Guys were rude, called and asked they daud drivenout and ask the foreman. I Drive 30 minutes and the foreman wasnt there. No one new what was up.

I have been a contractor for 4 years and have never felt unwelcome into a business except when Im at burke and pace. Yard guys are great but upper management needs to learn some better customer service skills. I love supporting local businesses but Id rather shop at home depot.

Definitely my favorite lumber yard. Lower priced than the box stores on my usual stuff, and so fast and easy: I just pull into the lot and someone is there to help me load up and Tally my stuff on a ticket. Stop at the office to pay on the way out and Im on my way.

Prices comparable to Home Depot, Service = five stars compared to home depots 1 star . Staff is friendly and helpful. They were understanding about a return I had to make.
