was quick, pleasant, and inexpensive. It reminded me that I need to sign up with them, they offer so many great services, awesome employees, and youre well taken care of.

They work a lot quicker than the DMV!They have a new system where theyll ask you what youre coming in for and sends a text message of the estimate wait and when youre next in line. You can wait in your car if you wanted to and its a really fast process from then on out.

Liz was very helpful, gave me very good info on my registration.

This branch has always been my first choice due to quick lines and helpful employees. I was able to take care of my dmv registration needs, update my auto insurance policy and get a quote on life insurance all in an hour and a half.

Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. I would suggest going during the week. Saturdays get way too busy so lead to long wait times. But during the week youre in and out fairly quickly. So much better than going to the DMV.

Wait was longer than should have been.

I used to love the DMV services side, now they are just as bad as your local DMV, i just got disabled plates for my car and because my new plate didnt match my insurance card they would not process my registration even though the vin # of course was a perfect match. I went to my car waited 5 minutes got back in lune again got somebody else and they had no problem processing my registration. But instead giving the lady next to me a hard time for her registration. AAA is a joke just like the DMV. This is a negative 5 rating.
