Ordered topsoil from Arnold Farms twice with great results. Prompt friendly service by store staff and delivery driver. Product delivered on time and quality as expected. Will call them again for bulk products.

Very easy to order some CR6 base in the store. Delivered the next morning by a super friendly drive who was able to dump it right into the site where I needed it. A few bits of metal from the recycled concrete chunks but as this is just a base layer it doesnt matter as it will never be seen once covered.

Nice people who helped my wife fine what she needed.

This place is fantastic. Ive ordered dirt with them twice and both times its been super easy. Dont listen to the folks who whine about bits of trash in their fill dirt. Thats what fill dirt is for. If you dont want that, you should get compost and treat it.

Stopped by today for mums and pumpkins. The man and woman working very nice and carried my items to my car. They have some cute fall items. Was pleasantly surprised! Customer service great! I will be back!

Very unprofessional Manager ( he told me he was new )He Told me to get my Firewood somewhere else , after they gave me the wrong information about the Cost of Stacking !And mind you that was AFTER they had already charged my Debit Card !!!!On the other hand The young Lady I dealt with on the phone was very nice and professional !She apologized profusely for the Managers rude Behavior!I hope the Owner is made aware of this ,M. Theres a women there that may be the manager or something, but she has the most EPIC RBF! The staff is more than friendly, but she just cant help it...LOL Too funny!

Do not purchase patio furniture from them! After spending $2500 on a set that chipped after one month they refused to honor the warranty on the product. They told me I had to go through the manufacturer, the manufacturer said they wouldnt honor it because Arnold Farms delivered it. So after much run around I would of been better off buying something at Home Depot for way less.

Pardon the strange name. Caution free delivery may be worth less than you pay for it. Wanted to mulch our flower beds before we leave on vacation, took off work and enlisted help for spreading mulch. Delivery day #1 a total no show, no call, no apology, after 2nd call was told very 1st delivery next day (1st call resulted in a promise for very next delivery). First delivery supposed to be by 9:30 (they start at 9:00 and we live less than 5 away. Called a short while ago (10:20) was told by a very nice lady that driver was out on delivery & we would be very next stop. They get 1-star because the lady was nice as was the person who took the initial order. This may be our fault as this was the 2nd time we ordered bulk mulch from our hometown business, the 1st time they dropped the load in my neighbors driveway. Next time Ill probably pay for delivery.

Very rude, I asked the gentleman at the landscape counter if they had something, I thought he was following me to the area, the pot was empty he referred me to. He walked the other way, he totally ignored me, I wanted other things I knew where they were.....no time for me, I have no time for you. So I walked the other way too. This was 4:25....

I heard the customer service was bad, i was very pleased with the manners of the young men who came out and took care of my property. I reccomend using this place, especially the free delivery.
