I am a veterinarian and I call prescriptions into this pharmacy for my clients quite frequently. The pharmacists in this pharmacy have always been very helpful and are serious about getting the proper medicine for my patients. The entire pharmacy system is somewhat under stress because of intense price competition, but Walmart has tried hard to make sure their pharmacists are up to speed and have enough staff to get the right prescription to the patient in a timely manner.I definitely recommend this pharmacy.

This is THE WORST pharmacy I have ever been to! Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be, the employees are often rude, and the wait times are ridiculous. It sucks that our insurance makes us go there.

Not the best experience here. Every time I need to have a prescription filled, it always takes more than an hour of wait time. Even when there is no other customers waiting & when the order it’s self was sent in 2-3 days before my arrival. Not the nicest folk here either. I initially chose this pharmacy for slightly lower costs but I will likely be going elsewhere.

Arroyo Grande Walmart pharmacy is the worst I have ever experienced. Usually wait 20 to 30 minutes in line. Its 50/50 if the prescription is actually filled when they say it will be. Tonight, literally waited an hour and it wasnt ready, 7 hours after they said it would be. Tonight was the last straw. Changed to Vons and it was so easy. Wish I had done it months ago.

Horrible! We will now take all our Rx somewhere else. They are SLOW and RUDE! I swear even if you make sure everything is perfect they will say there was some error and tell you to come back! I think they do it to make you shop in the store but for Pete sake I just want my prescriptions and to go home! Trying to talk to someone is like pulling teeth and they give you attitude saying youll just have to wait or come back in two hours etc. Very poorly run and managed. Go anywhere else but here, its worth the few extra bucks.
