The process was quick and painless. The manager Carlos was friendly and explained everything clearly and quickly. It was a bummer we couldn’t get first month free with the unit size we chose but we still chose them for the convenience of where they are located. So far so good!

I reserved a unit online. The next day I was contacted by Carlos and he set me up over the phone. It was great because when I arrived to the locker my lock was inside waiting for me. Everything was done super-fast and very convenient.

We had quite the 5-star customer service experience within two weeks! Our first visit we were in an absolute rush to check in and we got to the store almost at closing time when one of the stores assistant managers let us in and happily gave us service and allowed us to reserve and set auto pay up so that we did not loose our storage spaces to another customer.Second time he helped me book another reservation and we set up the paperwork all in fifteen minutes flat! Exceptional service was show to our company from Mike Reynolds, assistant store manager! Thanks again for everything Mike! We will happily do business again.

Bad news is that I had water damage in my drive up unit at the bottom of the hill. What a pain. When I moved in it was never suggested to me that it was a possibility. Luckily I had put pallets down and that saved most of my belongings.Good news is, the manager Carlos was very helpful in getting me an indoor unit to move into with a credit for the inconvenience. He had a lot of good advice that I wish I had gotten when I first rented a unit a couple years ago.

Customer service here is impeccable! I will never use a different storage service because of how great my experience has been. I’ve now had a unit here for many years and have never once had a complaint. Storage units are well kept, clean, and I’ve never felt like my items were unsafe here! 10/10 would recommend

The Arnold, MD Extra Space Storage is a fantastic place to store your belongings, long or short term. The manager and employees were all very helpful in both the time when I set the unit up and when it came time to move out. I would highly recommend them if you need a storage unit. I used my unit for a few years, all of my belongings remained in great shape. Highly recommended.

They were so helpful in helping us pick the right sizes and even switching mid unit to a larger one. Louise helped us get 3 units without breaking the bank. We haven’t moved our stuff in yet, but the service has been wonderful so far. I initially reserved by phone very easily and for a great deal. Then Louise called me from on site to confirm and welcome me and was very sweet. A few days later, Paula called me with a question about my reservation, which is when we found out there was a bit of confusion about it. However, she cleared everything up right away when I came in. I would highly recommend this place as they have great service and the storage units are clean and accessible.

The online site was so easy to use. We were able to see animations of what would fit into different sized units so we could choose the exact right size for us. We signed up for a unit online and the office staff contacted us right away and answered all our questions.
