I have nothing but positive things to say about this office. I have been a patient of Dr. Regans for 19 years. I was diagnosed in 1978 with a serious progressive hearing disorder. At the age of 28 I began wearing my first hearing aids. Between 1978 and 1999 I had multiple audiologists. In August of 1999 I became a client of Dr. Don Regan’s Hearing Clinics. I was and have continued to be impressed by the level of competence, efficiency, professionalism, friendliness and compassion demonstrated by everyone in this clinic. This includes Michelle their receptionist and Carmen the hearing technician who is always there for you. Most especially Dr. Regan, who consistently demonstrates a knowledge level that easily exceeds any other audiologist I have ever experienced. I learned early on that if I was suddenly having a hearing issue I could call The Hearing Clinic and they would make time to see me and get the problem resolved. It was understood that without my hearing aids I was basically deaf. I was never put off or given a later appointment. I was also impressed by the consistent follow up by the staff. In the 19 years I have been a patient of “The Hearing Clinics” I have recommended Dr. Don Regan and the Hearing Clinic to many of my friends with positive results and will continue to do so.

I had a hearing evaluation last week and I LOVED Dr. Regan and his staff! They were all personable, very funny and professional. Dr. Regan explained everything to me and I never felt rushed. I dont understand all the bad reviews as I was impressed with him and his office. But, I didnt need to buy a hearing aid either.

Has a really nice set up for demonstratrating your need for Hearing aides, while insisting you have to purchase the.most expensive hearing aides: unfortunately for you, the most expensive hearing aides on the market. While better quality, less expensive available elsewhere.

Dr Regan is ok. He has an off beat sence of humor. He does the hearing test & explains all & can be unprofessional. Carmine takes care of us & called me a few days after receiving HEARING AIDS to check out my questions! So far, so good! I like hearing again!Update: saw Carmine for appointment, great cleaning process & showed me how to clean the hearing aids. Always available for questions. Will see them again later this year. As I wrote, I really like hearing again!Another UPDATE: Went in for new silicon tips...Carmine changed both hearing aids with clean tips BUT they were double head instead of single as I have had previously...had to go again & again, TWO different times for her to change back to what I had...AND wouldnt tell me the size! She was without apology and the last time I went for the correct change, wouldnt even come out of her office!! Surprised me at how unprofessional! But I do like hearing!Again UPDATE: a guy called me from their office to check to see how I like the new round tips, told him hated them & made them change back to the open tips..He was polite & realized my file wasnt updated..Not a surprise to me! Told him if I have problems or questions I would go back. Even if they are unprofessional...I do like hearing!UPDATE 2019: they all made up for the unprofessionalism last visit...I walked in, Michelle is professional + sweet, had carmine clean my hearing aids + replace the tips..They were all professional + kind + did it all right away! Thank you! You regained my confidence + your review stars are back.Last Update: 2nd apptment this year...Michelle is always professional, sweet + busy. Updates my file, schedules appts. Carmine took good care of the cleaning once again. Thanks! (But she never has an updated file, always has to have the last word) Shes a pill..but takes care of the hearing aids thankfully.

As a hearing aid wearer, our HMO authorized my hearing test here, went in for my appointment, and lady was typing on an IBM selectric typewriter. I paid my $20 copay to have Dr. Regan talk to me about his family, and told to come back for test with my family to speak to them about their issues with my hearing loss. The two ladies were friendly enough, but having the doctor hug me as I was leaving made me really uncomfortable.
